Upon my arrival I was told they were actually unable to remove the link and that I would need to return it to Breitling for them to handle it. Additionally I brought a ring to that other jeweler to resize. They were unable to assist me as they did not have a laser soldering machine and my stone is heat sensitive. The "other" jeweler referred me to Lester & Co., and not only did Lester & Co. have the equipment needed to properly size my ring, but they were also able to remove the watch link on the spot! The level of service I received at Lester & Co. today was beyond impressive! I am so grateful that they took the time to truly offer me the help I needed. I can say definitively that Lester & Co. has earned my business for my next jewelry purchase!

They sized with the narrow ring sizer instead of the wide sizer. Therefore I cannot get the ring over my knuckel. I knew I could send it to Herif Jones but I try my best to buy local and decided to let them do it. For $175 plus tax, my high school ring is now unwearable. I will continue to shop there as they have excellent merchandise and for simple jewelry fixes, I'll still go there but am disappointed with the sizing and work done on my 1969 Gordon Military College ring. kdpeddie
