Daniel always does an excellent job for us. He is prompt and performs services thoroughly and without delays. He has even visited the same day when we had a problem. He quickly diagnoses problems with our fireplace and makes recommendations, including possible costs and issues. He is meticulous, and our house always seems so much cleaner after he leaves. Even though he is busy, we feel like we are his only customer when he visits, as he takes time to address our concerns. He is observing COVID-19 protocol, so we had no safety issues. In addition to cleaning our fireplace over the years, he has also cleaned our dryer vent, refinished our glass screens, and done repairs on our fireplace. Sweeps Luck I found out does a lot more than chimney sweep. They were recommended by a fireplace store (which doesn't do installations) to install a gas insert fireplace.
