In all my time with this practice I have had consistently great care with every one of their providers, and my other family members feel the same. Their model is unique in today's healthcare; easy access and (nearly) same day appointments, solid expertise and empathetic clinicians. Most recently, my experience with Elizabeth Goldberg has been exemplary. Elizabeth has offered the most comprehensive, professional and compassionate medical care I have ever received. She brings a wide range of experience and an unwavering approach to address complicated medical issues. She is an outstanding clinician and a wonderful person. If you want a welcoming family friendly practice to address your medical needs then Phinney Primary Care and Wellness is the right place for you.

Absolutely horrible experience seeing dr Vega. He said yes it was the only way ,after consulting other drs I learned that this was 100% untrue. There were countless other ways he could have confirmed my condition. He was also apparently unaware that the extremely time sensitive medication he prescribed to me , was illegal to carry at ANY pharmacy within 100 miles of me (I was informed by a pharmacist at the 4th pharmacy I went to in attempts to obtain said medication) wasting several hours of my time and worsening the severity of my condition. Overall extremely creepy and utterly traumatic situation. This man should have his license revoked

She prescribed me some in my first appointment which was not supposed to be used with current meds which she knew that I took and asked me about minutes ago in that appointment. I told her I didn't want to take them because they make me feel numb and unfeeling and she said "but you didn't get anxiety right??" She was argumentative and told me I wasn't a whole person. If you can't help patients with what they need then don't take the appointment. I know myself and my body better than you. I walked out of that appointment after 10 minutes crying - all the while she's sitting there as if there's something to talk about still. Please don't go to her, she is terrible.

This place is truly dishonest. I should have read the other reviews before I had a yearly…read moredermatology checkup here. Same as the others - location is convenient, the doctors are professional and scheduling is simple. Quality of care is okay, but lacking when compared to dermatologists in other geographies. Then comes the bill - hence the 1 star rating: Neither of the items submitted made any sense at all and thus my insurance didn't accept them. (Again, this is a standard preventative that has had no issues billing at other providers). They had billed for a surgery when none was performed and other unique codes they must realize nets them the largest amount. When I called them, they said they would fix it and submit the correct CPT codes and they had made a mistake. Lo and behold, I receive a bill 10 days later for the wrong amounts they had submitted. This billing is a disaster at best, but most likely a fraudulent attempt at insurance overbilling. I would avoid this place like the dishonest, greedy practice they are.

Then a CATERED LUNCH OF YOU CHOICE. The rest of the afternoon is for hands on scanning. PVI has live models that are normal and have pathology. They are usually clients and pleasant to work with. We had various instructors on different subjects and the Q&A got answered properly. Case studies were shown and as I mentioned each day, 4 hrs of hands on scanning with patients with and without disease. I know that PVI would put a great course together. My first experience with the TCD/TCI course showed me that PVI really put lecture and hands on training is worth the price. Materials are always provided and the instructors are more than willing to give additional information via email. This time around, I got to work with Ridge and Mimi again. But also got to learn from Anne, Lisa and Josh.. all great instructors. ------------------------------------------------------------------- As for Healthcare services. The left hand had 13 surgeries and the right hand 10, I am left hand dominant. Before surgery, picking things up with my thumb and forefinger was excruciating; pencils, toothbrushes, forks. I was losing more and more hand mobility day by day and have been struggling for the last five years with intense pain. I saw 3 other hand surgeons and they had no clue what to do other than to brace my hand/wrist and tell me not to use it. Dr. Ericson Took the time to talk me through what was happening with my hands and what treatments were available. I'm five months done with the left hand and almost 2 months done with the right hand healing wise. By the end of the year my hands should be fully back again. I can't express enough hello Dr. Ericson has helped me get my life back. Yes there is pain after the surgery and I was limited to what I could do as well for a month or so. I am now able to use both hands, I can hold things again, I can feed myself and paint brush my teeth all of those things which is amazing. Also the pain is much much less than it was in the past. I feel like I have a new lease on life thanks to dr. Ericson in the center. The center where we did the surgery was amazing as was the anesthesiologist.
