They took their time giving us a full tour of the studio, explaining how everything worked, where everything was located, and even showing us how to adjust the sauna temperature and lighting in our private suite. As first-timers, we really appreciated how thorough and patient they were. We loved having our own private suite, which was spotless and already stocked with fresh towels and everything we needed. They also offer complimentary water on your first visit (or you can bring your own or purchase one for $4). Another nice touch was the chilled towels with your choice of eucalyptus, lavender, or unscented. I chose the eucalyptus, while my husband went with the unscented, and it was such a refreshing addition to the experience. Overall, this was an amazing experience from start to finish. They offer private suites with infrared sauna with multiple settings, a cold plunge and vitamin c overhead showers. This is all in your own space, not sharing with anyone else. Except, the couples suite, it's perfect for two. We moved through the elements at our own pace. Sweat in the heat, plunge in the cold, and rinse off feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. And you can repeat that cycle as much as you want. The whole experience is healing. The hour did go by faster than we liked but the entire experience was still worth it. I like that you get a room all to yourself and can oscillate between all the areas that are set aside just for you. You can watch tv while you there to keep your mind occupied or you can put on music and meditate, your choice. The facility is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. The vitamin C showers make your skin feel soooo good. Florida water is so hard on my skin and can cause eczema and these showers add the hydration and moisture back into my skin.this is definitely a nice addition for the wellness collective of Winter Garden. LOCAL REVIEW: I came across Sweathouz and decided to give them a try! Overall, a fun experience and I do recommend it for someone looking for some private, self-care. The location is easy to find in Hamlin with plenty of parking. It also happens to be next door to a massage place if you want a full self-care day! COST: As a first-time customer, I paid $30 which is half off the cost for a single visit which made it worth it for me to try it out. I could also bring a friend for $25. Upon finishing the experience, they explained the packages to me. Currently, it's $60 for a single visit and there are package options that are monthly or paying for multiple visits that you can use within 6 months. Is it pricey? It depends on what you consider worth it within your self-care regiment. I think that the packages are reasonable compared to the cost for a single visit. Below are more details to help you decide if this is something that would be beneficial to your wellness plans. ARRIVAL: The facility is gorgeous and clean. In fact, I saw them cleaning a room when I arrived and it looked like deep cleaning and care was going into it! They have a refillable water station with the option of adding fruity flavors. They also offer you a chilled towel with or without essential oils. EXPERIENCE: Next, you're brought to a PRIVATE room which also has a lock on the door. There is also a helpful clock above the door so you are aware of how much time is left within your hour visit. The room comfortably fits 2 people. There is a tv if you'd like to stream something or just have an ambient music channel on. You start with the infrared sauna, which is different than a traditional wood-burning sauna. They explained to me: "it uses infrared light to heat the body directly rather than heating the air around you." It's a tech-friendly sauna with different options for the lighting or music to set the tone that works best for you. I sat in there for 40 minutes. Next, there is a vitamin-c infused shower. You'll rinse off your sweat from the sauna. The shower looks and feels like a normal shower, silly me, I thought it would be orange scented! But they explained that the vitamin-c is great for giving natural glow and healthy hair. Personally, I don't feel a difference in my skin. I imagine multiple uses makes a difference. I used their shampoo and conditioner at the end of my visit though and my hair felt like salon quality shine and softness! To end your visit, you have the cold plunge in a comfortable tub set to 50 degrees. Our attendant offered perfect advice to make the most of the cold plunge. I tried 3 times to use the tub. By the third time, I managed to stay in for almost 5 minutes. It really is mind over matter - you just need to START with controlled breathing. It's also very painful for your feet where the skin is thin and you have lots of blood vessels. I found success in keeping my feet out and then slowly bringing them in. Would I do it again? Yes. Bringing a friend helped make the experience fun (less relaxing), so next time I will go solo and listen to a meditation app to use this experience to set my intentions for the day and make it more relaxing. The effects I felt from one visit: pride in making it through the cold plunge, extremely soft hair, and I personally get joy in prioritizing time for caring for my whole body. I have issues with my sinuses (random sinus pressure and gland inflammation) but I left with my sinuses feeling SO clear. I think more benefits will be felt with repeat and regular visits. PRO TIP: For your first visit, definitely plan to get there 10-15 minutes before your appointment. They will have you sign a waiver and give you a facility tour. I decided to try this place out. I've never done a cold plunge, so this was my goal. I really like that you have your own private suite because it gave me the freedom to try at my own pace. There are the sauna, ice plunge, Vitamin C shower, place for your clothes and items, and a tv in the suite. You can also connect to the tv and there are some Spotify playlists to use for the plunge to "pump you up". The experience was great. The service was, too. When I got there, I got checked in and was given a quick tour. There were different water options to drink in the front and cold towels for the sauna. I'd recommend this place. read more

Fabulous facility that's super clean and well maintained. Upon arrival, the staff member offere a chilled bottle of water and a cold towel to bring into the sauna with me. She gave me a full tour and described how to get the most out of my visit. The restroom was ultra clean and fully stocked. I love heat, so the 140 degree sauna felt wonderful to me. There are optional settings inside the sauna, change the mood lighting, watch tv, listen to music, read, etc. Get comfortable! The private suite is quite quiet, so you can enjoy some "me time", which I thoroughly enjoyed. I only wish the sauna was long enough to lay outstretched in. The cold plunge tub had 55 degree water with jets. While I did try the plunge, I only lasted a few seconds. Cold water feels like sheer torture to me. I hate it. I have never felt refreshed after experiencing cold, but to each their own! The shower has a vitamin c filter. Does this actually provide any health benefits? I can't imagine, but the shower was clean and equipped with shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers. Clean towels are also provided. After leaving the private suite, there is a "beauty bar" common area consisting of two desks with mirrors. A Dyson hair drier with accessories is available but I brought my own. read more

As a birthday present, I booked for myself a "Contrasting Therapy Session" at this facility, and I found out what a "cold plunge" is all about at a 50° water temperature...brrrr! This was amazing and extremely relaxing! You have your own room for 60 minutes to enjoy an infrared sauna, a cold plunge bath, and a vitamin C shower. All-in-one in a private suite! The staff was amazing as well! As soon as I walked in, there were 3 staff members who greeted me at the same time, with a smile and a very pleasant voice. I believe her name is Melissa, the staff member who took care of my reservation and who explained every little detail about the spa and what to expect. She was great, helpful, and has a beautiful personality. This spa offers different membership packages that suit everyone's budget. However, if you are not a membership-type person, they do offer a "single session" for a one-time fee per visit. But, if it's your first time booking, they do have an "intro session" for around half the price of a single session. I'm hooked! After one 'trial' session I signed up for a membership and am fully taking advantage of the benefits! My family call it 'bougie'...but to me its my little piece of paradise twice a week! I love the fact that the suites are private, you have full control of the infra red sauna (that I like to set to 70 degrees) and I guess my body likes the cold...no issues with 4-5 minutes in the plunge bath! Then I'm told using my 8 prepaid sessions (I bought 2 packages) within 30 days is a "favor"--even though no one ever told me they'd expire. Asked for: * Corporate contact?
