I believe I can fly!

My dog's favorite dog park! This is a great place to take your dog. They have two fenced in areas to separate the small and large dogs. Plenty of seating for the dogs owners and lots of trees to provide shade in the summertime. They have a water faucet to keep the dogs hydrated. I have found the dog owners at this park to be more friendly and laid-back than at other parks. Our dog Willie plays hard and because he is a herding dog some people can get nervous when he tries to "herd" the other dogs. The only negative of this park is that since it is so large some dogs can poo and the owners do not see it - or maybe they just choose not to clean up after their dog, I am not sure. The park does have plenty of stations with poo bags: keep it clean people! Watch where you step!

I love this dog park. It has 2 areas, one for large dogs and one for small dogs. It has benches and a picnic table on each side and the ground is covered in mulch, so the dogs dont get dirty as fast. There is a water fountain for dogs, but they turn it off in the winter because the pipes freeze so you should bring your own. It is covered with tall shade trees that really block out the heat in the summer. I love taking my dog here with a good book and can read for hours while my dog plays. Plenty of parking and a little trail if you want to go on a quick hike. Great place to take your dog. Some people take their kids and the kids have a great time playing fetch with the dog and dont seem to get bored.

Love this park ppl great and dogs great. The owners here are very responsible. And the park is big with trash cans and poop bags stations.

One of the best dog parks in the area!

Nice little dog park with plenty of shade. Plenty of parking along with two separate dog parks based on the size of your animal.

I love this place. My dog enjoyed going there when we were staying in the area. They have a separate section for small dogs.

To my understanding, this park connects to another one, but we didn't check the other side out. It seemed to be well maintained overall. The bathrooms were clean and kept up, the park and pavilions were in good condition overall, and there was no major construction or anything going on which was nice. Someone was setting up for a birthday party or function of some sort, so we left a little earlier than planned, but you could definitely spend a decent amount of time here and just relax and enjoy the quiet. There are views of the river over the bridge and a bunch of different trails one could take. My clients enjoyed the little free library that many of the parks around here have. It's to the left, right off the main parking lot when you drive in. We borrowed a few books and now we can return some one day to this location and others. Overall, everyone had a great time and we would definitely come back here for book club or just to walk around in the fresh air again.

This park is a hidden gem. It's a lot bigger than it seems on the outside…read more Has a very family oriented feel to it as it has two different play grounds. The grass and area are very well taken care of. When I went, the grass was low and I didn't see one single piece of trash anywhere. The trail was great and expanded into other areas I wasn't so sure about. All in all it's a clean and safe park that I would highly recommend and go to more.

Located not far from Roswell Road, the dog park is nestled inside a much larger recreation area that includes hiking trails and a pretty cool dam. However, there's a lot of construction going on near it right now, and that added about 12 minutes of just sitting in the car to my travel time. Right now it's too inconvenient to visit often, but otherwise I could see myself really digging it, and will definitely try again in a few months. My Labrador certainly approved! There are, in fact, two fenced-in areas for dogs. One is for smaller dogs (24 lbs and under) and the other for medium-to-large dogs (25 and up.) Both are spacious, and have a few agility obstacles such as tire mountains, if your pooch is in the mood for a workout. Mine, sadly, was in the mood for a dip, and she found the one and only stream of water nearby to splash in before going for a roll in the dirt!

The view and location is ideal. The Dam is right there and you get this peaceful view of the…read morewater/river and that is a big plus! My 3 stars are because: #1. There is no water spigot. I was told someone stole the one that was there to sell the copper for scrap long ago. Now people just bring water jugs and fill the lonely bowls! This needs to be tended to! Install another spigot that may need to be caged, or offer a different water source please #2. The dog waste bags post is empty. People have tied the poop bags on the fence. Granted, one should come prepared but, still! #3. There is a man who owns an aggressive red colour Rhodesian Ridge-back that is not neutered. Today, just thru the fence, the Ridge-back went on a rampage against another large dog that was incoming. The owners of such dog decided to enter the small dog park which was empty, and stayed there until the owner of Rhodesian Ridge-back finally took his dog and left. Once these newcomer entered, there was no fighting or aggression. I was informed by 3 regulars that tRhodesian Ridge-back has fought and made bleed someone else's dog in weeks ago. The owner has no respect for others and continues to bring this almost 140 Lb creature to the dog park to mingle notwithstanding that his dog has aggression issues. The incident that caused the other dog to bleed, the owner of the Ridge-back simple took his dog and walked away without acknowledging the issue. So, BOLO for the huge Rhodesian Ridge-back . I would say take a long stroll by the river or go to another park instead of bringing your pooch in
