Despite calling over 10 times and being promised a refund, it has been over a month with no resolution. Every time I speak to them, I get a different excuse--once it's the accounting team handling it, and another time it's the IT department, but nothing ever gets done.

I am personally baffled to be yelled at for being on the wrong side. We were doing rows and…read moreobviously I'm going on both sides and ended up on the wrong side when we moved movements and switched dumbbells. Fadil yelled at me and took several dumbbells out on the correct side to make a point physically (and didnt even put them back at any point and I had to put them away and slowed down the next person). If you want to be the side police tell me what side to start on otherwise I am not sure anyone deserves to be chastised at when at the gym especially someone on their second class with you. Honestly my bad for being on the wrong side and I didn't know you guys took that so seriously but there was plenty of room for the other benches to get to their dumbbells and I in no way hindered anyone from moving onto different movements. My bad but I would never chastise a customer on their second class with you. Additionally as I felt shamed in a gym class and was aggravated I felt like livestock as he clapped at us on the treadmill like herders do with animals. The first class I took was fine but the speakers are too loud and you guys do not guide movements/changes well. Maybe I have higher expectations than the Bellevue area is used to but this was just a horrible experience. Coming from gyms in Scottsdale after a move for careers we are trying to find our new home gym and I am just so disappointed by the class styles and coach quality. But I guess its hard to beat the gyms in Scottsdale unfortunately. I just never expected to be yelled at. I hope to find a different gym in the area and if I ever do take classes here I hope to never have to take his classes again.

The instructor did a great job giving options for everyone's pace and offering slight adjustments. The infrared was really cool because it heats up your skin but not the air, so I was sweating a ton but breathing in room temp air. I loved this! So much more enjoyable to me than other hot yoga classes. I felt amazing and refreshed after and am looking forward to attending another class!

The coaches are so helpful, available for all questions seven days a week, and have created an environment where everyone succeeds. They provide a ton of options from personal training to group classes to make sure it works for my schedule. They also provide nutrition plans to make it super simple and work with your lifestyle.
