    Super fun to see a large Swatch store in NYC! We stopped in somewhat for nostalgia and to see what they had. They had some really great designs and to be honest, there were a few we considered worthwhile to pick up! The staff was super-friendly. Be aware though they are clearly well trained, as the clerk we talked to pulled out all the sales tactics int he book......it was not "pushy" but, the tactics were highly recognizable. We tried on several watches and the staff was knowledgeable on the product. They have a really cool design that was unique to NYC as well.

    Great service from Merary! My son tried a few different watches on. We left, thought about it for a bit and then returned to buy the one he liked. She sized it and set it for us.

    Hello my name is Joshua Jenkins. My wife and I recently visited your store in NYC (Times Square - Store #296). We were greeted by Zena, a sales associate at the store. Zena was very knowledgeable of Swatch's history and ALL of the numerous watches we asked her about. As we looked around the store in search of a watch to purchase, Zena was so attentive and very intentional about helping us find a watch that we liked. She was not pushy, rude, or even money hungry. Zena displayed extreme patience with me and my wife to the point where we felt that we were the only ones in a packed store full of patrons. As visitors of NYC from Maryland, me and my wife have been to numerous stores and restaurants. Our Swatch experience with Zena was the absolute BEST experience we had during our entire stay in NYC. We were so impressed with Zena going above and beyond to make sure we had the appropriate information for each watch we asked about and also she took her time as we decided on each watch. Her sales expertise was so phenomenal that we ended up purchasing 6 watches and even told our friends to meet us at the store and then she even took her time to help them purchase about 9 watches (which none of us anticipated doing). I asked to speak to a manager to express our sincere appreciation for such great customer service. Zena let us know that he was downstairs handling business and he may take a minute to come up. Tyler who is the store manager came up immediately not knowing what we needed. Tyler met us with a huge smile in anticipation to find out what we needed. Tyler stopped what he was doing to listen to us share our experience and he was extremely attentive and appreciative of the feedback we shared with him regarding Zen's professionalism and excellent customer service. This store was by far one of the greatest customer service experiences I have ever had. I am writing because the company needs to be made aware of not only complaints but also compliments. I am not from NYC but will definitely return to this store because of the great experience that we had today. I would really like someone from Swatch to contact me about this experience although it was great I really think that their performance and skill needs to be acknowledged and applauded. Thank you Zena and Tyler for an amazing experience today! Not only will I be back but Swatch will be where we order from.

    Shout out to Derek and the rest of the staff at the swatch store. Lined up on the last day of the moonswatch mission to the super blue moon phase. Derek did fantastic job kicking line cutters out and keeping everything organized.

    Great store overall. I think many of them have gotten the Moonswatch Fatigue, where they are constantly bombarded with consumers fighting for them. Still, they are merry, courteous, and quick to help. Lots of selection.

    Upon entering you're greeted and everything. The store is highly organized with watches in the display cases. They had the AC on so ventilation was very good. Also sanitizer was available too near the front door. The employees are friendly but nowhere near professional. The reasoning of that terminology is how they treat their loyal OMEGA customers. I came up here from MD to buy the new Swatch x Omega moon watch. They won't tell you inventory levels over the phone so I already knew I was taking a gamble if they were out of stock. But was very happy when I got there and they told me it was in-stock. After asking one of the employees in-person inside the store. They said they had two colors available. Black and pink. Obviously I'm not buying pink. Lol. So I wanted to see how the black moonwatch watch looked IN-PERSON. They directed me to the display case which ONLY points to the outside window. There is no way to see the new moonwatch from inside of the store which is very weird since you have to leave the store to see the watch from the outside. Lol. **SEE PICS** Before I left the store TO LOOK AT THE WATCH IN THEIR WINDOW. I told the employee I wanted to buy it and will be right back inside. Less then two minutes later I returned inside from looking at the watch thru their outside window. They told me they had just sold the last remaining limited stock moonwatch to someone else and none were available now. ?????? This is the BIGGEST SLAP in the face to not only regular customers. But to treat OMEGA customers this way is truly ridiculous. Swatch owns a few watch brands one of them being OMEGA where the watches range from $5k to over $100k. Which is their elite brand. So if they treat omega customers this way. You can only imagine how they treat everyone else. The worst part about the entire situation was after they notified me the watch is now out of stock. One of the employees almost begins to laugh about it. I've NEVER in my life seen conduct like this in a high-end store. Especially Swatch/Omega. It's almost like they're doing it for their own amusement or something. This makes me question the level of customer service now even with OMEGA which is owned by Swatch. Truly Ridiculous..... If they're treating their loyal OMEGA customers like this. I can't imagine how they're treating regular customers day to day. Most likely my next watch will either be Rolex or Audemars Piguet. I almost can't recommend Swatch/Omega anymore. The general crowd is mainly adults. Normal class. The noise level was normal for a retail store. Overall. Unsure if I would buy another watch from the brand. In the luxury watch world. Service is everything and swatch has now shown their true colors.

    I may be a little biased because all my watches are from swatch, but what can I say, I love swatch! It's a small store, but lots of watches to look at. Great to stop by when walking in Times Square.

    I passed this shop on the way to pick up my purchases from Nordstrom last night. Note that I've previously stepped inside the shop to survey the selection, and last night I stopped in for what was only supposed to be a quick moment... The owner greeted me and almost immediately started talking prices. This is $20 dollars and we have that for $25 dollars, but this is a little more expensive, and that's this price. Oh, that fascinator is beautiful on you and you can put it layaway. It was just $79 dollars, mind you. Excuse me? It's such a turn-off when people see brown skin and assume that the purchase would be unaffordable without a payment plan! Not to mention, I started off by noting that I was only taking a quick peek on my way to pick up my Nordstrom purchase. Though I promptly told her that I don't need layaway and I pay for things outright, I had already decided that I wouldn't be buying from there. Her fixation on talking to me about price was all I needed to hear. Nothing disgusts me more than when people make assumptions! I have beautiful vintage hats in my collection, fine jewelry and quality costume jewelry, and beautiful bags that I've purchased abroad. She could've had a repeat customer who prioritizes quality goods and, more importantly, quality service.
