I had the best experience at the Swatch Times Square! It was all thanks to Lia!! From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuine. She took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. Lia went above and beyond to make the experience memorable. I was only planning at looking around, but it was hard not to make the purchase. It's rare to come across someone who provides such exceptional customer service while making every customer feel valued. If you're visiting the Times Square Swatch store, I highly recommend asking for Lia. She's a tremendous asset to the team, and I'll definitely be returning because of the experience she provided. Thank you, Lia! read more

Made line on 5/16 for the AP Royal Pop release and it was a disaster. Did not honor the line even tho previous employees mentioned they would. Line cutters were proficient and nobody did anything about it. Also, it seems they closed early and no purchases could be done on this day. Sad read more

An amazingly fun store to visit and purchase the coolest, most fashionable watches. Managers Nadia and Lucy are super approachable and friendly. Lia as kind and courteous a sales person as you can find on this planet. Seriously, they're all gems there. To add overall Swatch's warranty on every watch they sell plus the servicing ( free batteries) on their products is without par. I'll take Swatch over that big company that begins with R any day of the week. read more

Busy busy busy is all I can say but I have to come to polish my watches If you don't know about the " Destination watches then you missing out in the game. Back in the days , my mom was into Swatch watches.. I would sneak in her room and borrow hers. I had a few in early 2000s. Back then they had better selections. Though, when I was visiting this store , I found the store to be very vibrant and great customer service. Unlike the NOVA locations. Though, I enjoyed my visit. I couldn't find any style that I like. The quality isn't the same as in the 90s or early 2000. They are much more $$$ now too. read more

Super fun to see a large Swatch store in NYC! We stopped in somewhat for nostalgia and to see what they had. They had some really great designs and to be honest, there were a few we considered worthwhile to pick up! The staff was super-friendly. Be aware though they are clearly well trained, as the clerk we talked to pulled out all the sales tactics int he book......it was not "pushy" but, the tactics were highly recognizable. We tried on several watches and the staff was knowledgeable on the product. They have a really cool design that was unique to NYC as well. read more

This is my fifth different Swatch store this year. Paris Hong Kong Las Vegas Orlando Times Square New York But this is first Swatch store where I was grooving to Mariah Carey with Tonika and the team. While I still chase the elusive Black Moonwatch with Snoopy, there are so many different themes and additions for any taste or collection. Shoutout to Zenia who helped with Up in Smoke for my son and the Dia de los Muertos Simpsons watches The store is found like everything else in Times Square and can be an oasis from all the chaos just right outside the doors. As always, great service and great watches read more

This location is a sham on 5/16/26 the AP Royal Pop rollout was a disaster. I witnessed purchases made before store hours to selected customers who were handpicked by swatch staffers. By 10:42am this location was closed to the public. The store never opened to the public on a first come first served basis at 10am. Instead it did appear that backdoor deals were made in advance at this location for AP Royal Pop watches. I would not recommend anyone bother with this location A TOTAL SHAM!! If I would rate this location it would be minus 10! read more

Hello my name is Joshua Jenkins. My wife and I recently visited your store in NYC (Times Square - Store #296). We were greeted by Zena, a sales associate at the store. Zena was very knowledgeable of Swatch's history and ALL of the numerous watches we asked her about. As we looked around the store in search of a watch to purchase, Zena was so attentive and very intentional about helping us find a watch that we liked. She was not pushy, rude, or even money hungry. Zena displayed extreme patience with me and my wife to the point where we felt that we were the only ones in a packed store full of patrons. As visitors of NYC from Maryland, me and my wife have been to numerous stores and restaurants. Our Swatch experience with Zena was the absolute BEST experience we had during our entire stay in NYC. We were so impressed with Zena going above and beyond to make sure we had the appropriate information for each watch we asked about and also she took her time as we decided on each watch. Her sales expertise was so phenomenal that we ended up purchasing 6 watches and even told our friends to meet us at the store and then she even took her time to help them purchase about 9 watches (which none of us anticipated doing). I asked to speak to a manager to express our sincere appreciation for such great customer service. Zena let us know that he was downstairs handling business and he may take a minute to come up. Tyler who is the store manager came up immediately not knowing what we needed. Tyler met us with a huge smile in anticipation to find out what we needed. Tyler stopped what he was doing to listen to us share our experience and he was extremely attentive and appreciative of the feedback we shared with him regarding Zen's professionalism and excellent customer service. This store was by far one of the greatest customer service experiences I have ever had. I am writing because the company needs to be made aware of not only complaints but also compliments. I am not from NYC but will definitely return to this store because of the great experience that we had today. I would really like someone from Swatch to contact me about this experience although it was great I really think that their performance and skill needs to be acknowledged and applauded. Thank you Zena and Tyler for an amazing experience today! Not only will I be back but Swatch will be where we order from. read more

Upon entering you're greeted and everything. The store is highly organized with watches in the display cases. They had the AC on so ventilation was very good. Also sanitizer was available too near the front door. The employees are friendly but nowhere near professional. The reasoning of that terminology is how they treat their loyal OMEGA customers. I came up here from MD to buy the new Swatch x Omega moon watch. They won't tell you inventory levels over the phone so I already knew I was taking a gamble if they were out of stock. But was very happy when I got there and they told me it was in-stock. After asking one of the employees in-person inside the store. They said they had two colors available. Black and pink. Obviously I'm not buying pink. Lol. So I wanted to see how the black moonwatch watch looked IN-PERSON. They directed me to the display case which ONLY points to the outside window. There is no way to see the new moonwatch from inside of the store which is very weird since you have to leave the store to see the watch from the outside. Lol. **SEE PICS** Before I left the store TO LOOK AT THE WATCH IN THEIR WINDOW. I told the employee I wanted to buy it and will be right back inside. Less then two minutes later I returned inside from looking at the watch thru their outside window. They told me they had just sold the last remaining limited stock moonwatch to someone else and none were available now. ?????? This is the BIGGEST SLAP in the face to not only regular customers. But to treat OMEGA customers this way is truly ridiculous. Swatch owns a few watch brands one of them being OMEGA where the watches range from $5k to over $100k. Which is their elite brand. So if they treat omega customers this way. You can only imagine how they treat everyone else. The worst part about the entire situation was after they notified me the watch is now out of stock. One of the employees almost begins to laugh about it. I've NEVER in my life seen conduct like this in a high-end store. Especially Swatch/Omega. It's almost like they're doing it for their own amusement or something. This makes me question the level of customer service now even with OMEGA which is owned by Swatch. Truly Ridiculous..... If they're treating their loyal OMEGA customers like this. I can't imagine how they're treating regular customers day to day. Most likely my next watch will either be Rolex or Audemars Piguet. I almost can't recommend Swatch/Omega anymore. The general crowd is mainly adults. Normal class. The noise level was normal for a retail store. Overall. Unsure if I would buy another watch from the brand. In the luxury watch world. Service is everything and swatch has now shown their true colors. read more

I have to express the wonderful experience and service I received at this Swatch location at Times Square Swatch. The previous Swatch store I visited on the same day was on 5th Ave, and the store associate was just so not helpful to do a Christmas gift exchange. We had the receipt and everything in order with us. He insisted that if it was purchased on the website it had to be returned that way. I knew that couldn't be right (without even seeing the website's policy) but we just left to go to the Times Square location. Well, let me tell you it was like night and day. Cheerful helpful and EXPERIENCED Malachi at Times Square truly wanted to help us immediately and do the exchange without hassle. I also purchased a watch band to change from the one that came with it and he swiftly took care of that as well. We were so happy it was like Christmas all over again. Why can't everyone be like that in these positions of customer service? It really does make a difference for the customer and the brand. Thank you again Malachi and I hope you have a great and prosperous New Year! PS When I did check the website at home, it most certainly states EXCHANGES can be done in the store with web orders. That 5th avenue representative should be re-evaluated. read more

I was not going to buy anything but I used to collect my swatches in the 1980s. I don't know what happed to them but my mom probably thrown them away. I also had a see through hot pink swatch phone. That's why I went to the store. Great service and brought me back to the 80s. I love it! read more

The Manager, Nadia, is absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure I got the item I wanted. She even kept in touch with me for weeks to make sure I was able to get it. To say that she went above and beyond is even an understatement. Thank you so much Nadia! If your supervisor is reading this, please give Nadia a raise! Very rude staff - would not recommend. The first sales rep was pretty professional and told us what we were looking for (the Blancpain collaboration) was not available but we were welcome to try other watches. But when we asked if we could try on the watches that were available, another rep (believe his name was James?) very abruptly said no and turned to another customer before we could ask questions about the watch. As we were walking out of the store, the security guard rushed us to "move so you don't block the way" while there was no line outside the store and weren't blocking anyone - we were just trying to navigate the Times Square traffic. I live in the city and have been to this store before, but the service has definitely gotten worse and I would not recommend this store. read more

Lucy, Reuben and David were awesome. Went to the store on a busy Saturday night to get my battery fixed and they did it with a smile. Do not buy. Store is happy to sell you watches but service for any defects is non existent. If you like throwing money out of the window for shitty watches made for the landfill buy a Swatch. Don't support companies that can't support their own products. read more

Lovely and Friendly staff. For a store that gets a lot of foot traffic daily for its location, the staff here are super patient and helpful. I am sure they get asked the sames questions about the moonswatch over and over again but they will gladly reply with a big smile on their faces. It looks like the employees here all get along and it shows in their attitude and demeanor. The place gets busy but there is always somebody who will tend to you. TERRIBLE SERVICE !!! I really love Swatch products, I had several watches of this brand and I was thinking about a new purchase, but my last experience was just horrible. My boyfriend and I came to New York for a few days, hoping for a pleasant pastime, but to our regret, we ended up at Swatch at Times Square, 1535, Broadway. He needed to change the belt on his watch. The watch is old, almost 25 years old, in very good condition, never broken BEFORE we decided to change the belt at the store in Times Square! During the replacement, the watch case was broken in two places, the belt itself was defective. The store employee did not say anything about the breakdown. In a hurry, she put the watch on my boyfriend's hand and also quickly said goodbye to us, although before that she was very nice and friendly. We noticed a breakdown an hour later. We came to the store again, but the only thing that was offered to us was to give money for the belt, and the employee who broke the watch did not even come to us to apologize! We were also told that replacing the strap with a leather one is not recommended for watches of this age, as there is a risk of damaging the watch during replacement. But they told us about it AFTER they broke it. You can't break someone's thing and just say "Oops". The employee hid the damage, and she also sold us a defective belt. I can't believe a brand of such caliber can treat its customers like this. I don't know how valuable this watch, which was purchased 25 years ago, but the memorable value is undeniable. Very offensive and unpleasant experience. Our trip is ruined, as is our attitude to the brand. read more

I just love the brand! Looking forward to checking out their times sq store! I used to love the upper west side store.. but it closed!

I was staying at an adjoining hotel to this store while visiting NYC this week. I stopped by the store several times when I had a few extra minutes coming and going from the hotel. Each time I stopped by the employees were helpful and outgoing. I want to give specific praise to Nadia and Zena. Despite stopping by several times they were friendly and patient with my questions. In the end they helped me get a 007 Q watch, a Hodinkee automatic, and a couple other really cool watches. Thanks Zena and Nadia! read more

I just came to Swatch for the first time living in New York for a private event my friend was throwing. I have to say, I really underestimated Swatch! I was so impressed with the watches and umm hello the prices?!! So affordable. I never thought of Swatch as a watch that I wanted to have because I thought it was for younger generation and for kids, but I was wrong. You can customize a watch and make it super personal which is what I love most! Also they have a ton of new designs with really nice art on them and you can engrave as gifts! Also the store itself is beautiful. I mean it's in Times Square so It should be, but wow it's super cool. Lots of crazy designs on the floor and watch displays and ideas. Really love it! I'm now a Swatch fan :) read more

Although the selection was not as extensive as it could be, there were a few editions that were shown, and I really liked a particular one that is automatic, so I got it. The staff is great; the guy who was helping me out offered a second watch for 50% off, but I wasn't interested. Very busy because of all the tourists, but it was worth it. I added a photo, which is the watch I bought. read more

I was there on Wednesday and man the customer service was incredible. I don't normally write reviews unless something is worth recommending or warning. This is definitely a recommendation. They have all kinds of watch that range in price from around 60$-300$ which is fairly reasonable in the world of watches. Which even the cheaper ones were very nice. Someone had come up to help me I don't know what his name was but I wish I did to recommend him, he would unlock any watch that I was even considering and walked with me so that I could compare them. Even though he would follow me around he was not pressuring at all and encouraged me to explore the variety of watches. Speaking of which there are watches that could work for your nine year old or for your grandfather. There are so many styles to pick from. I would go even if you're not going to buy something. read more
