As I waited at reception, ai observed the waiting area was packed, there was one lady she did me, who was being a little difficult, however, the woman at reception, was not the most helpful and came across as dismissive toward her, and myself, once it was my turn. I was told that I could order what I needed and I could wait by the bar area. She summoned another employee to search for it and/or inform me the cost. I made my way to the bar, and enjoyed my Perrier. Once the employee returned, she told me they could not locate a replacement nor could I order one. I was utterly disappointed. I was told my best option was to purchase a generic one. I spent nearly $1800 for glasses, and didn't find this as ideal treatment. I considered purchasing a watch here, but ai believe that ship has sailed for me.
