Clueless I walk in asking if I can replace the battery in my Swatch. Of course! And they did it on the spot -- AND polished the crystal with paste twice! Just awesome.

Still keeping time after nearly 25 years!

I have a Sydney year 1999/2000 swatch watch. Y2K! Good times! I haven't used the watch much since that time. Took it in asking about a battery change cost and they changed the battery for free! After all these years, it's still ticking and keeping accurate time. Service was fast and easy.

Friendly amazing service and very helpful sales people that love the Swatch brand! I'd recommend swinging by this store when in San Fran. They have many limited versions of watches that arrive daily , including the heavily sought after Swatch Omega Collaboration !

People lining up at 3am in SF completely in vain and without any type of clear communication from Swatch

The way Swatch and this particular store managed the release of the Swatch x Omega Moonswatch has turned me off both companies and this store's lack of respect for its customers was just the (terrible) cherry on top. Let me explain. I lined up at 3am in the hopes of getting a piece for myself, was happy to wait in line, knew that I was in for a wait, and there were no guarantees... sure Strike 1 - the store was only allocated 150 pieces - knowing full well the demand, this seems like a deliberate tactic to pump the hype button - especially as every was told "they could buy 2" - so Swatch really only thought 75 people would buy from this store? but fine - restricting supply is a game all watch buyers already understand. Strike 2 - apparently the store the night before had compiled a "list of names" of people waiting - and knowing they only had 150 pieces and more than that many names collected already the night before, it was clear to them they would run out, especially given the scenes outside other stores in other time zones - But again - intentionally no mention of a list, no notice on the front of the store, no nothing was mentioned at all. So folks who physically came to the store (either early or late) were not given any heads up their wait was in vain Strike 3 - even after the store opened and the store folks could see the huge line of people, no process, no structure and most damning - no communication to folks in the line that their wait was in vain - even after repeat asks by people in line about what was going on and if they should even wait. It seems clear to me that at best - swatch is just incompetent and seems unwilling to invest at least a minimum amount of planning into this global release, or and what I think is more likely - intentionally used a friendly fan base to create hype for themselves, artificially restricting supply and creating huge lines of people waiting for something they knew going in they could not deliver - disgusting behavior by a brand and treatment of customers... and to the "little man" who works at this particular store who only seemed able to roll his eyes and say "let me ask..." you need to find yourself another profession, because customer service is not it.

    Almost there! 16 hours later...

In response to Bran T's comment and others complaining about the Moonswatch release, all you had to do was come early as possible, in our case 5PM the day before the release and wait in line for your watch. It's simple really. If you can't handle it, then turn back and go home and try buying it online when it releases there. 3AM was too late frankly... and counting the amount of heads from the front to the back of the line knowing you won't be able to get a watch due to the 150 watch supply from the brand, why even bother staying in line? If you really wanted these watches, you would find a way. In our case, we came here to be as early as we can and endured the pain but ended up with a sweet watch. Thanks again to the Swatch crew! Compared to the rest of the worlds release of this epic watch, SF was by far the most peaceful.

MoonSwatch as gorgeous as I'd hoped! :)

Swatch SF was a great experience, Peter and Sung especially are TOTALLY AMAZING! Even though I am certain they are asked constantly about the MoonSwatch, they took the time to talk to me and find out the models I was after and got me all set. They were helpful, kind, and a lot of fun to talk to. I'm grateful for all of their help today and came away with a huge smile. Absolutely 10/10 would recommend folks to check out the Swatch SF store!! THANK YOU

I have worn the same Swiss Army watch for 15 years. It died last week. I don't like any of the new ones on the market, so I went into Swatch to see what they had. I had an idea what I wanted, but I wasn't sure. Even though they had tons of customers looking for the new Omega watch, the staff was patient and kind. Sung helped me check out several watches, but I felt like Goldilocks. None were quite right. Then she proposed one that I never would've thought of. And I loved it! I never would have picked it out, but it's perfect. She spent a lot of time adjusting the band, so it would fit me. She changed out the clip to one that was simpler and less complicated. I have been so worried how I would ever replace my beloved watch. This one is new and shiny and pretty. It makes me smile when I look at it. I'm so grateful for retail spaces to still exist. I know how easy it is to look on the Internet and buy it. But it really does make a difference when you want to know how something feels on your body. Thank you again Sung for all of your attention and expertise. This was a really stressful proposition for me, and you made it utterly enjoyable.

Came here for one reason! To try and get the Omega x Swatch bio ceramic. Wasn't able to do so with limited supplies so I'm a little disappointed. Really nice store and friendly customer service reps.

There is a staff here that is very rude. He told my brother that "dont you have anything to buy other than what you are looking for?". My brother is looking for it every single time he has a chance to drop by but this staff is very rude to shoo people away. There was this one instance that my brother and another man was asking for the same thing, but this staff who shoos people away said " no seriously?" "dont you have anything to buy??"... This is a birthday gift for me and im eager to have one, but my brother gets discourage to go and buy me because of this man. The manager is understanding but this staff isnt. i dont know why swatch allows staff to be rude...

After being quoted $90-$120 elsewhere, I was pleasantly surprised to learn his pricing is $35-$50 per pair, depending on whether the bottom heel also needs to be soled. I ended up bringing in three pairs of shoes (two with top heels done, one with both top and bottom heel soled). He told me to come back in 1.5-2 hours, and when I returned around 4:30 PM, all three pairs were ready. The work looked clean, professional, and well finished--I was really impressed. I also had him replace a watch battery. When I got home later that day and realized it still wasn't working, I messaged him right away. He responded the next day, asked me to come back in, and fixed it within minutes--he even offered a refund if it couldn't be resolved. Fair pricing, fast turnaround, quality work, and honest service. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend this place.

Since this is a hefty luxury bag, going to my clothing alteration shop wouldn't work as I was recommended to go to a cobbler as they would have the machines necessary to fix a bag. Fortunately, for me when I got back home, I found MAK & CO which came highly recommended and was near to where I lived. I contacted MAK via the online quote portal on yelp. He immediately responded with his number and said to text him directly with some of the images of the bag damage. I contacted him and sent him the photos of the damage and he quoted me $20 per end and said he could take care of it pretty fast. I took the bag in on New Year's Eve and MAK took a quick look at it and said he could get it done in two hours. I was completely surprised and I reminded him he didn't have to get it to me that fast. He said it wouldn't be a problem. Not only was he able to turn around the bag within a few hours he said the total repair would be only $20 for both ends and not $20 per end. This was half the amount which I was expecting to pay. Totally happy with what he said I left and came back maybe about five hours later near to when he was about to close. He gathered the bag and showed me his repair which he did very securely and tight. I have no doubt that this repair will last hopefully forever. The total amount was only $20 as he said, and I walked away very happy and appreciative. MAK & CO was very professional, quick with the turnaround and very affordable. I for one will definitely be back as I have many shoes that I have been waiting to get repaired. He definitely is an artisan.

Almost ten years later, the level of service is nowhere near the same. I recently took my uncle's 1960s vintage Seiko GMT in for a full overhaul. The repair was estimated to take a few months, which was completely fine. When the watch was finally ready, I picked it up, paid in full, and even tipped for the service. Once I got home, I immediately noticed the dial had been dented on both sides--damage consistent with improper hand removal. This is a satin-finished metal dial that is irreplaceable. Geneva Watch Repair damaged it and never said a word, clearly hoping I wouldn't notice. But I did. I have high-quality macro photos of the watch before drop-off, and now the piece is permanently harmed. I reached out multiple times via email and phone to resolve the issue, and never received a single response. I gave them more than enough time. Fortunately, I paid with American Express and was able to file a chargeback. I provided photos and video evidence and won the dispute. Shame on you, Geneva Watch Repair. I'll take every opportunity to warn fellow watch collectors. I will never return--and I'm grateful I didn't trust you with my Daytona, which surely would've met the same fate.
