Update: I spoke with Shawn from Swank a Posh and she swiftly handled my concern and made things right. I appreciate Shawn for taking time to look into my concern and resolve the situation. have been a loyal customer to Swank A Posh for years. Have even referred many customers to them. I am disappointed to say that the last order I placed was sent to me missing 2 sets. I immediately reached out to them via email and provided pictures of what I received and the Customer Service Rep response is that they have tracking to show I received the package. The issue is NOT that I didn't receive my package. The issue was that 2 sets that I PAID for was missing. Clearly an issue with their packing department. I kindly requested that they send the missing items or refund me as I don't have money to waste. The rep continues to give me the run around. Their customer service line is oddly now "temporarily disabled". This has been a frustrating experience. I WILL NEVER order from Swank Again. STAY AWAY. You will regret shopping with them and risk losing money read more

if you're looking for their Super Swank jeans just look for a vendor that has JC & JQ Jeans bc that's what it is. Any ways here's my experience with them. I placed an ordered in October 20 2025. I emailed them 11/26/25 to see where my order was and just got a generic message saying they are relocating warehouses. I messaged them on instagram on 12/3/2025 and email again on 12/5/2025 and got the same message thru email but instagram they asked for my information THEN my order started moving 12/16/2025 well the shipping label. I didn't receive it till 12/26/2025 lol only for them to send the wrong items. Emailed AGAIN on 12/29 because that's when I had time to open the package. They asked to see the order and pants. I send them right away. They said if I would like to return them I would have to pay shipping cost. I asked how was that fair they then said "The issue has been forwarded to the relevant team for review" on 1/1/2026. I emailed again 1/9/2026 just for a follow up and they said they would be back with me shortly. I'm 1/26/2026 I messaged them thru instagram explaining the whole situation again and again they asked to show them the order and the pants. I didn't get a response so I messaged again on 2/2/2026 just to follow up and look for a solution "Good morning, just following up again because I'm honestly a bit frustrated at this point. I ordered in October and didn't receive my order until December, only to find out the pants I received weren't the correct style. I've never had an issue with your company before, which is why I'm surprised this hasn't been resolved yet. I just want to understand what the next step will be. Will there be a replacement or store credit? I also wanted to ask if the pants with belt loops are still available. I haven't seen them on the site since late October or early November and wasn't sure if they were discontinued. Thank you and appreciate your help and" And just guess what they replied back "Please note that we can not see any issue with jeans." LOL PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!! Horrible customer service read more

I've been a loyal customer of Swank A Posh for quite some time now and have always loved their items. I've never had any issues receiving my orders on time--until recently. Back in August, I placed an order and later needed to send one item out the entire order back for a partial credit, which is supposed to come in the form of a gift card towards amy future purchase. After six weeks of not receiving any updates on my credit despite reaching out through their portal between July and September out of frustration, I finally filed a claim with my bank, and that's when SwankaPosh finally responded with a real person and issued the gift card credit. I was happy things were resolved and used the credit toward a new order on September 24th. Unfortunately, it's now late October, and I still haven't received that order. My order is still in the processing stage. I've sent multiple emails - too many to count - to their customer service portal, and even forwarded proof of my attempts to contact them directly. All I receive are auto-generated responses saying someone will follow up within 24-48 hours, or messages that seem copied and pasted: "We apologize for the delay; we're reaching out to the fulfillment center." Weeks have gone by, and my items are now out of stock. I'm beyond upset and disappointed because I truly love this brand and have supported them for some time. I even half want to get them another try. I just don't know if there's an issue with their fulfillment center or if they're understaffed, but this experience has been incredibly frustrating and beyond upsetting to one of your loyal customers. You guys need to be true to your customer base or you will be force to close your doors because this creates a negative downward effect on all fronts. At this point, I've had to file another claim--not only for the original refund issue but also for this unfulfilled order. It's really disheartening to see the company continuing to promote new items when they still haven't resolved existing customer orders. I genuinely hope they get things back on track, because it's sad to see a brand I once loved become so conniving in practices and disengaging as a small business to the consumers who frequent them the most. I now understand what it feels like when I hear people say, "see this is why I don't like to support small businesses." read more

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They sent me the wrong product and are refusing to return it. Labels don't match, size doesn't watch and they are telling me it's the same product. I like Swank A Posh's style and have ordered several times for special occasions. Unfortunately, the shipping has consistently been delayed, and my items have not arrived in time for the events I purchased them for. Most recently, I received an email saying my order would arrive soon, but that was inaccurate. At this point, I'm unsure when -- or if -- it will arrive. Because of the repeated shipping delays and unreliable communication, I won't be ordering again. read more

You will find nice clothing pieces but they are ridiculously expensive! I mean a puff coat for $250, jeans $79.99, and regular tops priced highly as well. I would catch them when they are having sales. I used to shop there but not so much anymore. But I visited the site to see if anything had changed because I have been seeing their ads on social media lately under a scam site that has their pieces at $1, $2, etc. (def NOT their site) read more

After more than two months, my order from Swank A Posh is finally on the way. This has easily been one of the worst customer experiences I've had. I paid for a product and waited over two months with zero proactive communication. The only time I received any response was when I repeatedly reached out myself. When I requested a refund due to the excessive delay, I was told it couldn't be processed because my order was "preparing to ship." That was not true. The order was only shipped after I requested a refund and posted multiple negative reviews. This business operates in a very misleading way. Holding customers' money for months with no updates and only taking action after public complaints is unacceptable. I genuinely try to support minority-owned businesses, but good intentions don't excuse poor and dishonest business practices. At this point, I don't even want the merchandise and will likely donate it. I strongly recommend others think twice before ordering. read more

I used to love Swankaposh. The quality was reliable, shipping was prompt, and customer service was top-tier. But lately, things have taken a serious turn for the worse. After recently losing my home in the Eaton fire, I've been trying to rebuild--piece by piece--including my wardrobe. Unfortunately, my latest experience with Swankaposh has been incredibly disappointing. I placed an order for two 2-piece leggings sets, expecting the same standard of quality and the 3-5 day shipping window listed on the website. What I got was a far cry from that. Only one of the sets arrived after I had to chase down my shipment via email. The piece I received smelled like the fabric was hastily sourced and sewn together just to fulfill the order. The stitching is so weak, you can hear the threads popping as soon as you try it on. It's heartbreaking because I've purchased truly high-quality items from Swankaposh in the past--this isn't the brand I once supported. I hate to be this person, but my money matters. And when I'm not getting the same quality I used to count on, that needs to be said. It was good while it lasted. read more

Update: I did finally receive my items. Order with caution. Do not order something you will need within the month, because that's how long it will take them. They have really gone downhill. Placed an order September 26th and still have not received it as of October 21st. I've reached out repeatedly, and was told on October 16th that they're "having delays and will look into my order and provide a tracking number as soon as possible." This is completely unacceptable. They should not take people's money for inventory that they do not have. Almost a month after I placed my order and no tracking number has been provided. Please DO NOT give this company your business. I've been supporting them for years and never had issues, so it pains me to say that! read more

BE CAREFUL ORDERING LADIES! YOU WON'T GET YOUR ITEMS & THEY WILL REFUSE TO REFUND YOU! I had to file a fraud claim on them with my bank to have my money refunded. They had the nerves to charge the same day as ordered but never provide merchandise, just generic emails that keep saying "processing" and "shipping delay". Problem is, their inventory coming from China is held up like the rest of the small business owners' inventory coming from China but they shouldn't STEAL people's money for inventory they do not have nor have shipped! They will steal your money! Refuse the shipment if they try to ship it out later. They have all of this stuff at Shein & Amazon, which you can be refunded for if there is an issue! read more

(THIS HAS BEEN REPORTED TO BBB) DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! I am filing this complaint against Swank A Posh for fraudulent business practices and refusal to provide a proper refund. I placed an order totaling $356.90, with an additional $50 spent on return shipping. The items I received were not original Swank A Posh products as advertised. Upon inspection, it was clear that the company resold products from other brands such as SHEIN and LA Girl Jeans, marketing them as their own. This is misleading and deceptive advertising. Additionally, my order was supposed to arrive within 3-5 days, yet it took over a month to be delivered. When the items finally arrived, the sizing was completely inaccurate, and the quality was not consistent with the representations on their website or social media. After contacting Swank A Posh, the company refused to issue a full refund and instead offered store credit only, along with a 10% discount on a future order which is unacceptable given the circumstances. I should not be forced to continue shopping with a business that misrepresented its products and provided a poor customer experience. I am requesting a full refund of $356.90, plus reimbursement of the $50 return shipping fee, totaling $406.90. If the company refuses to resolve this matter promptly, I intend to pursue legal action through small claims court. This has been the worst shopping experience I've ever had, and I'm deeply frustrated with how unprofessional and deceptive this company has been. Requested Resolution: Full refund of $406.90 (order total + return shipping). read more

I absolutely would NOT recommend this company to anyone. I was originally excited about my order and waited patiently, but that quickly changed. My order sat in the warehouse for almost two weeks, so I reached out asking for a refund. As soon as I did, my order was suddenly shipped out. When the order finally arrived, I wanted to exchange the items -- but the cheapest shipping just for the pants was $20. I emailed them multiple times requesting a prepaid return label, and there has been no response to the numerous emails I've sent to them. My 14days return policy is coming up this week and no response from them. The sellers are thieves. Their lack of communication, refusal to help, and complete disregard for customers is shady, unprofessional, and feels like a scam. Now I'm stuck with these pants. read more

Swank used to be very good with product and shipping. I would not recommend ordering from them now!! I purchased 3 different pairs of jeans and the sizing was off, had to send them back and didn't get the full credit. Then I thought, hey, maybe the quality is better I will try again, WRONG!!! I placed an order on 9/4/2025, the site says the order will ship in 3 business days, by 9/10 with no shipping confirmation, I sent Swank an email and they emailed back stating that they would get back to me in 24-48hrs, nothing! So I emailed again on 9/15 and get the same email stating that they would email me back. Emailed again 9/18 got the same email stating that they would reply soon. 9/20 still nothing, no shipping info, order, or reply. I will disputing the order with my cc company, which is a shame! Order # 1306912-I ordered two pairs of jeans on 10/22/25, as of today 10/29/25 the items are still "processing." I reached out to customer service and received no additional information as to when the items will be shipped/delivered. I need the items no later than 11/3 which allowed 11 days. The current process proves to be inefficient and should be reevaluated. If these items do not arrive in time I will no longer support this business and will encourage others to purchase from businesses which value customer satisfaction. read more

If I could give this company Zero Stars I would. Go on Facebook & IG and you will see countless people complaining about receiving orders late or not receiving orders period . I placed an order on July 6th and after my constant emailing and nagging, I finally received it on August 9th. Then on August 19th, my dub ass decided to place another order because they were running a 60% off sale. Well after 2 weeks passed by without no tracking number or any notifications, I had to email, nag and basically harass them to get some kind of clarification. I finally received a partial order on September 2nd and was promised the rest on Wednesday September 10th. Well the 10th passed by and I had to start nagging them again. So they sent me a tracking number to make me shut up but the order still said processing. Yesterday, I got a message saying that there would be a refund on my partial order with no clarification on which item was refunded and which are still going to be sent. This makes no fucking sense because you can't talk to anyone. You're at their mercy and if they want to respond to an email that particular day. I will never shop with these bitches again. read more

This company is completely unprofessional and I will never order from them again nor will I recommend it. I placed an order October 8th and it is now October 26th and all I have is an order confirmation. When I originally reached out via email I received a generic email telling me it was too late for a refund and my order was prioritized. I wrote in the comments since I received no response via dm and they continuously deleted my comments instead of responding to me about either sending my my order or refunding me my $50. Once I told I was disputing my charges because they kept deleting my comments someone then responded to my dm giving me a 15% off code and the same bs message about my ordered being priories after asking for my name, address, and email to send it. Still nothing has been shipped nor a refund processed. Asked for an order update and was ignored again for an additional 2 days. Finally October 24th I told them I disputing and reaching out to the bbb (which I am doing next) then I received a code for 50% the same day they announced everything on the website is 50% ... how convenient!!! I don't work hard to give out my money to companies who lack communication and can't process and order or rightfully refund you knowing they never sent you anything or have the intentions to. I will be spreading this information and my horrible experience on all my social media sites because this is ridiculous and very unacceptable! read more

The jeans are cute, and the stretch is great. However, the customer service is horrible. First, there are no returns, only exchanges. Second, they take forever to ship. I really should have listened to the other negative reviews on here. Bought some jeans in the size that I wear in all of my other pants and the swank a posh jeans were too small. I initiated a return/exchange, and they charged me $12 *just to process the return/exchange* this price does not include an actual shipping label - you have to pay for return shipping ON TOP of the $12 that they charge. So I decided to just return the jeans and asked if I could get refunded, to which I was told that I would not get a refund if I shipped back the pants, I would instead get a gift card to their business. Add this to the fact that you only have 4 days from the time your order is delivered to mail back a return / exchange, and the whole situation is just an expensive headache. Long story short, if you just want to buy some jeans online and don't want to get nickeled and dimed in case you need to process a return or exchange, do not shop here. Now I am stuck with a pair of jeans that do not fit because it was easier to eat the $50 than it was to continue dealing with this company. read more
