Unfortunately, the shipping has consistently been delayed, and my items have not arrived in time for the events I purchased them for. if you're looking for their Super Swank jeans just look for a vendor that has JC & JQ Jeans bc that's what it is. Any ways here's my experience with them. I placed an ordered in October 20 2025. I emailed them 11/26/25 to see where my order was and just got a generic message saying they are relocating warehouses. I messaged them on instagram on 12/3/2025 and email again on 12/5/2025 and got the same message thru email but instagram they asked for my information THEN my order started moving 12/16/2025 well the shipping label. I didn't receive it till 12/26/2025 lol only for them to send the wrong items. Emailed AGAIN on 12/29 because that's when I had time to open the package. They asked to see the order and pants. I send them right away. They said if I would like to return them I would have to pay shipping cost. I asked how was that fair they then said "The issue has been forwarded to the relevant team for review" on 1/1/2026. I emailed again 1/9/2026 just for a follow up and they said they would be back with me shortly. I'm 1/26/2026 I messaged them thru instagram explaining the whole situation again and again they asked to show them the order and the pants. I didn't get a response so I messaged again on 2/2/2026 just to follow up and look for a solution "Good morning, just following up again because I'm honestly a bit frustrated at this point. I ordered in October and didn't receive my order until December, only to find out the pants I received weren't the correct style. I've never had an issue with your company before, which is why I'm surprised this hasn't been resolved yet. I just want to understand what the next step will be. Will there be a replacement or store credit? I also wanted to ask if the pants with belt loops are still available. I've been a loyal customer of Swank A Posh for quite some time now and have always loved their items. I've never had any issues receiving my orders on time--until recently. Back in August, I placed an order and later needed to send one item out the entire order back for a partial credit, which is supposed to come in the form of a gift card towards amy future purchase. After six weeks of not receiving any updates on my credit despite reaching out through their portal between July and September out of frustration, I finally filed a claim with my bank, and that's when SwankaPosh finally responded with a real person and issued the gift card credit. I was happy things were resolved and used the credit toward a new order on September 24th. Unfortunately, it's now late October, and I still haven't received that order. My order is still in the processing stage. I've sent multiple emails - too many to count - to their customer service portal, and even forwarded proof of my attempts to contact them directly. All I receive are auto-generated responses saying someone will follow up within 24-48 hours, or messages that seem copied and pasted: "We apologize for the delay; we're reaching out to the fulfillment center." Weeks have gone by, and my items are now out of stock. I'm beyond upset and disappointed because I truly love this brand and have supported them for some time. I even half want to get them another try. I just don't know if there's an issue with their fulfillment center or if they're understaffed, but this experience has been incredibly frustrating and beyond upsetting to one of your loyal customers. You guys need to be true to your customer base or you will be force to close your doors because this creates a negative downward effect on all fronts. At this point, I've had to file another claim--not only for the original refund issue but also for this unfulfilled order. It's really disheartening to see the company continuing to promote new items when they still haven't resolved existing customer orders. Only one of the sets arrived after I had to chase down my shipment via email. The piece I received smelled like the fabric was hastily sourced and sewn together just to fulfill the order. The stitching is so weak, you can hear the threads popping as soon as you try it on. My order sat in the warehouse for almost two weeks, so I reached out asking for a refund. As soon as I did, my order was suddenly shipped out. When the order finally arrived, I wanted to exchange the items -- but the cheapest shipping just for the pants was $20. I emailed them multiple times requesting a prepaid return label, and there has been no response to the numerous emails I've sent to them. When the items finally arrived, the sizing was completely inaccurate, and the quality was not consistent with the representations on their website or social media. After contacting Swank A Posh, the company refused to issue a full refund and instead offered store credit only, along with a 10% discount on a future order which is unacceptable given the circumstances. I immediately reached out to them via email and provided pictures of what I received and the Customer Service Rep response is that they have tracking to show I received the package. The issue is NOT that I didn't receive my package. The issue was that 2 sets that I PAID for was missing. Clearly an issue with their packing department. I kindly requested that they send the missing items or refund me as I don't have money to waste. The rep continues to give me the run around. The jeans are cute, and the stretch is great. However, the customer service is horrible. First, there are no returns, only exchanges. Second, they take forever to ship. Third, they don't respond to customer service emails. I placed an order 11 days ago and I have been asking for a tracking number ever since and I just keep getting emails that state that my email is in que but they are too busy to answer. They fit so well, nice stretch, true to size (even for me being a meatball) They are a little long as I am only 5'3 but they are still cute AF! I had to send my large back for a XL (I'm a 12-14), But the customer service and turnaround time were both amazing.
