He is a fine doctor who genuinely cares about his patients, spends quality time with them, and is a decent individual. His skills as a doctor are top-notch, and he takes patient care seriously. He works diligently with everyone. I wish other doctors in Mobile were like him, because I have met some who are arrogant, self-righteous, and egotistical. These types of doctors never get a second visit from me. I can't praise Dr. Ritesh Gupta of RGG Cardiology Group enough. The whole office staff at RGG is very kind and supportive. God blessed me to find this doctor! Best to RGG, Dave & Diz

As usual, the kind and friendly medical receptionists at the check-in desk made a good impression;…read moreI hoped I did when I arrived 15 minutes early for this visit. I reviewed and updated My Chart and checked in online, so I didn't have to do it in the office; I only had to pay my co-pay. I had an address correction on My Chart, and after that was done, I waited only a few minutes before I was called back for my appointment with Dr Adrien DiVittorio. After taking my weight, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation, the nurse asked the usual questions about changes in medications and issues I've had since my last visit. After summarizing what I needed to discuss with Dr. DiVittorio, I waited until he arrived. Dr. DiVittorio had already reviewed My Chart updates and the summary, so we got right to him asking questions and changing medication to get better results. I was given a sample inhaler to start on and will follow up with the nurse practitioner in four months to see how I do on the new regimen. I like how Diagnostic and Medical Clinic and Dr. Adrien DiVittorio's Office work. Their system is very efficient. The time you have with the doctor is the limitation Medicare gives him, not what the doctor chooses to provide you with.

If you ask the people at the desk, they just instruct you to check in on the kiosk into which you are to enter in your insurance and social security number along with scanning your insurance cards and drivers license. On one hand I like that other people aren't handling your information, on the other it's very impersonal and the people at the desk seem like they don't want to be bothered (due to the eye roll) and I should've obviously seen and known that I'm supposed use the kiosk to check in. And only finding myself in the line for x ray which wasn't moving. I left. On my way out, I made an appointment to come back today. I waited in the lobby over thirty minutes before being called back to x ray where I waited another ten or fifteen minutes. I was then taken into a room where a nurse practitioner came in. And she clearly had no idea why I was there exactly. She was focused on my spinal x. Ray, which has nothing to do with where my pain is or what is causing it. She pushed and pulled on my legs and feet, but never offered to touch or examine the area of the problem. It became more and more clear. She just wasn't listening to me at all. After twenty five more minutes, doctor hicks finally came in. And at least he checked the immediate area where the pain is but still stuck to the spinal issue and wanted me to get an mri. We even went over my CT. Photos together and then he talked about giving me a shot in my spine after the mri. I'm not a medical person, but I know enough. That my spine is not causing the soft tissue problem. I'm having nowhere near. I told him I didn't see any reason for the. M r I and he ordered his assistant to schedule it.
