Discount designer heaven…read more I like this T.J. Maxx. It's close to home, they have always have a big clearance section in the beauty/cosmetics aisles and they have the best prices on designer sunglasses. I picked up a pair of Kenneth Cole sunglasses last summer that retailed for more than $90 and I paid only $14! The clearance sections are always worth checking out. Decent prices on handbags, linens and kitchen items, with rock bottom prices on fragrances, beauty products, sunglasses, and shoes. You never know what you might find. Sometimes I walk out with a bag filled with legitimate bargains and other times I just strike out. The key is to shop often. There really is no customer service to speak of and I don't expect it at a TJ Maxx, but if you have a question, there always seems to be someone around to answer it for you. Dressing rooms could be kept a little more organized, but that's not a big deal to me- I rarely use the dressing rooms. Who does, anymore? My best all-time purchase from this store is probably my black Christian Dior jacket that I picked up for a song. I don't know I managed to snag such a find, and I have yet to duplicate that kind of success since, but I certainly hope to! Unless it's the holidays, the lines- while sometimes very long and seemingly snaking around the store- do move pretty quickly. Shopping in the evenings during mid-week seems to be the most optimal time because everyone in town seems to be tearing through the racks during the weekends.

This TJ Maxx location is not great. It's sad because it is the only one in the area. Shelves and…read moreracks are cluttered/in disarray. Employees are not customer service oriented. It might be worth it to wander in and see if you find anything but generally not a fun or satisfying place to shop.

I've been to this Forman Mills just a handful of times over the past few years but my first time…read morereally shopping here was just over a week ago. I met my three goddaughters here to shop for school clothes. I thought that it would be fairly expensive because 1) I'm talking about 3 girls and 2) they wear uniforms. What I didn't realize is that the clothing prices here are insanely inexpensive; of course price is relative, but all things considered I still think that it is inexpensive. This was a pleasant surprise for me because they each were able to get a lot of pieces and the total was just under 50 percent of what I originally thought it would cost me! Oh yeah, happy dance time. For the most part, the clothes were fairly organized and most of the racks were full. We shopped during the last hour and a half or so before closing; the store wasn't very busy. This meant that I didn't have to wait in line. The service was about average, nothing to rave or complain about. I give it a 4 because it is a good place to shop for youth clothing and it is a plus that they carry items that fit school uniform requirements.

They lose a star because the clothes are cut different..they run small.other than that..A++! Love…read morethe prices! Super cheap name brand clothes and accessories. Cheap toys, home stuff, bras, sandals etc....love the purses and love when i can score a really good deal which is easy to do here! I spent $50 and got a new polo purse(super cute) sandals, three bras, a huge lalaloopsy doll, sunglasses with a gnarly case, and a badass skirt.they always have adorable extravagant Easter dresses for under $20 if I would have realized I was going there before Easter I wouldn't already bought her one.all and all wish I lived closer to the store because it's awesome

Hit or miss, depending on the day…read more I've scored a sweet pair of Persol sunglasses here before for $1.99 and those babies retail for between $300-$400. That was an epic score- sadly, one that has not been repeated. Oh well. Often, I pick up super inexpensive white milk glass pieces for my ever-growing collection, but recently there's been a dearth of good milk glass sightings at this location. Perhaps other collectors have caught onto my secret? Occasionally, my husband will find brand new Ralph Lauren or Burberry ties here for a song, often under $4. While there's certainly a lot of junk and weird castoffs, we sometimes pick up rare vinyl lp's in very good condition, even with the rice paper linings inside. Most of the books are pretty dog-eared and smell like mold, hence why I usually don't bother with those too often. The shelves often look like an appliance graveyard. Every type of "fad" kitchen electric that came with a bang and left with a whimper sits on the shelf waiting to be reclaimed. You name it, it's a veritable "who's who" of old espresso makers, juicers, frothers, iced tea machines, bread makers, and waffle irons.

Although…read morecustomer service is pretty nice, and it's in a decent location I've left empty handed my last few visits. Furniture is very limited here, the toys section is always a mess, clothes I've found are a little more unorganized then others I've been too, and prices I've noticed have gone up. Sometimes it's fun to see what they have and hopefully get lucky, but like I said I've been leaving empty handed lately ):

I do not recommend them as they're money-hungry bastards…read more I saw them in February of last year. At the time, I mentioned I have severe dry eyes. It was recommended to me that I take fish oil and use Systane eye drops. Done. Come this winter, I am really done with the dry eyes due to indoor heating. I'm waking up with very dry eyes and use drops throughout the day. In January I called, and the twit who answered the phone said I would have to come in for an exam because "many things could have changed." What could have changed that would have made a difference for dry eyes? How ridiculous. I told her it's been less than a year, and she kept saying "it's been over a year." No, it hasn't. I finally told her "It hasn't been a YEAR until February x." Her reply? "Well, it's been over six months." Yes, I can agree with that, yet we're talking DRY EYES--something that they're well aware is a problem for me and is not something like a retinal detachment. Coming in, of course, costs me a $40 copay. I told them I can't afford this. I'm disabled and on SSDI and would be seeing them the very next month anyway! Twit said she'd ask the doctor if she wants to make an exception. Of course she came back with a statement that the doctor says I have to come in despite the fact that I was going to see them the very next month. I told her to let dot know they've lost a patient. Idiots. For not prescribing something for dry eyes--a condition they were well aware I have and when they knew they'd see me the very next month--they lost a patient and ALL of the money I would have spent there in the future. There are ramifications for being money-grubbers without integrity.

When I contacted them about this information they tried to charge me $50. I'm so disappointed trying to charge me for something I already paid for and that's my information to begin with. I'll never do business with them again. Me or my children....sad.

I started to have a short fuse after trying to ask him questions about my condition and being treated as if I was taking up too much of his precious time. The time spent with the doctor was no more than 10-15 minutes including him looking at my eyes. I was respectful but disappointed by the way the appointment went. The front desk was not helpful when I asked to see a manager. They said there was none but I could fill out a survey. I suspect they are scheduling in such a way that the staff is feeling rushed. No one will probably even read the survey. Why don't doctors get it when patients complain of being dismissed and disrespected? It makes such a difference in the way things go.

I see nothing wrong with your eyes." And that was it. I had to see two other eye doctors afterwards so that they would finally figure out what was wrong because I suddenly couldn't see well in the daytime. It is not great news when the doctor can't find what is wrong, it is great news when I get help, which I didn't. It got far worse when I talked to the manager of his place in Dearborn. She was patronizing, raising her voice at me, and treating me like nuisance. Other people who worked there were really nice, but they seemed afraid both of the doctor and the young manager who reminded me of the "Mean girls" film more than a professional establishment.
