The company was unable to accept credit cards but had payment options with cashapp, zelle and PayPal. My parents don't have any of these so I used my PayPal account. They requested that it be sent "friends and family" which seemed reasonable since they believed it was a reputable company. They then asked for MORE money to cover the insurance before shipping it which sent up huge red flags. We definitely dropped the ball and landed right in the lap of this scammer.

I was pressed for time and had a small window to get this done. I called and spoke to Nathan and he was able to accommodate my schedule and get the job done and on time. A bit about the service. I did receive a call from Nathan about my jet skis and he was able to thoroughly provide a status and clearly explained what he found. My main concern was the switch, he tested the switch and the relay and everything was good. He told me how to rectify the problem and did not recommend changing any parts. I asked about replacing with new parts and he told me it would function the same. I appreciated his honesty and was pleased he did not take advantage of an opportunity to make more money! The customer service was outstanding! I talked to both Nathan and Marina and they both were nice and pleasant. When I arrived they both greeted me and helped me unhook my trailer. When I came to pick up my jet skis, Nathan showed me my old parts and explained what was done. Marina took my payment and they both assisted with hooking up my trailer.
