I was pressed for time and had a small window to get this done. I called and spoke to Nathan and he was able to accommodate my schedule and get the job done and on time. A bit about the service. I did receive a call from Nathan about my jet skis and he was able to thoroughly provide a status and clearly explained what he found. My main concern was the switch, he tested the switch and the relay and everything was good. He told me how to rectify the problem and did not recommend changing any parts. I asked about replacing with new parts and he told me it would function the same. I appreciated his honesty and was pleased he did not take advantage of an opportunity to make more money! The customer service was outstanding! I talked to both Nathan and Marina and they both were nice and pleasant. When I arrived they both greeted me and helped me unhook my trailer. Clint the electrician and woodworker fix up some of the shady electrical systems from the previous owner and replace with a proper switch, nicely installed and also fixed the engine instruments.
