Not the best or fastest service, but the food was pretty good. The goulash took about 45 minutes to arrive - tasty with 3 different types of dumplings. The experience was tainted though by the service which was a bit slow, especially considering the lack of communication and general rudeness.

Classic and now after years of operation almost a traditional restaurant with no Corona (beer) as they have own microbrewery. It holds its reputation, serves good beer and very tasty food. Definitely recommend as a point of interest when discovering Prague and enjoying Czech cuisine!

I love Sv. Norberts! We ended up here one evening after being ignored by the staff in another restaurant bar nearby and I am so glad we were ignored by them. Great staff, great food and great beer here at Sv. Norberts. My favourite was the goulash soup in the bread bowl. So so tasty, My favourite beer was the IPA. It was so hot this day that at numerous times the staff hosed the paving and the table umbrellas down to cool the place. This place is definitely worth traipsing up the hill for. I am a fan.

The salad is so so but the meet is good for me

I like food here and the price is ok . The meet is good for me but salad is so so. We met a Americans couple who are the second time to be here. They like this restaurant too

I only tried the beer here, although they serve food as well. The beer is really flavorful and what's even better, is you can see it being made there in their bar. The smell of yeast is a bit on the heavy side due to it being brewed there but if you don't mind it, definitely stop in. Outside has a really nice beer garden.

Duck salad!!!!

The chicken schnitzel and potato was perfect to go with the numerous beers on tap.

Saw the bras hanging as we walked in, made me chuckle. We were seated right away, in a small room with a fair amount going on. I picked the Jim Morrison along with the fries and lovely K had the Janis Joplin, also with fries. Both choices were a very good sized portion with a good amount of fries. The JM stated it's spicy, and it was indeed so. The JJ is also a good sized portion, but it had too much going on for K. What really let the meal down was the fries. They were not hot, and had been cooked too long. The outside was crispy with a good crunch, but the interior was not what we were looking for. Could have been epic with nice fries, but they missed the mark by just a bit.

The pub is situated a few minutes' walk from the castle and cathedral at the top of the hill in Hradčany, just opposite the Loreto church. It's easy to find as the exterior has impressive baroque murals. Inside, it's rather plainer, with painted walls, simple, dark wooden benches and a tiled floor. Although it's location inevitably means that it's full of tourists, it makes few concessions to them: this is essentially a beer bar, and the main draw is its excellent Velkopopvicky Kozel beer, in light (tmavé) and dark (světly) variants, as well as Pilsner Urquell, all served in 0.5l glasses. They serve a limited range of hearty Czech snacks, including some vegetarian items (various forms of cheese). The staff are efficient and workmanlike rather than especially friendly; expect a hard stare if you just have one beer! Locals tend to sit at the front, with visitors at the back. However, the old-fashioned feel means that it is one place you really ought to try is you're in the area, and it makes a great antidote to the touristy crush of the castle. If it's open, stroll afterwards to the Loreto church, one of Prague's most over-the-top Baroque creations and containing the body of St Wilgefortis - a few beers to fortify you first may not be a bad idea, in fact! It's quite a hike up the hill to the Hradčany area, but trams 22 and 23 will take you (via a scenic, circuitous route) to within a few hundred metres, making the climb for you!
