And their price was the same as the price of the liquor store attached to Costco. The person on the phone was very polite. When I got to the store the next day I was warmly greeted. Then another gentleman could probably tell I was looking for something and he asked if he could help me. He showed me exactly where the bottle was that I was seeking. As I was going to pay, there was a sale cart. It had a premixed Jose Cuervo margarita mix in it in a flavor I have never tried. When I asked the guy at the cash register he didn't know the answer to my question about that drink but he called someone else over. Instead of lying to me they both just told me they didn't know the answer. I appreciated that. We laughed about it being a great price and worth a try. The young man at the cash register then offered to carry my box out to my car even though there was someone else in line. He just got a co worker to come to the register. That was a really nice touch. I will definitely stop in here again. For those complaining about the location, it is super easy to turn down the street before the building and enter the parking lot and exit it that way. It keeps you from going up the awkward hill right into the busy street. There is plenty of parking.

I had called the Kroger store at Saddlebrook and spoke to the customer service representative. I asked the Kroger employee to check inventory for a particular, but not at all popular, beer item. The employee looked into the computer and told me there were four 4-packs on the shelf. We only live 2.4 miles from the Kroger store but when we arrived there were zero 4-packs on the shelf. I found out from another Kroger employee that the store's computer system is notoriously inaccurate. The customer service employee should have taken a 20-second walk to the beer cooler to lay eyes on the product. Instead, the lazy employee ended up wasting our time, money and effort on a useless drive to Kroger. My wife had to the good fortune to stop at Pop's! a few days later. They had the specialty beer product in stock and the counter employee went so far as to retrieve more of them from the beer cooler, so that my wife would not have to make a second trip to the back of the store. The stellar customer service didn't stop there. The store employee carried the items to the car and loaded them into the vehicle. My wife was flabbergasted. When she recounted the story to me she said she thought she had entered a time warp, traveling back to the halcyon days in America when service counted for something. Incredible! Not only that, the price on the product was better than Kroger or Walmart. We will be returning to Pop's! Wine & Spirits as a regular customer.
