I was only compensated for the cost of the latch. Zero compensation for my time and gas taking care of something Top Rail Fence was supposed to do per our contract. They Split/Ripped boards instead of just gapping them a little bit as to not have to Rip any boards. The difference between "Good" & "Great" is just that much. Gate looks pretty good functions well, the ripped boards bother my eyes every time I see it. Lets see how well it holds up. I will update post if needed.

Sean dug out the old concrete, installed the new posts and allowed the new concrete to dry over night before building the gates. That is a big deal. Most companies try to finish everything in one day and before you are finished, the posts are sagging and doors no longer close properly. The workmanship, including very strong hinges and handles are impressive. I highly recommend Kings Quality Fences.
