It just seemed unnatural and off to me, I couldn't eat the chicken due to the texture and look, but the sauce was good. I put that on top of some rice and enjoyed it. The naan was solid and not light and fluffy like I am used to. I think different regions of India probably have different styles and maybe I am not just not used to the style. Sorry, but semi-raw chicken on the buffet could potentially give such severe food poisoning that the customer could be hospitalized, so a tiny discount does not make up for the problem. Fortunately she only got mildly sick because Walmart was close enough to get some activated charcoal capsules she could take right away and absorb most of the toxins.

I wasn't in a hurry, but to me, waiting more than 25 minutes or so without any visit from a server (including to refill drinks) is just not great service. This was compounded by the fact that no one around us had received food, but to-go orders were coming out of the kitchen to the front of the restaurant every couple of minutes with urgency.
