He attempted to get a permit but ran into difficulties and said the workers at the City of Orlando permitting department were 'a bunch of immigrants' and 'towel heads'. He said he only needed two more pieces of information and would get the permits. He has not been in communication with the city since April, still has no permit, refuses to return my deposit, and will not reply to my messages to call me mor is he accepting my phone calls. CONSUMERS BEWARE!!! This will now need to be resolved with legal means, unfortunately.
