What upsetted my friend was that she ordered a roll that had yam tempura and she asked for tempura soy sauce which didn't come with it and was charged $2. The yam tempura were very dry and without the sauce it made it not great. When she asked for the sauce, the server didn't communicate that it will be a $2 charge. It was not even in the menu.
