First time at sushi track and enjoyed it. Ordered a few different items. No sushi on conveyor belt due to covid, however server was very attentive and friendly. Highly recommended.

Really 3.5 but bumped up- Overall the sushi was standard for a conveyer belt, mainly salmon, tuna, and shrinp for the nigiri. Other items available upon request. What made this special was the clean and updated interior with self seating and quite a variety of specials and rolls specific to this location-volcano roll, mexico city roll, crunch scallop roll, and something called a sushi pizza. The wasabi is very convenient as it is in a squeeze bottle though you have to ask for pickled ginger. The booths seemed pretty spacious and the seats at the sushi bar are comfortable too. It does seem a little dark in the restaurant though, maybe I have just been used to restaurants that are a little brighter. Though prices seem to be a little more expensive, a quick and easy lunch stop

I'm afraid I'm spoiled by another sushi joint nearer to my place. I won't be rude enough to mention the name. These guys are more expensive, their stuff isn't as big and they have no booth seating. Plus, it isn't as flavorful and I think some of the ingredients were not as fresh as they should have been. Sorry, that's all I have to say...

If you know your sushi don't come here. I ordered spicy tuna, salmon, yellow tail, and rainbow roll. The fish was so dry. The rolls fell apart, disintegrated. But dry fish when I ordered special made rolls I watched you make? Not acceptable. Look at the sad picture of the rainbow roll.

Not sure what this is...but it was tasty!

This is a nice sushi place. We'd give it a 3.5 out of 5. It's not mind blowing, but it's pretty good. You seat yourself and there is a rotating belt to choose your sushi from. They have all the traditional pieces and a couple of specials including a spicy one called "the volcano". It took a while for the server to count our plates and check us out, we twiddled our thumbs for about 10 minutes before we could get a server to notice us. But everything seemed neat and orderly here. I'm wondering if this is a new place, because it seems so clean and the decor has a modern feel. If you want sushi in this area of Beaverton, this is a cheap place worth trying out.

The lady is very nice. As soon as I walked in she was there to greet me. I ordered my food which didn't take long at all. I brought it home and was astounded by the food. It is amazing. I will definitely be coming here for my sushi from now on. Thank you guys so much.

I found the sushi to be delicious and at a very valued price. The track system that delivers the sushi is a lot of fun

The sushi was just okay. Nothing special and I otherwise probably wouldn't return except for its cheap and close to work. The yellow fin tuna was discolored and appeared more white than it should be. Probably as a result as having been frozen. But that is what you can expect from something at this price. The reason I am giving three stars however, as opposed to less, is because it is recently remodeled and very clean inside. The seating is spacious and does not make you feel cramped. The atmosphere of the restaurant gives the appearance they care what they look and it shows. Other sushi places I've been to I would be afraid to use the bathroom and you can see dirty built up in the corners of things but this place is very clean. I think it's what you can expect taste wise for cheap sushi with a good atmosphere.

Dude did I just get handed an 8ball of wasabi paste to go?

I came here knowing full well that I wasn't going to have my life changed by this sushi. I was craving it after picking up a few things at Fred Meyer, and decided to grab a couple rolls to take home to wolf down while watching the IPL5 tournament. Ah, the sushi boats. I've never been a fan of sitting down to dine at one of these places and I made sure to keep an eye out to ensure that I wasn't getting my sushi yanked off the assembly line making circles around the sushi chef. I decided to try a handful of things off of their to go menu: Saba (mackerel) nigiri: This is one of my absolute favorite pieces of fish. It wasn't the freshest I've had, but I'd be lying if I said this was the worst I've had. Sushi Track did this one alright, surpassing some of the saba nigiri I've had from Asian markets. The cut was adequate. Crab Tempura Roll: Imitation crab (makes me weep inside) tempura. I like the idea. Cream cheese as well with their orange cream sauce (a tangent on that coming soon) and panko crumbs. Taste was alright. Rainbow Roll: They skimped hard on the sashimi on top. Very thin, small pieces on top of each piece of roll, with avocado on top of the sashimi, instead of between the rice roll and sashimi, which meant I had to do it myself and that just destroyed the roll. Dragon Roll: a piece of tempura shrimp surrounded by a ton of rice in a roll, with eel on top. It tasted really good, actually, and the textures and flavors were alright. Probably my favorite from my order. California/Spicy Tuna: I can't remember which one I ordered. From the lack of spice, I'll assume California Roll. Standard with a ring of their orange sauce. Orange sauce: I tasted it on its own to figure out what it was, and it tasted like really shitty mayonnaise that was orange. Duuuuude, serious sad faces all around for that. Tainting my rolls like that. Booooo. Thing that made me almost laugh out loud: http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/sushi-track-beaverton?select=wgiXkI2_xU--wqjppuzLiQ#wgiXkI2_xU--wqjppuzLiQ I almost asked the waitress if I was being given an 8ball of wasabi paste to go, but I wasn't sure if she'd like my joke, so I saved that gem for Yelp. I had to take a picture when I got home. It IS kind of cute. Kind of. It was $14 for all of that, which was pretty reasonable for sushi that hasn't killed me thus far. Would I go out of my way to eat here? Not a snowball's chance in hell. Did it fill my rumbly tummy with sushi that I was craving? Absolutely. Sub par flavor, good, friendly service, very reasonable prices mainly reasonable because they use fillers to the max. Want some rice with your roll? GOOD, because that'll make up 80% of it. It's a craving buster and that's about it.

My first time here: there's a sign on the door saying their sushi track is down, but you can still order as usual (whole rolls and nigiri pieces). The staff is super friendly and polite, and the food was delicious! Prices are very reasonable as well.

The sushi is fresh, the restaurant is clean and the enviroment is good. The only cons is that it doesn't open on Sundays.

My partner and I have been craving sushi and wanted to try a new spot, Noa Sushi was heavily…read morerecommended online- and I'm so glad we gave it a try! Their menu is pretty large, with so many options to choose from if you're not really wanting sushi or just wanting to change it up a bit. We were sat down pretty promptly for a walk in at 6 pm! The space was nice to sit down with friends and loved ones for a bite to eat. We came starved, so we practically ordered the whole menu hahah. Nigiri: the salmon was superb. Very sweet, melt in your mouth, perfect mouthfeel! That was our first bite of the day and it really set the tone for the rest of what we ordered. We then had the kanpachi, madai, escolar, and ikura. I really enjoyed the madai and the escolar. Those were both buttery but had a great texture/chew. The kanpachi was fine, I wasn't expecting it to be slightly charred, but that's a personal preference! Next was the ika and the Hokkaido scallop. The Ika was delicious! Everywhere I go I always order the ika, and the Ika here was just as tasty and chewy. They added a shiso leaf with it, giving it more of a different flavor profile, slightly spiced/bitter. But I quite enjoyed that. The Hokkaido scallop was soo incredibly tasty. It was soft, bouncy, and sweet! No fishiness that can sometimes be found with scallops imo. Lastly for nigiri we got the spot shrimp. I thought this was just okay, similar to how I felt about the ikura. Not bad but there were better hits with the nigiri we ordered. Rolls: hamachico was my favorite roll we got out of the two. The yellowtail was so light tasting it almost felt like a palate cleanser with all the food we ordered, it was really good I'd order this again! The lobster roll was okay, I think the chunks of fried lobster on it was great, the base was like a slightly more elevated California roll as my partner described it. It was overall good. Negimaki: this was so so juicy with each bite and full of flavor! Would definitely order this one again. Lobster karaage: the breading to lobster was spot on. These were large fluffy chunks of lobster with just the perfect amount of crunchy breading. Paired with the spicy mayo and the tartar sauce- so delish! Miso soup: it was packed with clams, enoki mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, scallops, tofu, etc. the pot was PACKED. I didn't even get a photo, but I absolutely loved this. I'm not really a miso soup girl, but seeing how much others raved about it, we had to order it and I'm so glad we did. Best miso soup I've ever had! The star of the dinner was their ankimo, hands down. I've tried so many others, but this was so soft, creamy, perfect umami. I would've ordered seconds if we didn't have so much other food already. Overall dinner was delicious, and I definitely have my eye on so many other menu items to try next time!

Seaweed Salad (3/5): Fine and fresh, but pretty average. Sake Nigiri (3/5): Okay, but a bit heavy on the rice compared to the fish. Grilled Steak Roll (3/5): Steak, avocado, and cheese. It was fine, but the cheese flavor was too strong and there was too much rice, which took over the bite. Seared Salmon (5/5): Wow. This was the highlight of the meal. Very tender, perfectly seared, and full of flavor. This alone is a reason to come here. Smoked Salmon (3.5/5): Good and nicely balanced, with fish that was not too thick and a decent amount of rice. Edamame (3.5/5): Beans were good inside, though the pods were a bit firm and cooler than expected. Service: Friendly and helpful, always with a smile. Ambiance: Small cafeteria-style setting with rotating sushi on a conveyor belt. Simple, casual, and good for a quick meal.
