    Mealpal eel bowl

Convenient and fast sushi and poke. I usually get the salmon or tuna poke bowl - the sauces they use are really tasty and I love all the little sides they put inside. It's a flavor explosion! Spicy mayo puts it over the top, in a good way. I have also tried the seared tuna and spicy tuna bowls. The sushi burritos are also really good - my favorite is the Hawaiian crunch which includes mango. I love mango with my sushi - sweet and savory! The spicy kani miso soup is a nice change from regular miso soup. You order on an iPad inside the restaurant or you can order ahead online or via text. If you get text alerts you can get a free drink with your order, they text you when there is a deal. They participate in mealpal which I tried for a time. The bowls are slightly modified so not exactly the same as a regular meal but still filling. My company paid the sushi chefs to host a sushi making class - it was awesome. We all made regular sushi rolls and hand rolls and were each able to keep a bamboo sushi mat that they provided! It also had a sake tasting included.

Came here for the poke bowl since I was in the neighborhood. From what I saw, you order your meal from a tablet so you don't need to tell the employees and have time to add the items you want without pressure. If you need help, you ask the cashier who comes to help you with your order. I was using a mealpal and had to tell the cashier who will pull the mealpad placard card from under the register. Got an opportunity to try two days in a row. Tuna Poke Bowl: Spicy Kani, Pickled Radish, Red & Green Peppers, Scallions, Masago, Avocado and Edamame Salad on a Bed of Sushi Rice with Bonito Flakes Spicy Tuna Rice Bowl: pickled radish, red & green peppers, edamame salad, avocado and spicy kani on sushi rice w/ paprika aioli on the side The bowls are great and fresh ingredients. Definitely coming back to get another bowl.

Good prices. Fast service and you can place your customizable order on the laptops. It's so efficient. Not to mention the sushi was top notch.

Ordered the sushi for lunch for the third time and its decent. The fish is fresh and the taste is like any other sushi place. I would not say this place is superb but definitely a good place to get a quick lunch order and the price is also okay if you are ordering lunch deal (i chose 3 rolls). The edamame would taste better if it has a little bit more salt. Would still come back for its value and quality but definitely not a place where you will get wow'ed by the food.

Great quality sushi/poke bowls. I used to come here on MealPal all the time when my work was located within walking distance. Also loved that the check in gave you the free peach jelly drink which was so good. The food here is always flavorful and high quality.

my half-eaten salmon poke bowl! (it looked so appetizing that I ate it before taking a decent picture)

I loooove sushi and poke, and I'm so glad that I found Sushi-teria - I definitely will return here the next time I'm in K-Town / Herald Square! I ordered the Salmon Poke Bowl and Spicy Yellowtail Roll and I was pleased the restaurant's efficiency - there are multiple iPads stationed around the seating area, and it felt very customer-oriented. The cashier lady was kind enough to guide me throughout the process (and the Spicy Yellowtail Roll she recommended was g r e a t). The food arrived super quickly, freshly made and everything, and the employees were very accommodating. (PSA: There is an interesting lobby view / entrance to the Empire State Building near the back, so Sushi-teria will def be my first choice, should I ever choose to actually embark upon my NYC tourist dreams). Peep my half-eaten Salmon Poke Bowl below (I was too hungry to take a picture before oopsies)

Check in here to receive a free spicy tuna roll! Great customer service and food! I was there on a Friday afternoon around 4pm and there was no customers in there. Ordering process was very straight forward. They have tablets on the side you can just order there. The place was super clean and the host was very friendly. After receiving the order, utensils, bag, and sauce are on the side. This place is great for grab and go and they have seatings as well. I ordered a salmon avocado roll and I checked in to receive the free spicy tuna roll. Honestly I loved their spicy tuna roll more than the one I ordered. They put crispy panko in the roll to make it more crunchy! That was the first time having panko in the roll and it was delicious. I'd come back again for other rolls!

Finally tried a sushi burrito this week! It was good and fresh- I really liked how easy it was to order and the food came out pretty quickly. If you check in on yelp you get a free jelly drink- win! I ordered salmon burrito- with brown rice (extra$) and no cream cheese with side of mayo (extra$)- 16$ later I felt it was pretty good. Not the most amazing sushi burrito as the brown rice is different than the usual but still good! I'd like to try some of their rolls next time! Over all good quality and let's be real, that's most important when it comes to sushi!

Paired sushi and rose for an event, great selection and delicious!!

Happened to stumble upon this place for a quick sushi lunch and I was wildly impressed by the fresh beverages, as well as the sushi! The Vanilla Basil Lemonade is awesome, and I also love the portion size and poke bowls. The sushi is always super fresh, and they make their own soy sauce in house!!! Also ordered catering from them A LOT and delivery is always on time, and beautifully presented. This is my Go-To sushi place!!

Salmon burrito with mango. Peach lychee drinks - one frozen and another luke warm.

Sushi-teria felt very much like a hole-in-the-wall joint. No bathrooms, counter-top service, and minimal interaction with actual people as you order via the tech on the wall. The spicy salmon burrito was seasoned well, though quite messy and pricey. There was also a very tall ladder in the dining room folded up on the wall that could have fell on customers.

The newest restaurant in Koreatown/Midtown is Sushi-teria. This is a great restaurant for to-go order or quick sit-down meal. Once you step inside the restaurant, find an iPad and browse the sushi options. You can choose individual pieces or combo meals. There are also appetizers and sashimi. If you order full rolls, you also have the brown rice option. You can customize your orders by adding comments on the iPad screen. However, they don't offer substitutions in sushi combos. They will call you by name once your order is ready. They take both cash and credit card. Online order is accepted. I tried the Yuzu miso soup and it was just okay. I may stick with the original miso soup next time. I ordered "maki bites" - individual pieces of sushi (only available from 11:30 AM - 3: 00 PM) and I liked them! I tried shrimp sushi, shrimp tempura maki bite, salmon maki bite, and king salmon maki bite. They were all great. I may opt for the specialty rolls or sushi combo next time. Menu is here, http://esb.sushi-teria.com/index.php Hours is posted here, http://orders.sushi-teria.com/contact_us.php

Great little place right by the Empire State Building. You order electronically on an iPad and they text you when it's ready. Small place that's good for lunch in a very busy area. The cashier was very friendly and accommodating. The only negative thing was that the prices were a bit high for what you get. We ordered a tuna sushi burrito and a salmon poke bowl and the total was $27. Tastes are fantastic but the prices are consistent with the touristy area.

I heard about Sushiteria a long time ago and had never had the chance to check out their old midtown location. The concept here is fresh fast food so this is great for people on the go, travelers, folks picking up lunch during the workday, grabbing food before a show at MSG, etc. So I came here yesterday with some friends and had the opportunity to try several things. I ordered a Hawaiian Crunch Salomón sushi burrito, my friend ordered a lightly seated tuna poke bowl, another friend ordered a grilled chicken poke bowl and we shared some apps and rolls - spicy tuna roll, spicy salmon dragon roll, shrimp shumai, vegetable gyoza, spicy rock tempura shrimp skewers, etc. Everything tasted amazing! This isn't a fancy dining establishment and I've definitely had better sushi and poke at other places - but given the fast food concept here everything was delicious, well-made and super fresh! The staff here was kind, quick and it was cool to walk in, order food off of iPads and then just have a seat. My friends and I really enjoyed our meal here and I look forward to coming back sometime!

No crowds, if there is a small line, it moves incredibly fast. Ordered the Box Combo, and the chicken was piping hot, crispy, and perfectly breaded. And obviously, the Cane's Sauce is always a bonus. The Texas toast was buttery and thick, just the way it should be. The staff here deserves a raise; they manage the Midtown chaos with total grace and keep the seating area surprisingly clean for how high-volume it is. I ordered the three finger combo. What came out was just plain sad looking. Tiny chicken fingers, barely cooked fries. The Raising Cane's sauce was good but the vessels to that sauce were so lacking. The breading on these chicken fingers was nothing special and again, so so small. Service was fast at least, but the place itself was dirty and virtually every table needed a wipe down. I know, I know, it's Penn Station, it's supposed to be a little grimy. Honestly, if these chicken fingers weren't so tiny and my fries were properly cooked I could deal with a little grime. That should be noted upfront because the website does not exactly make that clear. That said, the food was good. I got a stir fry dish with beef, fries, tomatoes and platanos. Mama bear got a Spanish chaufa which is basically the Peruvian version of fried rice. She seemed to enjoy it. I also got a side of squash soup which was pretty good. We washed it all down with Jarritos, the Mexican soda. Solid choice. Now the restroom situation. Chirp does not have a public restroom. My mom was bothered by that and I could see her starting to make it a thing. I had to nip that in the bud. I get it, I understand, but that is not the hill I die on. No restroom, no worries. It is what it is. The cashier was nice. The food got me full quick. I brought some home for wifey since she is a fan of Spanish food too. Overall Chirp is fine for what it is.
