The service is absolutely wonderful, and everyone who helped us during dinner was very kind and attentive. The interior is also very clean and sleek, and I love the conveyor design and hygiene. You have the choice of taking plates from the belt or ordering from the kitchen. Although we had an alright experience, the conveyor belt food is lacking, and I would instead recommend ordering from the tablet. The sushi from the tablet is more fairly priced and of reasonable quality, while food from the conveyor seems to be only for decoration. Overall though, everything is on the pricier side without the substance to match. In addition, it seems a little predatory to ask multiple times if we would like hot tea and miso soup before looking at the menu without disclosing the cost! It's not too expensive, and I don't believe it's the server/hostess' intent (rather a manager?), but it does not come across well. Definitely come for the experience, but there are many other places that offer better bang for your buck.

My boyfriend wanted conveyer belt sushi so gave this place a try. I've been to a handful of conveyer belt sushi places and thought some of the pieces here were good but thought it was weird that their ikura nigiri's came deconstructed and they had an "izakaya" menu section but did not have alcohol on the beverages menu. They also offer yelp waitlist which is nice and have parking spots!

Sushi REV is a new Japanese conveyor belt sushi-style spot. The interior is super clean and nice with all the wood. Sat at a table for two and started getting things off the conveyor belt. We ordered a few things off the iPad. I did enjoy the cooked salmon collar. The truffle salmon sushi was delicious. I ordered a hot green tea as well. It comes out with popping hot water so be careful. We got a lot of items I feel and we were full in the end. All the sushi tasted fresh and nice. I like how there isn't so much rice on the sushi. So if you want some tasty sushi might as well check out Sushi REV.

This is a nice, clean, and revolving sushi restaurant. Each plate is $3.75. There's also a tablet on the table to order anything specific, make any modifications, or anything that they wouldn't normally have on the conveyer belt. The seafood quality is ok. Special orders came relatively quickly. I love tamagoyaki but they added a strawberry on theirs which I didn't like.

Been wanting to try this place for a while. The sushi was decent and exactly what you'd expect from a revolving sushi restaurant. Prices are reasonable, but it's definitely not the place to come if you have a big appetite since the sushi portions are miniature-sized. Our server, Chloe, was fantastic. She was extremely attentive and checked on us often throughout the meal. Overall, it's a good and fun spot to grab a quick and light sushi lunch.

Came during a week day lunch. There was a minor wait even when we put ourselves on the yelp list prior to arrival. The place is pretty small and it's not really meant for larger parties. I think you're safe with 4 or less IMO. The food was okay. Nothing spectacular where we felt the need to come back for any particular sushi or dish. It's a bit pricey when we got our bill for what we got. So hence really the 3 stars (og rating for its just okay) I honestly wouldn't wait more than 15 mins bc the food takes a long time to come out and the options on the belt weren't many. I know they barely opened and they need to still work on their kinks. For a conveyor belt with a full house, there should have been more options on the belt. The iPad ordering took WAYYYYY too long since the options on the belt were limited. We spent close to $100 for lunch and weren't full. I think you're better off going to AYCE at like X fish bc quality was similar. Probably won't come back again. Can't always believe influencers getting paid on social media to promote.

This is the second Sushi Rev location I've tried and it was almost exactly the same as the other one! This one was definitely more spacious though with more table options so we didn't have to wait as long. All the sushi is on the conveyor belt so there isn't much to say about service. The day we went, they ran out of a lot of the cuts, specifically a lot of the ones with truffle and also the yellowtail and salmon belly cuts, which unfortunately were some of my favorites. Other than that though, all the sushi was still very fresh and delicious! Definitely is my favorite revolving sushi bar place around here for its quality at a reasonable price. Also a minor complaint but their toro cuts just weren't as good and melt in your mouth as the one in Irvine, so I was a bit disappointed by that, but nothing too serious!

Food 5/5 - Ordered a variety of izakaya and nigiri plates and everything was delicious. Izakaya plates came out nice and hot, and the fish was high quality. The toro, truffle yellowtail, and scallop carpaccio were our favorites, and we loved the snow roll. My only comment is the rolls could be a bit bigger size, but the quality of the fish makes up for it. Price $$ - Price is fair with the portions that were served. Service 5/5 - Service is good, servers pass by consistently to pick up finished plates and offer to refill our waters. Ambiance 5/5 - Interior is good with modern Japanese themed decor. Overall - Had a pleasant experience and would visit again.

First time trying out this newish place. Seated right away, and the ordering process is pretty simple if you're familiar with conveyor belt sushi places. Friendly staff, good food options, clean venue and plenty of parking. Highly recommend and I'll be back with friends.

We had a great experience here at Sushi Rev. I had seen this spot trending on social media and realized they were located near the Banana Bay complex. Parking here can be a challenge depending on the time of day. We came by on a weekday around 7pm. The lines started to form and wait times were about 30-40 minutes. You use the Yelp Tablet inside to join the waitlist. Once we were seated the staff explained how it all worked since it was our first visit. This location is vibrant and very well lit. We've been to conveyor belt sushi spots before, but Sushi Rev feels more elevated and stands out compared to the rest. I liked how cleanly the restaurant is and the whole set up the belt extents a long distance throughout the restaurant. You can order from the tablet at the table for premium options and other kitchen items. Conveyor belt sushi places are always a fun experience. We ordered a few from each category on tablet. We also pulled a few from the conveyor which are priced at $3.75 per plate. When you order from the kitchen it gets delivered on another belt and you taken them off and push a button to let the kitchen know you received your orders. What separates Sushi Rev from other conveyor belt sushi spots is definitely the quality of the fish. The selections are of high quality and you can taste the freshness and see freshness in the fish. My #1 choice if I had to pick was the TORO SUSHI. That is a must! Other favorites of mine were the Truffle Salmon and Truffle Seaweed Salmon. All in all this was a great experience! It's a fun time and laid back atmosphere. I'd definitely come back again in the future. Thanks Sushi Rev! ( ^_^)b

Finally another revolving sushi spot! I came on a Friday afternoon so there was not much of a wait at all. I was seated at the bar. They have 2 options: 1. Grab from the revolving bar 2. Order from the tablet and your order gets delivered to you via a cute little tray. I may have went a little overboard but well worth it !! The fish was sooooooo soo fresh. I'm still dreaming about it. What I tried from the tablet: * Truffle Seaweed Tuna: such a cool concept of the seaweed! It was like feathered in a way not the typical seaweed. * Truffle Seaweed Salmon: same idea as the tuna. *Mushu dragon roll: spicy tuna

Left wondering how they could top my first visit, but the service was so great my second visit that I had to leave an update to give thanks where it's due. Made a dinnertime visit and wasn't surprised there were a couple of groups waiting. Host was GREAT! so sorry i didn't catch her name but young with reddish brown hair :) Originally a smaller table had opened up, and she allowed us to consider if we wanted to sit there or not since it could be tight for a party our size. I had said yes, but she actually offered me a bigger table that opened up shortly after. My siblings are stubborn to take out as is, so we took the more appropriately sized table to make it a nicer experience for them but it wouldn't have been possible without her. Our server Marc was kind and attentive, checking up on us often even though it was a busy night. Also tried a couple rolls this time and they were all delish!

It's crazy to think that over a decade ago there was rotating sushi in this plaza, and once again, a rotating sushi business has returned. Aside from the seeming monopoly that Kura has on the rotating sushi business, the only other "rotating" sushi (not really though since you order it out and it gets sent out to you only) is Waka Sakura, part of Tokyo Central, so it's nice to see a breath of fresh air. I'm sure there are other locations, I've just never been in range. My friends and I came here around 6 PM on a weekday and we were able to get seated immediately. However, by the time we were mid way through our meal, all other tables filled up and people were starting to wait outside. If it's this busy on a weekday, I cannot imagine what it's like on a Friday evening or on the weekend, so keep your eyes peeled on their Yelp waitlist! It definitely looks more high end and fancier than Kura and the ambiance is perfect for a date or nicer dinner. So like other rotating sushi, the dishes come out on the conveyer belt and rotate around. You sort of pick up the dish to get the cover to open and it's pretty neat since the workers can scan the dish from the top to get the prices and add it to your bill. And the workers are pretty dang efficient too, filling up waters when needed, came by when summoned on the tablet, and cleared our dishes quite quickly. If there's something you'd like that's not on the belt, you can always order on the tablet. There's a cool down time of around 5 minutes between each order and things do sell out too. All orders on the tablet come out on this rail and little ride booth (reminds me of Disneyland rides with the track) with a message FACING YOU, so you know that it's your order with everything on top of it. We saw another table be slow men and their order went back to the kitchen. Plates are around $3.75 and a bit pricier for the fancier items but I would say it's better in quality, uniqueness, and rice to fish ratio than Kura. The tempura shrimp here isn't $9 like Kura and other non sushi items were much cheaper too. They also have more unique seasonings and flavors to their sushi like interestingly enough strawberry jam unagi nigiri (not bad), there's truffle, yuzu, garlic, and jalapeno and they even had escolar which is a fav. PRO-TIP: Ask for ponzu sauce or wasabi mayo from the server if you'd like. All the fish was tasty and fresh. I think the only qualms were the slightly too salty shishito peppers for those who ate it and the mushiness of the sweet potatoes (could have been more crispy). Other than that, I think I prefer Rev over Kura. Also shout out to the server with the BASED AF shoujo tattoo sleeve, I didn't quite get her name but she was super cool and friendly!!

From the belt, I grabbed a Monster Roll and a Hidden Dragon Roll. My son grabbed edamame, a Volcano Roll, and then the chocolate mousse cake because the conveyor basically advertised it like a commercial. Honestly, the chocolate mousse cake ended up being the best part of the night. Creamy, mildly chocolatey, and sitting on a little cookie crust. We like that. Everything else we tried was decent and the prices were fair. I also ordered the crispy rice tuna. Good crunch, mild tuna, fresh avocado. Solid enough for a midweek stop.
