Above average poke bowls that are inconsistent in portion, but provide very fresh sushi. I've ordered from Sushi & Poke at least 4 times. The packaging initially included messaging to customers about doing what they love. It was smart, and made the experience more personal. They could add more toppings, additional gluten free dressings, and do what I haven't seen, note toppings that are organic vs the ones at the top of the top 15 vegetables with pesticides found on ewg.org. The bowls taste good, and whether it's sushi rolls or poke, it's always a good option to choose from.

Bland, stale, crusty, and flavorless. Wasn't super impressed with anything ordered- from the edamame to actual rolls. The pepper tuna was falling apart because the rice was so dry. Would not order again

Fresh fish and quality portions. I was pleased. The prices are great too. You can order at the counter, or sit down for a more traditional eating out style. As far as sushi places go, I think it's pretty average-- not bad by any means but not out of this world.

Glad to have discovered this spot. Tasty, fresh, and generous portions! Workers were super friendly even though it was late at night, and overall had a great takeout experience!

I've been twice now and I love their roll combos. Two rolls and a miso soup (or salad) for under $15? Yes please! And the quality was good both times. For this price range of sushi, you can't find much better than Sushi & Poke. I even asked them to cut the rolls into 8 pieces and they did!

I just missed their lunch special hours by a few minutes, so next time, I need to remember to come in a little earlier. Ordering piecemeal makes for a very pricy lunch otherwise. FIrst off, the staff were really nice and helpful. I opted for the miso soup to heat up my cold, dark heart. That was $2 for a cup. It was very good. Next, I ordered something that sounded different, some kind of mango / crab appetizer, plus one sushi roll of unagi (two pieces). The appetizer was small and bit overly sweet and ice ice cold, baby. These two were close to $6 each. With tip, it came out to around $17. Note to self - come back earlier and make sure to opt for the lunch specials. Very likely worth it and better for my wallet. Also for the record, it was pretty cold inside the restaurant. I kept my coat on the whole time.

Yum! What a great poke spot! Fresh ingredients, great selection and very tasty bowls. I haven't tried the sushi but had yellowtail and white tuna in my bowl and it was fresh and delicious. Definitely a great find in Philly!

Got a create your own poke bowl and crab rangoons. The bowl was decent, am usually sketched about salmon but it was pretty ok and sauced up. Rangoons were mid, kind of in the sweet side and not traditional crab Rangoon sauce, also bordering overly sweet. Wished the bowl was 40% rice 60% toppings but I guess not bad for the price overall.

I love this little spot! The sushi is always so fresh and they have very reasonable prices. The service is fast and super friendly. I highly recommend this place (and I am very picky about my sushi)

Alaska roll + spicy salmon + spicy tuna (i couldn't tell the difference between the spicy rolls, and there is tempura flakes added to fish)

We ordered for pick up during COVID. They said it would take 45 minutes Which felt a little long, But it was no problem for us. We walked around the neighborhood until the time they said it would be ready and when we showed up to pick it up it was already ready! I ordered a "pick 3" with alaska roll, spicy salmon roll, and spicy tuna roll. The alaska was delicious. Although the spicy salmon and tuna rolls were both good, I couldn't tell the difference between the two...I'm not sure if it was just poor quality fish or if they made a mistake. I personally don't like this sort of spicy (whatever fish) roll, where they puree the fish and add tempura flakes. Adding tempura flakes makes it not gluten free, so they should warn of that! I loved their creamy ginger salad dressing.

Four regular roll combo; crab, spicy salmon, eel and avocado, and shrimp tempura rolls. Two special rolls; tiger and mango to go roll.

The food was really good, and everything was presented well. The service was outstanding, the staff was attentive professional, and very patient. Stand out dish was grilled scallops. I ordered the Butterfly cocktail and another pink cocktail whose name I can't remember, but both were delicious. For food, we ordered sushi, chicken bao, Brussels sprouts, mushrooms, and beef. Everything was excellent, but the Brussels sprouts were absolutely delicious and definitely one of the highlights for us. Our bartender was outstanding and really made the experience even better. The place itself is beautiful, quiet without feeling dead, has great music, and such a good vibe overall. Between the food, drinks, atmosphere, and service, this was an amazing experience and I'd absolutely go back.

They have really great options to choose from on Happy Hour and their regular menu! The Bao Buns & Steamed Dumplings did not disappoint! I was full after those two options but the HH menu had plenty to choose from. Fresh sushi is also prepared as you walk in! Beautiful dim lighting right at the entrance. That was my first time having that beer, not bad. I switched over to a special cocktail made my the bartender; great customer service! My sister recommended this pan-Asian restaurant. We made reservations for dinner and were promptly…read moretaken to our table. The restaurant serves modern Asian small plates meant for sharing. We ordered the crispy chicken bao buns, crispy shrimp, general tso soup dumplings, wagyu beef, Korean bbq beef, and hamachi ceviche. We were a group of 3 so one thing that was nice was that our waiter added 1 additional skewer/bao bun for the meals instead of ordering 2 plates of them. Out of all the food we ordered the most delicious were the meats; the wagyu and Korean bbq beef. They were so tender and lightly seasoned because the beef quality itself was good. The Wagyu beef was paired with an apricot dip that was really good. The chilli crisp chicken bao was also good but didn't have much sauce, so it was on the dry side. It was supposed to have chilli so we expected it to be spicy but it was not. We all really liked the crispy shrimp--it was truly crispy. The sauce and the radish paired really nicely with the shrimp as well. The one meal we did not enjoy were the soup dumplings. When we got them they were dripping of raw dough and had no soup in them. The waiter was kind enough to replace them but we still didn't really enjoy them. I did not try the hamachi ceviche because I'm pregnant but it was also a favorite from the group. For dessert we had the mini ice cream cones. The waiter again added an extra one for us. The flavors were chocolate banana and mango. They were good, small bites. One of them melted so quickly and fell on the table and the waiter was really kind and got us a replacement. I did use the bathroom and absolutely hated it. It was unbelievably dark in there and there were weird sounds playing in there. I went in there to make sure I didn't have food in my teeth but couldn't even see. Super inaccessible, hopefully that's something that can be changed. The service overall was clearly excellent! I would recommend this place, especially if you come for the meats. It was surprisingly filling too.
