I went for my favourite appetizer, tako yaki, followed by the Fuji san special roll. No complaints at all, the roll was enormous and filled to the brim with fish and other delights. At eight pieces, it was almost a meal in itself. It really needs a group to select several options and share. Together with a small sake (served in the prettiest jug I've ever seen) and tip it all came to just north of $40. Definitely worth several more visits, especially with the cooler weather indicating ramen for lunch!

We ultimately left $20 toward the bill. As we were leaving, the waitress yelled at us, "Don't come back." Needless to say, we won't. I will say the sushi chef was much nicer and seemed genuinely apologetic about the situation, which I appreciated. When we finally got someone's attention, we were hungry again because it had taken SO LONG that we still asked for the sushi we were missing. The woman brought us of the things we requested, even after showing her the order history on the tablet. Around this time, we had all agreed that after eating we felt nauseous, and one of my friends even had to go to the bathroom to puke it up. The bathrooms smelt TERRIBLE, and there was paper towel strewn about the floors and sink. Overall we sat there for about 4 hours. We finished eating around an hour and a half, waited two, and then waited another 45 minutes for our check after that. Makes me sick. Staff is awkward, unwelcoming, and rude. Don't even get me started on the cups. Would not recommend it to a rat in the alleyway. Not worth the $45 dollars. Save yourself some time and go to Mizu.
