Roll assortment.

Everyday neighborhood joint where regulars were known by name. Very colorful origami theme decor. Did not realize it was conveyor belt style until walking in. The booths were filled so we opted for take out. Extensive mixed Asian fusion entrees. Saucy, saucy sushi. To-go order made it soggy soggy sushi back at home. Rolls a bit smaller than expected and all crammed into a tiny box which turned it into an unusual sushi casserole.

For the price, I thought Sushi Mioga was pretty solid! I ordered to go but they are a revolving sushi place if you wish to dine in. Prices are super reasonable and you get about 3-4 pieces depending on the type of roll. You can try a variety of items without spending a pretty penny. I tried 6 different items. My favorites were the seattle roll, seared salmon, and caterpillar roll. Ordering online was easy. I did have to wait a little bit upon arrival at the quoted time but they seemed to make my rolls fresh; they werent pulled off the belt so that was nice.

I thought it was a fluke the first time I went, thinking the lack of sushi on the conveyor belt was because they were close to closing. I decided to give it another shot, this time almost 2 hours before closing, but unfortunately, I had the same experience. The sushi we eventually got was pretty tasty, but the long wait and limited options were disappointing. Crazy.

Grand opening deal.

Had not visited her in some time. The pandemic didn't fix things. Unfortunately didn't read the low health score before venturing back for the sushi go round. Pleased to see the slimy menus had changed to a sturdy laminated card without mold growing between the laminations. Not one of the staff looked like they wanted to be there and we didn't see a server until we left. Their complete lack of attention to the customers was apparent after we sat down. Never asked if we'd like to order off the menu, which was fine as we wanted some cheap sushi and nothing more. No refills on our water. Sushi chefs refused eye contact nor cared that we might like something more than the sad sushi on the line. Sitting and watching the plate after plate with the protective covers leaning on the fish, not even half way on the plates wasn't appealing or sanitary. The sushi presentation itself was inconsistently plated, sloppy made in many cases and heavy on the rice, those with sauce were soaked coating the protective covers. My advice is avoid the food dangers here and don't risk your health. If you doubt this, take a close look at the sushi belt and how unclean and uncared for the line and food traveling by actually is. Crossing this off the list for good.

Ordered takeout with my family the other night. The sushi here is quite good quality considering it's a fast-casual conveyer belt joint - the salmon is thick and fatty and the rolls are pretty good. I recommend the Beaverton roll! Because this place is more casual, it's quite a bit cheaper than most other sushi places as well. My one complaint is that our order was over 30 minutes late past our pickup time and the server was pretty rude, but I think they gave us a full plate of tamago sushi for free to make up for our late order (not 100% sure because they didn't say anything about it, but they gave it to us with our order and we did not order it). Overall would not go out of my way to visit, but it's a good option in the area.

We've been twice now, and service has been great. They have the best options without having to order separate rolls! By far the best conveyor belt sushi in the area!!!

Yum! Chilled sake is fav!

Fast, easy, and relatively less expensive is a great combo here. It's a conveyor belt sushi delivery scene, so you have that entertainment available.

Washington, Rainbow, Oregon, Tiger?, Spicy Tuna hand roll, seared salmon, salmon, yellowtail, salmon nigiri

Best place for cheap sushi!!!! Ordered 8 items for about $28. Can't beat that! It's not the BEST quality roll/sushi however it's fantastic for the price and satisfies my sushi craving! The nigiri is so delicious! My go-to's are the Salmon nigiri, the Seared Salmon and Washington roll. I dip it with their spicy mayo *Chef's kiss*. I'm not sure why but their spicy mayo is bomb. I also love the variety compared to some other revolving sushi places I've been to. If you don't see what you want on the conveyer belt, you can order it. The prices correlate with the color of the plate. It was easy to pay in groups as long as you have your own stack (they count each person's plates + color and charge). I've eaten sushi here 4x in the last 3 weeks and I'm still obsessed! Would recommend!

Always great atmosphere as soon as you walk in! Always greeted with a smile and very friendly. Plenty of seating but can get busy since it is popular.always have a big selection on the tram and plenty to order from the menu! My favorite is definitely the House roll and their Boston Rolls! Great pricing and always clean!

Takeout sushi. Teen's up top ( veggie or cooked fish), mine below (mostly salmon).

Is it all you can eat?

No it is not an all you can eat buffet. It is a sushi track and you pull what you want. Plates are colored and each color has a price.

I really appreciate that you have the opportunity order other things after the Micah is done. It gives you a lot of opportunities to try out other things or double down on things that you really enjoyed. The $20 sake tasting was a big value. I thought they were going to be fillers but they tasted great and actually put new fish I've never had before on the map for me! Some of my favorites were - kanpachi - kome buri - ama ebi - salmon (I liked it more than the king salmon, maybe I have peasant taste) - toro The omakase was well thought out as you can see and we even enjoyed the miso soup. I think the price tag of $100/person can initially be steep but you can easily spend this much on these nicer orders. I was also worried they might drop the quality during the AYCE portion but it continued to be delicious and service was consistent throughout (there was another group of 13 people so service was a bit slow having to divide time between the rest of the restaurant and them). I highly recommend this place and will for sure come back. Some delicious quality fish and my new favorite if I'm coming hungry!

TL;DR Delicious, Umami filled sushi with special respect to the craft…read more Where to begin with this sushi restaurant? With a combined 115 years of experience this restaurant shines with what feels like authentic sushi. We were there with a group of four and were seated promptly for our reservation at 5:45 PM. Our server Ben was an absolute delight and brought vibrancy and genuineness to his service. So shoutout to Ben. I was a bit disappointed that they were unable to accommodate my Tokyo Tea request for a cocktail (I'm always about efficiency when drinking ) but the cocktails that we did receive were elegant and refreshing. But now to the meat of the review or should I say fish? We were taken on a journey through the Toyosu fish market or so I'm and had several delicious rolls such as the Yama roll, Salmon and Scallop, Jamison and the simple California roll. We also had two of the nigiri the salmon belly and the unagi which were both fall apart tender deliciousness in your mouth. Needless to say I am looking forward to our next visit and would love to experience their version of an omakase since the quality was there.

We had a very different experience with Momoyama this time, and unfortunately it was disappointing…read more We previously dined at Momoyama and thought the food was excellent -- beautiful presentation, high-quality sushi, and a gorgeous setting in the Pearl District. Service was average, but the food more than made up for it. Because of that first experience, we decided to place a fairly large takeout order for a family dinner last night. Big mistake. We were told the order would be ready in 30 minutes. We arrived on time only to discover they had not even started preparing it yet. The explanation was "a computer issue," but nobody called us to let us know there would be a delay, and no real apology was offered. By the time we finally got the food, we were already late for dinner and had to head straight home. When we opened the bag, the nigiri had been packed so poorly that everything was jumbled together in a heap. We literally spent 10 minutes trying to reassemble the sushi ourselves. What disappointed us most was the way management handled the situation afterward. We called expecting that a restaurant positioning itself as upscale would want to make things right. Instead, the manager argued with us, reviewed security footage, and claimed that because we briefly checked the bag at pickup, the order must have been fine when it left the restaurant. We checked that the boxes were there -- we did not open every container because we trusted the restaurant to package the food properly. The bottom line: the dine-in experience may still be worth it because the food itself is genuinely very good, but based on our experience, order takeout at your own risk.
