Their Paloma is delicious. I had two of them and I had a nice buzz going. I don't care for their sushi but it's original, I'll give them that. Since I didn't care for their sushi, I ordered a torta and that was a lot better. They have a lot of other food and since I enjoyed their drinks I wouldn't mind going back but I'll try the rest of their seafood. It was a rainy night and parking was tight but they do have seating outside so maybe I'll go out there again on a summer night. There was a young server which must have been a family member because he wasn't really doing much except for being on his phone but there was another lady who was pleasant and assisted as much as she could. So my girlfriend and I saw an advertisement for this restaurant on facebook, we decided to give it a chance. When we arrived we were confused as of whether to seat ourselves or wait to be seated. My friend and I love Mexican food and we also love sushi. We saw the advertisements for Sushi Litto on Facebook and thought we'd try it out on our day off. We walked in and didn't know if we were to wait or to choose a table until we asked, they should probably put a sign next to the entrance that says to seat yourself. The server was attentive the whole time we were there and was very friendly. The music was kind of loud and the floor was a little dirty but I liked the music and one of the workers was sweeping at the moment so I didn't mind as much. The interior is pretty simple but I'm not into extravagance, I care more for the food. I ordered the Cilantro Roll and I was very happy with my choice. The presentation was simple and well put together by a chef who seemed to know sushi and Mexican food, two seemingly very different cuisines. The roll itself was delicious, not crazy fresh, but we are in the Central Valley afterall. I'll definitely be going again and bringing more of my friends! I've eaten here twice and both times the food has been great. The environment in the restaurant could be better, but I think their food more than makes up for it. They have both Mexican food and sushi with a unique Mexian twist. Their shrimp tacos are amazing (so is their salsa) and their sushi is unique and delicious. If you're squimish at all about raw fish in sushi, no worries because all their sushi has cooked seafood in it. Some rolls are also fried, which adds a really nice crunch to the roll itself.
