Mai tai California Roll

Top 5 worst sushi places ever, the mixed drinks are strong in a cheap way, taste like dish water. I asked if she could take my drink and she told me no. She didn't really check on us at all, and to be fair we were not ready the few times she did come and check. The sushi was so bad and cheap, you can get the same thing at vallarta or any grocery store. I loooove a good mai tai this was genuinely the worst drink I ever had. My server may have been too inexperienced for the environment. She genuinely seemed confused at every question or comment I had. It's just not good at all. It was extremely cheap and that's the only appeal. I got a mai tai, cali roll, coke. You pay for what you get but I'd rather eat poo. I wasn't trying to get a free meal at all, my total was $24 I genuinely didn't want any of it, paid for all of it, went somewhere else. Took forever to get the bill.

Alex served us and was very warm and friendly and fast! Chefs were extremely fast and made delicious rolls for us. We had the dinner for 2 special. Highly recommend Spanish and tuna lover roll. DELICIOUS

Found on yelp. Delicious food. Amazing service. Will come back for game night........................

For those seeking an authentic sushi experience and rolls free from cream cheese, jalapeños, or spicy tuna in every roll, you should skip this place. The atmosphere felt more like a sports bar, with club music and numerous large TV screens. It was unclear what ambiance the restaurant was aiming for. Very large menu, but at the end nothing to pick from. Majority of the rolls on the menu are marked with a red pepper icon (spicy) or deep fried. Only "classic" rolls had basic ingredients with nothing extra added. Restaurant should train their stuff on service. We had to ask for water, plates, napkins. Sushi Kitto was an underwhelming experience overall. Despite its potential with a large outdoor patio and spacious interior, the restaurant fell short in several areas, including cleanliness.

The prettiest oysters I've ever had! We stumbled upon this sushi spot and I am so glad we did! Everything was incredible and tasted so fresh. But if you are a fan of oysters, these are a must try! Service was quick and friendly, we also loved the date night vibes inside.

On the road again, after a two hour drive, we were ready for an LATE lunch/EARLY dinner (LINNER)!! I was here four months ago and knew I would be coming back! The service is top notch, the food is made to order and a good value for the price. The food is nutritious, delicious and appetizing!! We purchased the East Meets West Tuna Roll, my new favorite! It's a mildly spicy deep-fried Tuna Roll topped with a slice of Cajun Tuna, Avocado, Seaweed and secret sauce. It also had a beautiful orchid flower in the middle of the plate, which was a nice touch. We also had Ramen and a 2-item Dinner, which has a perfect combination of Sashimi, Dumplings, Salmon, California Roll, Tempura, Steamed Rice and Miso soup. The restaurant is very clean, the decor is down right cute and pleasing. This time I took photos of the patio seating area. Bookmark this location, stop by for lunch, dinner or for drinks and appetizers. Don't forget to tell 'em Rosemary sent ya!!

The food was delicious. Quick friendly service. We were sat in the bar. Very clean and fun environment. Great for a bite, a beer and catch a game. We drive a long way from the Bay Area and couldn't wait to eat. So glad we chose this spot.

Hidden gem in the desert we have always passed by on our way to and from California/Arizona, and we…read morewill definitely be back! DELICIOUS food & excellent service and atmosphere! We got there when they opened at 11 AM on a Saturday on our way back home passing through and had the poke nachos to start, which were absolutely out of this world! Delicious tuna, and fresh avocado and super spicy jalapeños that just made your mouth water! 12 local beers on draft, wasn't sure what I wanted so I did get some tasters that were complementary. Ended on the Einstok white ale, which was super tasty and my husband had the IPA. Also got the Carne Asada fries, cheeseburger, and the kids hamburger. All delicious and hit the spot! Kids hamburger is pretty plain so I would recommend asking for side of the regular hamburger sauce, which is like 1000 island... Yummy! Bathrooms are all gender (because there's a secret door to the speakeasy that opens - reservations required - later in the evening which I definitely want to come back for) which might not be for everybody if you're closed minded but found them clean & nice plus super entertaining covered with mugshots and news articles of celebrities and people. Such a fabulous impromptu spot that ChatGPT recommended & the speakeasy hidden through the bathroom is such a fun bonus. That definitely takes it from good burger stop to wait...how did we accidentally find this place?!" I'm officially putting Indio Taphouse in your my approved foodie stops because of great food + great service + atmosphere + a secret bar is a pretty tough combo to beat! Cannot wait to come back!

The servers are professional, knowledgeable, and always happy to help you find the perfect brew or seltzer. One of the things we appreciate most is the incredible variety of flavors, styles, and ABVs available. There truly is something for everyone. We visited again last night and brought our dogs along for the first time. We planned to sit outside because of them, but the staff warmly welcomed us indoors as well. It may seem like a small gesture, but it meant a lot and made the experience even better. Whether you're coming with family, friends, or your four-legged companions, Indio Brew is a great place to relax, watch a game, play a game, and enjoy good conversation. The pickle beer mixed with Bloody Mary mix was absolutely delicious, and we even grabbed a four-pack to take home. My wife enjoyed both the Blackberry Seltzer with a blackberry rim and the Pomegranate Seltzer with a chamoy rim. Both were outstanding. Another five-star experience. Highly recommend!

What started as a place to grab a great beer has turned into a place where perfect strangers have become lifelong friends. The in-house brewed beers are, in our opinion, the best in the Coachella Valley. There's always something new to try, and we love that we can take our favorites home in cans to enjoy later. Lizzy, Chris, Steph & Kyle have created something incredibly special and rare in the Valley. The service is A+ and their weekly lineup of live entertainment, events, food vendors, and community gatherings means there's always something to look forward to, and if there's a game on, you can count on it being on one of the TVs. More than anything, Indio Brewing has built a community. It's a place where friends become family, where neighbors genuinely know one another, and where you can unwind after a long day in a welcoming, laid-back atmosphere. Whether you're a local or just passing through the Coachella Valley, do yourself a favor and belly up to the bar, order a flight, and discover your new favorite beer. Chances are, you'll leave with more than a great drink; you'll leave with new friends, too.

We also ordered a drink that was supposed to include egg white, but it was served without it. After having issues with four dishes and a drink during the same visit, we felt that something was clearly off with the kitchen and bar that evening. We asked the owner, who was sitting next to us at the bar, whether the chef had changed because it seemed like the restaurant was simply having an off night. What happened next was even more disappointing. At first, the owner pretended that he wasn't the owner and said that he knew nothing about the restaurant. After overhearing our continued discussion about the quality of the food and drinks, he confronted us and said, "We don't need patrons like you at our restaurant. There are plenty of other restaurants for you to eat at. Why don't you just leave?" We were not being disrespectful or unreasonable--we were simply disappointed with the food and drinks and trying to understand what had happened. Being spoken to that way by the owner was insulting, completely uncalled for, and genuinely hurtful. I do want to make one thing very clear: the staff and bartenders who work at Cork & Fork were wonderful. They felt terrible about what happened and made it clear that they believed the owner's behavior toward us was completely inappropriate. After we left, several staff members actually followed us outside to apologize on behalf of the owner for the way he had spoken to us. Their kindness and concern were greatly appreciated, and this review is not a reflection of them. There are many excellent restaurants in La Quinta, and based on this experience, we will be taking our business elsewhere. We would strongly suggest considering the many other fine establishments in La Quinta before choosing Cork & Fork.

You don't want to live near the first row during a fan frenzy. It's a high risk // high reward world to existent in, but when the dust settles and you're seeking sanctuary the Coachella Craft Beer Barn is a literal oasis in a desert. The festival is mostly a cash-based society, but CCBB is one of the few areas that accept credit cards. Under the comfort of a tent you can barter for drafts from established breweries like Stone, Victory and The Bruery. Also present are sudsy start-ups like Coronado, Faction and La Quinta and their beer flows like blood in a Motorhead mosh-pit. There are some truly rare and exceptional selections, but enjoying a tequila-barrel aged ale or imperial pilsner comes at a cost. The more you drink, the more you miss. First, it's an exhausting 5-15 minute walk in 90+ degree weather from any of the stages. Not a big deal once or twice but over 36 hours it adds up. Second, bands perform in quick succession so you'll have to choose whether you really want a craft beer or see live music. Third, because it's open to all-ages, the promoters quarantine drinkers whom cannot leave with intoxicants. The rules are enforced to protect minors, but I'd like to enjoy a crafty beer while listening to bands...crazy I know. Find another way...like secluding the kids, they're the minority. It's pretty much a wasteland outside the Barn's city limits; low quality carnival foods, soft drinks and merchandise. Inside you'll find luxuries you took for granted in your pre-Coachella world like seating, freshly prepared meals and restrooms rather than port-a-potties. If there's a gap in your schedule rest your weary bones here, trust me you don't want to be anywhere else.
