Protein roll
Nafeeza A.

What a cute little place located in doral. Parking is easy as there is a shopping center parking lot. Its a small place so watch what time you go because after 6 pm it tends to fill up quickly. Great for date nights! And small groups. Not big groups as its small. Our waiter was super sweet! Had no issues with her at all. Food is superb many sushi rolls, rice, noodles, Peruvian dishes. Definitely some thing for any one who has preferences. We tried the protein roll ans hawaii roll, they were perfect! For the 2 of us we were full with the 2 rolls as they were filling. The dessert is a little pricey but they did look amazing, those price range around 18$. The food range from 15-25$. Oh 18% gratuity is included on the bill!

Located in a strip mall, we noticed upon walking in the ambiance for this restaurant was fun and vibey. Fun cocktails, good app options, and many great options for sushi rolls. My sushi roll was so delicious and was high quality. The tuna tartare was plenty large enough to share. The pork gyoza was good, too--not dry at all. Buy one get one 50% off for happy hour.

Flame Roll

Got the flame roll and the jaguar roll. Both were very good and I would get again. One roll is filling. Their eel sauce and spicy mayo is yummy.

Tried this new sushi spot and was not disappointed! We got gyozas and 3 rolls and everything was 10/10. Protein roll was our favorite !! The other two Erbi and Sushi jungle were sooo flavorful and made delicious. Service was really good and the restaurant itself was decorated so beautiful. It was definitely a cute lunch vibe.

I found this place randomly in Doral and I was happy to have found this little gem. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Very decent prices and loved that they had a lunch special. I got the sushi dynamite with steamed gyozas. My mom had miso soup with her sushi and she loved it too. The ambiance is nice as well I went on a Monday in the afternoon so it was empty but understand that it was a little empty but I'm sure during the happy hour it picks up. They have really great meals.

Good sushi spot the decorations inside look so classy and beautiful definitely gives Brickell vibes but in doral. We went at a perfect time before the rush and as we were leaving the place was packed with people waiting so definitely a trendy spot. The sushi was solid but not out of this world. Overall a good spot but doral is tough so much competition and other spots I prefer slightly for the size of the rolls and price but I would be open to going back for sure.

Fuji Roll

What a hidden gem! Hidden in a doral shopping center, seems fairly new. Went for dinner with a friend and we enjoyed cocktails, appetizers, and sushi rolls. We tried the monster salad and tuna tiradito, absolutely delicious! I ordered the Fuji roll and it was so flavorful. Fabiana was our server who was an absolute sweetheart and extremely attentive. The restaurant is not large, with no outside dining area but if you are craving sushi that is unique, full of flavor and super filling, then this is a must try!

I have to say, this is one of the best places I've been in a while. Inside it looks so nice, the vibe feels refreshing and they have a bit of music going on. Our waitress was very nice and answered all questions needed, she was also very attentive and patient with us. The food? Wow! So so delicious, couldn't ask for better. I love that the menu has pictures which is very pleasant while trying to choose what to have. They also have plenty of sushi rolls to choose from. Will be back.

Such a nice experience from the minute we walked in. The atmosphere in the restaurant set the tone to have a relaxing lunch with the girls. Absolutely loved the decorated wall in the restaurant and the seating. The chairs were very comfortable. As soon as i opened the menu all my attention went towards the vibrant colors of the pictures. The waitress came over and introduced herself and offered the different drinks that were available and decided to go for a coconut lemonade because the sound of it just sounded delicious and it definitely was. Ordered the tropical roll which was very different from the traditional i go for. The plantains on top gave it that extra sweet touch. It was delicious! Would definitely return!

I wanted sushi for lunch and my co worker suggested this spot. So we went during our lunch break. When we walked in I was impressed by the cleanliness and the decoration. Our waitress sat us down right away and handed us the menus. We were the only ones in the restaurant. She came back quickly with some water. We asked if they had lunch specials and she said yes and she mentioned them to us. I wish they would have had an actual menu but we were still able to order anyways. I went for the lunch combo of the jungle salad and the hawaii roll. The salad was delicious it is a mix of a seaweed salad and a crab salad. The sauce was delicious. I went with the Hawaii roll it was a mix of a dragon roll with salmon in it. I liked this take on the dragon roll. Everything came out quickly and fresh and we were able to have lunch for abour 22 bucks. Not too shabby for sushi in the Doral area.

Discovered this restaurant through Instagram and decided to give it a try for date night. Restaurant is located in plaza, with plenty of parking. Establishment is small and intimate, with the dark lighting and soft music. Staff were friendly and helpful. The food was tasty and fresh. The drinks as well was good.

Lychee Martini
Carissa S.

To start off our night we ordered Fried Gyoza as an appetizer along with the Dream Blue Martini which were both delicious! We then ordered a Tiger Roll, Macaw Roll, Jaguar Roll and Safari Roll. With every bite in each roll of sushi the flavor simply did not disappoint. It was fresh and well prepared presentation wise as well. We tried a wide variety of rolls as can be seen from the photos attached and every single one tasted amazing! The sweet plantain on the top of the Jaguar roll.. there's something about that warm and sweet combination combined with the shrimp tempura. It was like nothing I've had before. For the Safari roll, the sweet and sour sauce real ties the flavors all together for the sushi roll. The Tiger roll was delicious! Definitely a "go too" if you love crab. The Macaw Roll was one of the more "simpler" sushi rolls we ordered however it did not disappoint either! We also ordered Lychee Martini's and they tasted delicious. The presentation of the Martini itself was great and I really enjoyed the 2 Lychees that came in the Martini. I would definitely order this drink again along with the Dream Blue Martini! To end our evening we decided to indulge in some desert. We chose to order the Chocolate Roll. Not the best decision, it simply wasn't our favorite. The center of the roll has a rather "hard" cookie center so when bitten into its rather thick to chew. Overall, the service was great, the ambiance of the restaurant was very nice, it was perfect for an intimate date night and the food was delicious. We will definitely be coming back for more sushi!

The starter omakase runs about $68. It was around seven courses plus dessert, and honestly, every dish pulled its weight. Bonus points to the server, who gave clear, thoughtful explanations. Menu-wise, don't expect a parade of rolls they're clearly nudging you toward the omakase experience. But if that's the goal, they're doing it right. All in all, a really enjoyable meal and one I'd happily circle back to, next time to explore more of the menu.

This spot is located in an unassuming shopping center where a Nicklaus building is, which is perfect for when you're in the mood to keep a low profile. It's a small, intimate restaurant with counter top seating and a few tables. From the moment we walked in, the folks chopped it up with us and made jokes, which is great because it broke the ice in a way that felt like you were amongst friends. Excellent service all around. We sat at one of the tables as we intended to do a lot of talking and didn't want to be noisy at the counter. We decided to take the recommendation of the staff and did the omakase express option and a sake sampler pairing with three different kinds. No notes here because everything was great, there were several "MMMM!" moments (wish I remembered what each bite was!) and the first sake we got (pictured) was fantastic. Would definitely buy it to have at home. Big shout out to Allie, who covered our table on her first day, was very cool and definitely helped steer the dinner in the right direction. If you're in the Doral area and in the mood for some quality Japanese, definitely stop by here!

The nigiri: unagi was tasty, hotate didn't really taste like anything, salmon was tasty, hamachi and the amaebi was chewy, tuna was tasty. The skyroll wasn't bad and not spicy. The limited menu matcha 3 leches wasn't bad but I don't taste the macha. It was decently soaked and the fruits were all fresh and nice looking.

It's wonderful because their entire digital menu has pictures which I appreciate SO much! We ordered the sampler for 2 (sushi pizza and croquettes), the 101 roll and the volcano roll. So, even though we ordered the sampler for 2, they brought us the sampler for 4 (which is $56). Because they already brought it to our table, we didnt want to waste anything and chose not to correct them. I'm not entirely sure how they got this wrong. However, everything was delicious. I was leery about the Asian crunch, but the walnuts added a nice mild earthy flavor to the tender salmon. The coquitos were very unique. I've never had fish and curry mustard before. The sushi pizza was fresh and crispy and the croquettes were tasty. While I won't complain about the flavors because everything was delicious, I will complain about the price point we didnt intend on spending. The 101 roll was unlike anything we've had before. A wonderful option for someone who doesnt want to go too heavy on carbs. I dont know how a plantain pairs with salmon and tempura shrimp, but it just works. A little salty, a little sweet, and a decent sized roll. The volcano roll is quite the attention grabber! Piled high with krab salad it turns a basic volcano roll into an extraordinary one. The Kani is fried which doesn't usually happen with volcano rolls and avocado is added to the top. Its a great twist on a classic and the textures are wonderful. Unfortunately, no one came to check on us during the duration of this meal, so it's a good thing we didn't need anything else. For an app, two rolls and 2 cans of diet coke, the total came to over $100. The price point is the only thing keeping me from giving this establishment 5 stars. I would give it 4.5 if Yelp allowed me because the quality is great as are the portion sizes. I'll definitely come back to try other options and probably do a better job of speaking up next time if my order is wrong.

I highly recommend making a reservation, as wait times can get long. Before coming, I did a bit of research and found a link to make a reservation (I couldn't find a direct link on their page, so I had to look it up online). When we arrived, we were greeted by the hostess, who asked for our reservation confirmation. Once confirmed, we only waited about five minutes for our table. Our server, Hani, was really nice and attentive throughout the night. Starting with drinks, they offer 2-for-1 specials. Hani recommended the passionfruit margarita with a Tajín rim, which I decided to try, while my friend opted for the coconut margarita. I have to say, I loved my drink It was flavorful, and you could really taste the passionfruit. I also tried the coconut margarita, it was okay, but the coconut flavor wasn't as strong. I might try the coconut mojito next time. My friends agreed that the passionfruit margarita was the best. I also asked for more drink recommendations, and Hani suggested the guanábana (soursop) madness, which includes coconut rum, rum, guanábana purée, and pineapple. For some reason, I expected it to look like a piña colada but it came as a cute drink with a red purée on top that tasted more like strawberry. I wasn't entirely sure what it was, but it was good! It wasn't very strong (maybe it could use a bit more rum), but I'd still order it again. If you like guanábana, I'd say go for it. Lastly, I tried the tamarind margarita with a Tajín rim, also really good. If you're not in the mood for cocktails, they also have $2 glasses of wine and prosecco, which is a great deal. For food, we started with steamed gyoza, fried shumai, and sushi pizza. I have no complaints, everything was delicious We ended up ordering another round of gyoza (this time fried) and shumai, that's how much we liked them. For rolls, we tried the Doral roll, which has shrimp tempura, krab salad, avocado, and cream cheese, topped with salmon and eel sauce. It was sooo good definitely try it! We wanted to try more, but there's only so much we could eat Even though we shared everything, the portions were filling, especially with drinks included. For dessert, we ordered the Oreo roll. We were debating between that and the fried ice cream, which I low key regret I thought the Oreo roll would be a whole deep fried cookies with ice cream on top, but it turned out to be Oreo crumble wrapped around what seemed like frozen cream cheese and strawberry. I wasn't a fan, the texture wasn't creamy, and it was too frozen, so we had to chew through it. If I could revamp it, I'd keep the whole cookie, deep fry it, add ice cream on top, strawberries, and a drizzle of Nutella, now that would be the I definitely regretted not ordering the fried ice cream or even their brownie The ambiance was good, the usual noise level of a busy restaurant. We sat near the front, so it didn't feel too crowded. It's a great spot for friends or a date night. There's parking in front of the restaurant and nearby since it's in a shopping center. Our server consistently checked on us, and other staff members also came by to clear empty plates and glasses, which we appreciated. Would I come back? OF COURSE I have to try more dishes (and drinks) that I didn't get to this time. A table near us ordered the Coquitos Crunch (I'm assuming it was good because it looked amazing), the volcano roll, and the dynamite salad, all on my list for next time! I'll definitely keep this spot as one of my go-to places for happy hour with my girls

On one of my last bites of the fried rice, something literally poked my mouth. When I pulled it out, it was a long, thin wooden stick! almost like a toothpick, but not exactly. A wooden stick in my food? That instantly made me uncomfortable. What felt completely intentional due to the previous request, had me fearing for my safety!
