This buffet is not self-serving and the food is served to you. They are fairly quick with the food and it is an enjoyable experience. The restaurant has a good operation and the people here work hard and are very friendly. There is something about the slight lack of quality here that I can't put my finger on but it isn't a big deal to me because you know you're entering a place primarily geared toward the buffet, what they offer, they do well, , and the price is reasonable as well. Most of the complainers I think are expecting too much and need to save up and probably pay more elsewhere for certain grade of sushi that you can sense. At least one review mentions the freshness.
