Our waiter, Harry, provided outstanding insight into meal options as he knows how to pair menu choices. We started with miso soup and mushroom toban. Both were flavorful (pro tip get accidental rice for the mushroom toban). Next we had duck sous-vide which was cooked and seasoned well. I was nervous about the mustard sauce however it complimented the duck well. We had the salmon sampler, seared barramundi and bass on bass. All of these items were AMAZING. The flavor profile of the meal increased with each selection. We concluded with beignets and chocolate cake. Needless say our taste buds were dancing and our bellies were completely satisfied.

The atmosphere is lovely and it's such a beautifully designed restaurant. It took around 15 minutes before we even got greeted by our server and he just kept going round to other tables after taking our order instead of immediately putting it into the computer. After her greeted us we ordered drinks and he came back without drinks asking for our appetizer order so we put that in and it came out 5 minutes later... we still had no drinks on our table and appetizers came out first... not great. food runners just brought everything out and no one ever really checked to ask if everything was good. took a long time to get appetizer olates removed and even longer to longer to get our servers attention to order rolls. eventually we ordered and it took 25+ minutes for food to come out. The rolls were good yes but we were over it by then. A century later after hunting someone down we were able to order dessert and again took a while to come out and took even longer to get the check. the server was nice but there was only like 2 servers on a Saturday night so i think if they had more servers the whole meal would have been great.
