My fiancé and I came here for a casual date night. We love how intimate the setting is in. The service is always prompt and timely. we feel that you get the most bang for your back coming here and the food is always delicious! Can't wait to come back!

Came here for a quick dinner on the fourth as it was open and not too busy. They have a pretty large menu that includes various sushi, nigiri, sashimi, and cooked dishes like ramen and teriyaki so pretty wide range of Japanese foods. Ordered a few basic sushi rolls including salmon, eel, and yellowtail as well as one specialty roll (godzilla). The fish itself was pretty good but the sushi was pretty underseasoned for my tastes. It seemed just like regular rice rather than properly vinegared and salted. However, the quality of the fish made up for it for me, esp since we're in landlocked OH. The restaurant itself was pretty quiet and casual so a good place to have a nice dinner. Service was also quite fast with our rolls coming pretty quick after ordering. Overall, a bit of a surprise out in Dublin. Pretty good sushi out in the burbs!

Little hidden gem in the Dublin area indeed. Sushi rolls and nigiris tastes very fresh.Everything was delicious but the tan rolls and salmon rolls were definitely my fav. Not a big deal but the rice portion did fall apart very easily. Service was a little slow but may have to do with us came during their prime time (Friday evening). They have some special offerings too on a separate menu. We will definitely come back for more sushi dates.

My favorite sushi spot in Columbus!! Their fish is so fresh and menu items consistent. If you love black pepper tuna, this is your spot. So many items on the menu with it! My favorite being the crusade roll. Their sake selection is also very good. Highly recommend the Murai Family. We get it almost every time. Make sure to make a reservation on the weekends, they get busy quickly. The sushi bar spot is perfect for an intimate date though! Their lunch specials are also unbeatable and wildly affordable if you're craving high quality sushi for grocery store prices.

I hadn't visited there in a few years or so. Had the owner changed? I was shocked at the deterioration in quality. The sushi at this restaurant used to be a very satisfying size and taste, both the rice and the ingredients. The sushi at this time was half the size it used to be and the fish was not as fresh as it used to be. About two thirds of the rice was dried out, and the rice was generally tasteless, hard, and not all of it was edible. The dumplings were so crispy it was like eating crackers. Miso soup usually comes first, but the waiter brought it to us as if he remembered when we had finished eating everything. When we left the restaurant, they didn't say thank you, have a nice day, or anything like that. Worst quality, worst service, will never go back. Horrible! I want my money back!

The sushi was great. . Service was quick. We didn't have a reservation but they were able to seat us within twenty minutes. Very chill ambiance. They were very accommodating. The server turned on the March Madness game per my request. They also recorked our wine for us given that we didn't finish it. Quick, easy, and delicious. We will surely be back!

We love sushi and this little hole in the wall was very close to our house so we decided to try it and we were not disappointed. It is very small inside so we had a little wait, but once sat the servers were all very attentive and kind. We ordered a great bottle of wine (they have a pretty extensive drink menu) which they kindly recorded for us at the end of the meal when we didn't finish it. We ordered three different sushi rolls, the volcano, the ahi and the angry tuna. I wasn't personally a big fan of the volcano, it was a little two fishy for me, but the ahi and the tuna were some of the best sushi I've ever had. I can't wait to come back here and try more rolls off of their very large menu! (They also serve noodles and hibachi for those non raw fish fans)

We recently got takeout from Sushi.com. It's been a while since we've been there and I'm glad to see that unlike some of my favorite restaurants it's still in business and has teamed up with Grubhub to provide delivery. The last time I was here they had a fresh batch of fatty tuna, which was fantastic and quite reasonably priced for such quality toro. For takeout we got the sushi+sashimi platter, the crazy salmon roll, an Angry tuna roll, some himachi (yellowtail) nigiri, tempura udon, and age dashi tofu. I thought the age Dashi tofu was excellent and both rolls were delicious as well. In the future, I'd probably get the individual nigiri and sashimi to the sushi+sashimi platter, but it was solid. I'm not a big fan of Tenpura in general but it was good and the udon was excellent. There was a bit of a mix up with the order but it appears to have been a Grubhub issue and not the restaurant -- and also it wasn't a big deal. I've been a little disappointed with sushi in Covid times and I'm happy to say that sushi.com delivered the goods!

Best sushi in Columbus. Period. The End. In fact, some of the best sushi I have ever had anywhere. We ordered so much food that the server actually commented "that's a lot of food." I think they were surprised when we finished it all, but it was just so good. Seared black pepper tuna, fatty tuna, and summer rolls were the standouts. We also loved the cold sake flight. Atmosphere is very chill and they play nice loungey music. Perfect for date night.

FRESH sushi that isnt all covered in mayo and fried bits. Great new location, comfortable, clean and a littke upscale-even date appropriate. We went after hitting the gym... so we ordered 'all if it' and got a boat of lovliness to sail away in. Service was excellent. We'll be back.

This sushi is some of best I have had in the Columbus area. I'm somewhat of a sushi snob, and I'm picky! My carry out order was on time and fresh. Ingredients tasted amazing and I will order more often from now on! The restaurant was super cute as well and I can't wait to dine in one day to try more menu items.

We spent $230 (w/ tip) and it was worth every penny. Probably the best Japanese restaurant in the city. We passed by this place multiple times on our way elsewhere. We're Mario fans, so the name Yoshi caught our eye, but the cramped strip mall exterior doesn't exactly scream culinary dream. We decided to take a chance, and let me just say--wow. It's an intimate space with just a few tables and an 8-10 seat sushi bar. We didn't have reservations (make one, they fill up fast) but managed to snag seats at the bar. The service immediately stood out. We had better attention here than at some upscale steakhouses--glasses never went empty, and their menu suggestions were spot on. One minor heads-up: at the sushi bar, staff sometimes walk behind you to talk to the chefs, which can be a bit distracting. For starters, we grabbed the gyoza and asked for a standout small plate. They pointed us to the beef tongue. It arrived hot with shredded onions and spicy mustard, delivering a buttery, melt-in-your-mouth tenderness with a deep, beefy richness. The gyoza was equally flawless. Instead of the overly chewy or burnt wrappers you find at most spots, these had a delicate, golden-brown sear with an intensely savory, garlicky umami filling. We paired this with Sayuri sake, a creamy, unfiltered pour that perfectly balanced sweetness with a dry, clean finish. Since we love nigiri, we ordered a spread: tuna, salmon, smoked salmon, sweet shrimp, and Japanese scallop, plus a salmon/avocado roll. The cuts were impeccably sourced and practically dissolved on the tongue. You rarely find this level of consistency. Just a heads up--they prepare it the traditional way, meaning there is a dab of wasabi tucked directly under the fish. We also tried the Wagyu A-5 roll. It's about as "meat and potatoes" as a roll can get: steak, carrots, asparagus, and rice. The seared Wagyu fat melted instantly, creating a decadent, buttery glaze over the crisp vegetables. It's one of those rare foods that genuinely forces you to pause after each bite. At $40, it was 100% worth it. I can't say enough about this experience. Next time, we're leveling up to the fatty tuna and Wagyu experience on their special menu. That's the exact culinary peak we've been looking for, and incredibly, it's tucked inside a suburban strip mall. Absolutely brilliant.

The TanTan Mazemen was good but it could have used some extra toppings to help the dish, such as corn, mushrooms, or something to balance the savory flavor. The sauce was pretty good but the ratio to ramen noodles was way too much sauce. We asked for an extra bowl of plain noodles but got a bowl of noodles and sauce. The Spicy Miso was pretty good and flavorful, it had decent toppings and spice. It was a solid basic miso broth and pretty good. Overall, the food was good but there was something missing from each dish and it was a bit pricey for the individual dishes. Staff was nice but seemed somewhat rushed when we were trying to order and throughout our meal. Overall, they were very attentive and would clean off our table every time they stopped by.
