The steak temp was perfect, as was the mac. The slaw was bland - I wish I ordered a different side. My kiddo had their chicken fingers w/French fries, and liked it. My MIL had their pollo a la brasa, and enjoyed it as well. We surprised hubby with a happy birthday red velvet slice and headed out. Service was great and it was a vibe with the live music. While I appreciated her honesty, it was frustrating that it took so long for the mistake to be noticed and corrected. As for the food, I'd give it a 3.5/10. It had potential, but overall it just missed the mark for me. After such a long wait, I expected much better. We were only offered 15% off the bill, which didn't really feel like adequate compensation for a 90-minute wait caused by the restaurant's mistake.
