Absolutely wonderful service and delicious food. TOURIST FRIENDLY…read more My friend and I were visiting as tourists when we got caught in a heavy rainstorm. With no idea where we were or where to eat, we stumbled into this restaurant, completely by chance, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we walked in, the staff welcomed us with such warmth and kindness. Despite being walk-ins, with drenched clothing, they quickly found us a table, offered menus, and made us feel genuinely cared for. We noticed many of the staff spoke multiple languages. The service was prompt and attentive. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, talented, and gracious...always smiling and checking in. I've traveled quite a bit around the world, but I can honestly say I've rarely experienced service this warm and genuine. The food was absolutely delicious, well-prepared, and seemed authentically made. The restaurant itself had a cozy and inviting atmosphere. I'm incredibly thankful to the team here for turning what was initially a soggy, stressful afternoon into such a memorable experience. Highly recommend!

Natsu has become one of my favourite sushi restaurants and I go there like every two weeks or so…read more It's very cheap, so this is the perfect place for those who don't mind eating in less fancy places. And what you get for those prices is usually very delicious - just once or twice I have had not that fresh wasabi & ginger. Waiters are friendly as well and quite fast - and of course, you ALWAYS get a shot of something (still haven't figured it out, it might be like a lychee wine or so) as well as a small bowl with a few lychee fruits - and that's on the house! :) Perhaps the only problem is that the place is rather small, so on weekends it can easily get full and you might as well need to wait a bit for the table. BUT even when the place is full, food is still served quite fast! Also the interior is not very special, there is of course a bit of usual Asian kitsch and everything is quite simple. One of the best places to go while I am still a student with a limited budget! ;)

As it was a Monday night only a few tables in the restaurant were occupied, the seating area is very acceptable and clean for the prices. Wouldn't recommend it for a romantic date but it's perfect for a casual lunch/dinner. I paid 4,75 for a medium sushi set (11pieces!!!) and while I was waiting a got a fortune cookie and a shot of something that I presume was lychee wine. Definitely recommending this place for a quick and cheap sushi fix! Great customer service

Ordering a Sushi Set here is like playing Russian Roulette alone, with all the chambers loaded except for one. Keeping Sushi cheap comes with a price as the fish tastes like the antibiotic tanks, where they were kept in, and the rice seasoning is as flat as a hockey puck. If you are a chewing gum enthusiast, you might find the chewy unseperable consistency a new Hubba Bubba taste challenge. (Hubba Bubba with Salmon taste... I could make millions) I could go on and on about the temperature of rice/fish and the wasabi which is served wrong.... but that is just nitpicking on a level, which is wasted here. The miso soup was steaming hot .... and good. The Bento box itself was awesome. I selected the Sake Bento which came with tasty grilled salmon, salad, 6 maki sushi, 3 mini rolls, a pre-cut orange, and a generous serving of rice. Complimentary lychees and a schluck of lychee wine arrived as the included dessert. And all this at a cost less than 7 Euros as I was there before 5 o'clock. This is truly one of the best value meals in all of Vienna .... actually in all of anywhere! No wonder this is such a popular spot!
