We got take out for the first time from Azayaka: Really good quality fish. Reasonable price

I have ordered from this place several times, and I loved it in the beginning. The sushi was worth the price point, the rice was cooked perfectly and was flavorful, and the fish tasted fresh. The past couple times I've ordered, it's been lackluster to the point that I don't plan on eating here again. I typically order the zesty salmon roll and they have put significantly less salon on the inside of the roll as well as on the top. The salmon they use on the inside of the roll also appeared old the last few times I've ordered it (discolored and flavor was off). I also tried their Emerald roll recently and the salmon was paper thin on top of the roll. Service has always been quick, but with the food quality going down, I would take my money elsewhere and try other sushi spots who can provide better consistency. read more

I did a take out order for dinner. I want to give my honest review because I'm sure most customers appreciate honesty. The quality was okay. My volcano roll was over cooked, which was quite sad because I got 2 of them. I couldn't even pick up the pieces without it crumbling. I'd give that a 3/10. The rainbow roll was okay, not bad I'd say 6/10. Would I try this place again? Probably not. But if someone wanted to try it, I wouldn't mind but I'll definitely order something else. read more

Ordered three rolls via delivery service. Food came in a paper bag that was closed nicely, with a fancy box holding all rolls. Ordered two tiger rolls and a Cali roll for my daughter with no sesame seeds. Actually really decent pricing with the special they had going on !! My daughter loved the Cali roll but I would give the tiger 4/5. The fish seemed a little more soft than I've ever had on a tiger roll- it wasn't spoiled or anything just think maybe extra chopped up? Ordered this on DoorDash because some rolls were BOGO free. I got the BOGO free rainbow rolls and a snow corn roll. I wish the pieces of fish were a bit thicker on the rainbow but the price is still decent for what it's worth. I requested no Parmesan cheese on my snow corn roll but they ended up not even adding the spicy mayo on it which made it a bit dry. Not bad but not great. Probably wouldn't reorder if they stop the BOGo free deal. read more

We love Pine Bistro! So much so that we are doing a sushi review inside of it. Why? Because they have been secretly doing an online sushi menu (to go only) for a while. They are now offering sushi mixed in with their Mediterranean menu (bar only, not in regular seating) and we were the first to order in house! We ordered just 1 roll, not sure what to expect. We ordered the Double Double, no not -In-N-Out, but a roll with shrimp tempura, cucumber, crab meat, topped with avocado and eel sauce. It was a bomb roll - reinvent or perish they say! This was my first time ordering from Azayaka Sushi. I order online. The food looked fresh. I ordered the sashimi: screaming O, specialty: golden knight and shrimp wrap. Top favorite was screaming o! Screaming o spice level delivered. The sear was prefect and the portion was satisfying. My next favorite was the golden knight. Once again, the spice level delivered. I enjoy spice and I was not disappointed. My least favorite was the shrimp wrap. There was nothing wrong just didn't compliment my other two items well. Would have rather done another order of screaming o or golden knight. I will be ordering again in the future guaranteed. Stay fresh Azayaka yall delivered on aspects. read more
