I felt like she was more interested in making money than my vision. So I called Castleman. Dr. Singh was awesome! She said some people have bad cataracts and can see, while other's have not so bad cataracts yet can't. I had dropless surgery to remove the cataracts and the difference was astounding! No more blurry vision. Dr. Singh recommended picking up some dollar store glasses for reading as the only thing I would need. Castleman Eye Center was professional, they answer all your questions, and is now my new eye care place.

My wait was less than 30 minutes and the eye doctor was outstanding. We hit it off right away and I felt totally at ease with him. He was very efficient and explained everything he was doing. HOWEVER, there were almost no Covid-19 safety measures. Staff had masks worn improperly. I was there three times in the past month, for exams for three different people, and not once saw any cleaning or sanitizing done. I had glasses shoved onto my face and my children's faces, and saw smudges and finger prints all over them. I was encouraged to lower or remove my mask to get a better view of the frames. One communal pen and notebook is used to sign in, I saw no hand sanitizer anywhere. I'm disappointed that a medical office, of all places, has such low disinfecting standards. I will not be back to purchase frames or receive any exams in the near future, which is unfortunate as there was nothing wrong with the actual exam itself. I'm just not willing to risk the health and safety of myself or my family, we will find another office that can at least wipe things down and wear masks properly.

The exams were informative and completely pleasant. I know everyone has had the high- pressure eye ware selection experience before, and this office was the exact opposite. We even received our lens prescriptions to take home with zero pushback. I HIGHLY recommend Mithoff Vision. P.S. we have VSP eye insurance and they take it no problem. Very, very Unhappy. I bought a pair of glasses here but cannot see through them. It was a bad…read moreexperience from the time I ordered my glasses. They took a whole month to get my glasses because they lost my prescription. Then when they made my glasses, I have had problems with them ever since. I have had them adjusted many times, but they just don't seem right. Their 45 day return policy is garbage. After the 45 days, they offer a full price exam and a 70/30 split. Which .means you might as well go get glasses someplace else if you want a good pair.
