I felt like she was more interested in making money than my vision. So I called Castleman. Dr. Singh was awesome! She said some people have bad cataracts and can see, while other's have not so bad cataracts yet can't. I had dropless surgery to remove the cataracts and the difference was astounding! No more blurry vision. Dr. Singh recommended picking up some dollar store glasses for reading as the only thing I would need. Castleman Eye Center was professional, they answer all your questions, and is now my new eye care place.

Unlike other offices,…read morewhen your appointment is scheduled for a specific time, you are seen no later than 15 minutes later. I never felt rushed and I loved that Dr. Rahmani was personal with me and told me he would do the same surgery on his children. I saw two other doctors before deciding on Rahmani. At both of those places I was taken to a room to discuss financing and It made me feel as though I was just another person with a wallet. Those offices felt like businesses rather than doctors offices. Dr. Rahmani's office was very calm and gave me a feeling of comfort, which is definitely important before surgery. The procedure was flawless and took about 6 minutes (3 per eye). I was treated very well by not only the doctor, but also his staff. I felt relaxed going into the surgery and as soon as It was over, I went from not being able to see 3 feet in front of my face to seeing the clock on the other side of the room. Recovery was exactly what the staff prepared me for. Nothing was sugar coated like at the other two office I went to for consultations. Since my surgery I have gone back to the office twice for follow ups and have one more scheduled. I 10/10 recommend going to see Dr. Rahmani if you are considering Lasik.

We even received our lens prescriptions to take home with zero pushback. I HIGHLY recommend Mithoff Vision. P.S. we have VSP eye insurance and they take it no problem. It has been 2 months since my procedure at Castleman Eye Center. I waited to put in my review…read morebecause I wanted to give it a little time and not just base my review on immediate results. From my initial visit to my most recent follow up the staff has been wonderful. They understood this was a huge decision. They provided information, addressed my concerns and before I knew it my surgery was scheduled and preparations began. I was offered the opportunity to receive the mono vision treatment as I was told that with the regular treatment I would not be able to see near without reading glasses. I opted for the distance vision and decided if I had to wear reading glasses I would be willing as long as my distance vision was corrected. The day of surgery I felt very secure with Dr Singh. The staff made every effort to ease me through the process. Once you are in the procedure room they have it down like a well choreographed dance. You are so busy listening to them do the countdowns and channeling you between machines, before I knew it they said you are done and I was up and on my way home. My vision was instantly improved. However, I noticed a couple days into my recovery that I was having some double vision looking at signs on the road and I addressed these concerns with Dr Singh and she assured me to give it time that it would improve and she was spot on. Things just keep improving. I have not experienced any of the negative side effects I read about prior to the surgery (which almost kept me from doing it) and am thrilled I chose to have it done. Big surprise ending is I don't need reading glasses at all and my distance vision is phenomenal. I cannot thank Dr Singh enough and 2 months out I am finally not reaching to take my glasses off when I get into bed at night. This has been a great experience, Dr Singh is top notch! I could not be happier with my results and I will recommend Castleman and Dr Singh with full confidence to anyone who is considering this procedure.

I will continue to go here as long as I live in the area- the service is unbeatable. First of all, and most importantly for me, you know that nasty part of your appointment when they numb your eyeballs, dilate your pupils, and touch them with that stick thing? YOU DON'T HAVE TO DO THAT HERE!! You can actually opt to do a digital image of your eye instead, so you're not out of commission for the rest of day due to light sensitivity and generally feeling icky. Yes, it was $39, but SO worth it! They just took digital pictures of the inside of my eyes, and then actually showed them to me on a screen and explained what everything was. It was fascinating. And they store them in their computer, so if my vision ever changes, they can look back at past images and see what went wrong. Amazing. Dr. Bohdan and the girls who work there are all super friendly and helpful. Also, they sell the big bottles of contact solution (the good stuff, BioTrue) for only $5, which is definitely something I'll be taking advantage of.
