Nice people. I've been going there for seven years. I would recommend them. Nice modern office, and nice variety of frames.

I never felt rushed and I loved that Dr. Rahmani was personal with me and told me he would do the same surgery on his children. I saw two other doctors before deciding on Rahmani. At both of those places I was taken to a room to discuss financing and It made me feel as though I was just another person with a wallet. Those offices felt like businesses rather than doctors offices. Dr. Rahmani's office was very calm and gave me a feeling of comfort, which is definitely important before surgery. The procedure was flawless and took about 6 minutes (3 per eye). I was treated very well by not only the doctor, but also his staff. I felt relaxed going into the surgery and as soon as It was over, I went from not being able to see 3 feet in front of my face to seeing the clock on the other side of the room. Recovery was exactly what the staff prepared me for. Nothing was sugar coated like at the other two office I went to for consultations. Since my surgery I have gone back to the office twice for follow ups and have one more scheduled. I 10/10 recommend going to see Dr. Rahmani if you are considering Lasik.

Things tuned pleasant for a few minutes while she showed me where the Men's glasses were and a little small talk. A few minutes into my browsing my wife and I were in the back corner of the store when I tried on a pair and asked my wife for her opinion. I took my mask off one ear and pulled it aside not thinking anything of it as we were at least 20' from anyone. I hear Karen from across the store saying no, no, no, and jumps up form here desk across the store going on about my mask. I put the string of my mask back over my ear and just looked at her stunned. She says to me "We don't expect you to buy glasses with out seeing how they look with out a mask, you can take a couple pair in the bathroom and try them on". I put the glasses had been looking at down on the counter and left. I get it, every business can make their own rules and I'll respect that. But at least have a better plan the expecting customers to know the tiny table at the door with no attendant means to stop and wait for someone to come and take your temperature. And most of all don't expect your customers to have to try on eyeglasses in the bathroom. What a joke. I ended up buying glasses from SVS vision much better experience.

I arrived early for my first visit because when I made my appointment on the phone, they told me they would email me the new patient information forms to fill out. They did not arrive. I ended up waiting an hour to see the eye care provider. When he first met me he seemed very concerned about medications i am on unrelated to my eyes. After my exam I was given trial contact lenses and told I would have to return to finalize their fit, etc. before ordering. I returned the next week to learn the daily lenses they fit me for are $98 per three months per eye. I also was surprised by a fee for the refraction procedure. Insurance apparently doesn't cover this; and they don't explicitly tell you that you can waive the procedure. It is however an option on the initial paperwork to opt out but they didn't bring that to my attention. I came back to be fitted for monthly lenses the next day. I was surprised they could get me back in. They seemed disappointed that I just wanted the contact lens prescription because my previous eye care provider office said they could take my remaining and now obsolete prescription lenses and exchange them for my new prescription. I drove back 30 miles to my previous eye care provider to avoid this practice.

I have yet to have an insurance that Dr. Phillips didn't take. My whole family goes to Dr. Dan. One time my mother got something in her eye on a Saturday morning (it was nearly noon) and Dr. Dan stayed late to help her. That's the personal experience that I wouldn't trade for any reason! I purchased a vintage set of glasses online that I had corrective lenses put into. Dr. Will (Dr. Dan's father) knew the make and frame number of my classic 50's frames the moment he saw them! I couldn't help but laugh. After more than 65 years, he knew the frames by make and number... Love Phillips Eye Care!
