It broke down one week after I bought it and because they are right around the corner from me I walked in their shop and told the receptionist what happened and she told me to call whirlpool. I said that their door said sales and service and she argued that they had no service men and to call whirlpool I told her to take care of it because I had just purchased the refrigerator. The argument went on until the guy that sold it to me walked in. I told him what was happening and he understood the problem and would send a service man out as soon as he could, probably a couple of days. The service man came and replaced the computer and all was well. The refrigerator has worked ever since. The receptionist made me so angry at the time for her bad attitude I will not recommend this business to anyone in fact I will and have told friends the story of her not taking responsibility for their products that they sell and service. Love my fridge hate the receptionist.

Shane tried to get it to work right without having to change the door latch, but it only worked for him sometimes, and I had very little luck getting it to work. Luckily, he had the part with him in case he needed to change it out, but he was very aware of the added cost for this part. He gave me a discount on the service call, which I appreciated, and the fix was well worth the price I paid. Shane also helped me by doing a cleaning cycle for both my washer and dishwasher, which was great since both machines were old and hadn't been used for a few years. I appreciated his skill and knowledge, as well as his concern with the cost of the repair. I highly recommend this company for doing a great job at a fair price!

He charged about half what I've paid to other companies, and also fixed another issue at the house for no charge! I was so impressed that I shared his name and my experience on my neighbor chat, a neighbor hired him and had the same positive experience. It is so rare to find someone this committed to doing a great job and giving value for the money! I'm calling him every time! Wish he repaired other things. I'd never hire anyone else! 10 stars!!

Upon arriving to the location they didn't have the type of set I needed. They told me they would have more the next day but didn't have any more for 6 days. Finally went to look at the set and they had sold 3 before I got there and was left with one set. The set they had, the washer was broken, so they told us they would get it fixed and deliver it to us. Instead they offered us a different one. Once delivered we paid them with a check. It has been 4 weeks and I have contacted them about cashing it and they said they would the following day. That was 2 weeks ago and they still haven't cashed it.

They offer delivery service for just a little extra, and a 30-day warranty on all of their items as well as repair services down the road. Cash preferred, but they'll accept credit card for an extra charge. We bought a nice Samsung front-load set from them, they let us test them out in the store, then delivered the set later that evening. Our set has been working great for a month now, and we got a heck of a deal on it. Buy used to save $ and the environment, and support a super-nice, enterprising local family!

I have always been a fan of RC Willey…read moreFurniture I have purchased many times from both the Riverdale and Layton stores over the years (Riverdale has been closed a while so that tells you I have been a long time customer). In February 2026 I decided to buy my 85 year old mother who was in hospice care and I was her caretaker a more comfortable recliner. The delivery was set for between 1 and 3 pm. My sister and her son were going to be at my house at 1130 to help move the furniture out of the way for delivery set up. At 1045 I go to take a shower before my sister and her son get here and I hear people in the livingroom so I hurry out and the delivery guys had just put the chair in the middle of the floor with an 85 year old woman on oxygen and her tubes running through the room. If she hadn't been up in her other recliner nobody would have answered the door but she was. I come out of the bathroom with wet hair realize they had just delivered it 2 hours early and chase them down as they were driving off. The one delivery guy said there wasn't space for a setup I said my sister was coming over but you are 2 hours early so they came back in helped me get the other out of the way put it in the spot it was going didn't demonstrate any features show how it works etc. The chair is nice and functions well. My mother passed away on April 1 and I am using the chair now. My problem with RC Willey is that when this initially happened I called customer service because I didn't feel that they fulfilled the setup and delivery I paid for. They never called me back at the time but life got bad with my mom's health and she passed away and life got upended. So I finally took a breath today and decided to call RC Willey customer service again. It took a while of let me check on this etc. The end result was they would not refund my $99 setup and delivery because they did actually come back in when I stopped them from leaving. My point was they were 2 hours early and were just going to leave it in the middle of the livingroom.They were not going to fulfill there part of the delivery contract that I paid for. I sent a review in February about this but if something would have been by customer service I would have continued to be a customer but since this determination today I will never be a customer again over a $99 set up and delivery charge that I felt should be refunded because of the way they just left the chair in the middle of the room because the space wasn't ready for set up because they were 2 hours early
