I have always love to wash my car at this location. Two days ago my car went through their drive thru and the wash rollers hit my rear mirror and it broke off. I have been trying to call Lupe (the Manager) who says will return my call back, but never did. REALLY! It takes this company 2-3 days and still can't even resolve a claim. Lupe is too busy in a meeting and can't get back to me. It's ridiculous that I have to drive around with a broken rear mirror because of their machine can't operate correctly. This company isn't too professional when it come to customer service. They delayed your concerns and complaints like you are lying and making up stories. I took my car for a wash on Feb. 8th, 2020: the car in front of me was stuck somehow but the tracks kept on moving forward. There was so many suds, soap, and brushes cleaning my car that I didn't see what was going on. The tracks pushed me into the hitch of the car that was stuck in front of me causing damages to my front bumper. Surf Thru had me do an incident report and sign it. When I asked for a copy, Estavan, the manager told me that he can't give me a copy. I asked if I can at least take a picture of it, he told me, "No." I asked for their insurance information, Estavan told me that they don't have insurance and will be paying for my damages "Out of Pocket." How can a business be in business without liability insurance? Estavan told me that he will be calling me Monday, Feb. 10th, 2020. I got a call to go get an estimate for the repairs. I did the estimate on Feb. 14th, 2020. It's been a week, I called them everyday since I got the estimate and they have been dodging me. So, I reported them to BBB. I hope they read this post, because I plan on putting them on blast until I get my car fix with a car rental. This is my only car. read more

This one is my favorite location. I come about once a week and it seems like they just keep adding more (this week they introduced complimentary dash board wipes). I think it is definitely worth it to have a membership with them and the staff is always super friendly, and my car always looks good :) read more

Customer service is great. Such an easy fast good car wash when much needed. There are a couple different prices but I do believe you get what you pay for. Always go with the ultimate! It's worth it. I love this car wash. Ive been coming here for the past 8 months and never had any issues. Staff is really friendly and approachable. The preppers are really hard workers, they do their absolute best to try and scrub off all the bugs. I love the complimentary items that come with the washes; trash bag, air freshener, dash whip, newspaper, & coffee. The vacuums work really well due to their powerful suction. They also have these neat air compressors that you can use to dry the wet spots on your car that the blowers missed. read more

Usually a quick and easy process that gets my car clean at a decent price. The vacuums are free so although I have to do it myself, I'm not complaining. This evening, I unfortunately came at a busy time as they were having a special for Fresno State students. Not too bad as I just went through the non-cashier lane. In the wash, cars were honking and the process paused. I subsequently stopped my car, causing it to get stuck. So I drove off without it being completely washed. One of the female employees came after me and told me to pull to the front where she'd help dry off my car. She brings over a female coworker (who directed me in the lanes) and a male coworker (who was wiping windows prior to entering the wash). They conversed amongst themselves and I told them what happened. Because I exited prematurely, she said my car was still a bit dirty. She directed me to re-enter the wash (without a charge) and that one of the guys will walk through it while my car is inside to ensure my car is clean. Kudos to Lupe and her team for great customer service! It was my fault but they helped me anyway. read more

I used to always go to Red Carpets Ride n Shine but after a little while when Surf Thru opened up not to far away from the Red Carpet spot that I went to (Shaw/Willow- Clovis), I tried it out and I got hooked. First of all the cashier gals are always nice and friendly. Everyone of them always have a big smile. The deals are great. I always get the Ultimate package which comes with a scent of choice, newspaper, trash bag and now a dashboard wipe. The best thing about the Surf Thru's though are their free vacuum area. This is really what got me hooked. It seems like the staff keeps the place pretty clean. Love this place. read more

First time trying this car wash today. Pros: Great vacuums and mirror to guide you when going in. Cons: Not enough water to wash off the soap, so it left dirty stains on my car still. Overall, I felt that it didn't give my car a clean enough wash. I use to only pay $10 to get a wash and it did a lot better than this $12 wash that I got today at this place. I would come again, but only when I need to vacuum as well. But hey, they have great staffs! That's another plus. read more

Every time at this location and the herndon and Sunnyside location, when you order the ultimate wash (or any wash with tire gloss), check your tires, it's either one side has it or no tires have it. I am a member of this carwash for the past few years am a handicap man so when I notice that my car has a lot of little scratches on my brand new car i ask to speak to some one I also told this man I was handicap if some one could help me the Ness car wash always comes out to help me dry my car even vacuum so this man who later found out was a manager he never can out or sent anyone it was not busy there were lot men there so I had to go look for some to talk with about the scratches on my from the brushes it was the same guy I told him about and he took pictures and ask me to write my name and said some one will call well the guy called said we are not doing anything I told I was asking for a paint job or for a wax just wanted them to know and this just they could not doing anything cause it was not cause of there brushes I only go to this company no other carwash I don't drive much I was not very happy the way handled this and I am going to cancel my membership and I will also post this on my Facebook and ask my family and friends to not go to this place and to cancel there membership I hope they read this so tired of the way I was treated very poorly read more

This is the best express car wash in Fresno/Clovis, CA. I have taken my car to Jack's, Red Carpet, and Great American. All these places have sub par washing systems and unfortunately have employees who don't take the greatest pride in their work. While I understand some people don't want to get out of their cars, the only way to really clean the inside of your car is to do it yourself! As for the exterior wash, I have a Jeep Wrangler which is often the victim of bug splatter (due to the aerodynamics). I got the ultimate wash and upon exiting began drying the Jeep. At this point a young employee walked over and noticed that bugs were still on the front grille. He offered for me to take the Jeep through a re-wash (of the same ultimate wash!). After doing so, I was approached by an employee by the name of Israel. He noticed the bugs and said, "I'll take those bugs off." This young man went to the car wash area, got bug remover and personally came over to scrub the bugs off the front grille. Needless to say, that is enough customer service to keep me coming here for years. Thank You Israel for your help. I would encourage Surf Thru to promote such employees so the their business can continue to prosper! read more

They just can't seem to get the bugs off the windshield. I specifically tell them just scrub the windshield and don't worry about the rest of the truck. I usually have to go through twice when I have time. It's basically where you drive thru and get the dust off of your car. If you want a real car wash take it A Hand Car Wash. This is an excellent express car wash. Cashiers are all very friendly! Every time I go I receive a complementary air freshener with my ultimate wash. All the washes include a complementary trash bag, dash wipe, newspaper, coffee, and FREE vacuums. The hard working guys scrubbed my car before entering the wash. They always look sharp and always have a smile. There's also someone always out attending the needs of their guest, in my case they helped removed some of the leftover bugs. This was my favorite car wash but the kids who work there lately in the past year make many mistakes. Im not coming here anymore. I usually pull further back from them when I enter so they can take more time to clean the front of my car off because thats the worse with the bugs. They dont scrub it enough and dont lift my windshield wipers to clean under there. Once I paid for the $12 unlimited wash and the tire shine never sprayed. I went back thru 3 times (wasted gas) and it didnt spray anything. It wasted my time. I didnt come back for a while until today. Today had me fed up because I used a gift card for my wash and then bought towels with my credit card. The skinny girl with long curly blondish brown hair emp #384 (on my receipt) charged me a wash on top of the towels. So I was charged twice. I had to waste gas to come back later in the evening. I originally called 5 times before I came by and the phone rang and rang. No one picked up. When I asked her about it she said she didnt hear anything. She literally said to me about 4 times "im sorry about that" with not even looking at me. When people say that so much it makes them seem even more fake. Sorry sorry sorry sorry sorry sorry. It makes people look even more insincere. Its annoying. Im not coming to this location anymore. read more

This is one of the BEST express car washes in the Central Valley. I've been to their other locations in the area and none of them compare to this new one on Shaw. It's really nice, clean, and not as busy so I'm not rushed while vacuuming. The wash always comes out great for my vehicles and if not, I am always welcome to go through again until I'm satisfied at no extra cost. The customer service is a 10! The cashiers are always welcoming and smiling. Although some of the gentleman scrubbing could smile and look a little more excited, but it's a car wash. Otherwise, very professional and will continue to come back again. I'm still considering a monthly plan but I'd rather prefer unlimited washes for multiple vehicles at a reasonable price. read more

This location seems to be turning around, I haven't been in awhile, and I noticed a lot of new faces around there. I went back the other day because I needed to get my truck washed and I had recently been off roading so you can just imagine the amount of dirt and grime covering my paint, I really didn't want to due to a few bad experiences I've had there, but I was running behind on stuff I had to do that day and decided I didn't have time to hand wash t myself. Not going to lie the first time I went threw not everything came off, but my truck was caked and I didn't expect it to, but I was amazing at the way the two guys scrubbing my car did, because they didn't focus on the dirt or try to only spray off my truck, they guys scrubbed on the front and got off almost every bug and then knocked on my window and told me to come back threw, and when I went back around they sprayed from under and in my tire wells and got everything off. After, one of the young men who was named Trevor came out into the vacuum area to check and make sure everything was ok (not just with me but all the customers out there) and he noticed there was still a few bugs in the front on the grill and some smear marks from where a little road film was left, he went and grabbed a towel with bug spray on it and rubbed all the bugs off then used another towel to wipe the back off, then proceeded to put more tire shine on for me and wipe down my rims. The whole time this young man was very professional and very polite the way people in customer service should be. This location really has switched up a lot, and from now on just based on the customer service I received, and how well I feel that young man took care of me I will definitely only be coming to this location from now on. read more

My car sustained damage while going thru the Surf Thru car wash for the first time. I've been through many other car washes, but there machines seemed to be kinda violent. Anyways, I noticed later that my rocker moulding which goes along the lower side beneath the door was missing. I tried to call them, but nobody answered so I drove over there and spoke to a mgr. to find out if they found the moulding that came off my car, and they did. They did some investigating and feel their machine did not damage my car, and are saying the moulding had prior damage that when I reached the blowers, caused the air to catch and panel to fall off. For one, my car is practically in immaculate condition and there was no damage that would have caused air to tear a part off my vehicle. I went back down there and they let me see the video. The video only shows front and rear view and side view just prior to entering the car wash. I watched my vehicle pulling up prior to going thru the wash and there was no damage in the area of question whatsoever, the moulding was secure and in tact. Then at the end of the wash the blowers were going and in the video you can see the moulding come off and fall on the ground. I inspected the part that came off my car and appears something in the car wash got caught on the moulding and pulled it off. denied liability and I continue to pursue the car wash for the damages. read more
