I just washed my car here and noticed many scratches on the sides and mostly on the back of my car. (See photos) They look like swirl marks, but they are indeed scratches. I didn't want to cause a commotion, so I just informed the supervisor on duty. I own a black car, so it's noticeable. If anyone else has experienced this or has the same marks from this place, please let them know. I left my number for the supervisor because I know it won't just be my car that will receive this damage. The supervisor didn't believe me, I did not even ask for anything like damage repair or anything. I asked him nicely to give me a call when someone else's car gets damaged so that I can get an apology, those are free. Took 2 of my vehicles to the Clovis, Ca. location in the early morning of February 26th, 2022. Once I was done running errands and returned home I looked at my hood and windshield on one of my daily driver and noticed the was job was horrible! You can clearly see the brush marks on the front and back of my hood but completely missed the middle. The windshield was a disaster as well. What a waste of $14.00. I used to come here quite often as I own multiple vehicles and the washes were always satisfactory! This was terrible. I will NEVER return!!! read more

I pay the monthly unlimited winner's car wash and I normally go to the south east location but since I moved this location is closer to home. Definity miss the service from the other location. This location doesn't provide a bag with the wipes, towel and air freshener like the other location for members. I've gone here a few times and I've never gotten anything. They don't pre-brush the cars anymore and even with the pre-spray it's not washed as well. read more

I keep my car in the garage at home, so it's generally pretty clean. However, since I was between appointments, I decided to make a quick stop at Raceway Express Car Wash in Clovis. I wasn't planning to spend much, but the employee working the payment area talked me into purchasing their new ceramic shield wash. I asked if it included cleaning my wheels and tires after the wash and was told yes. I ended up going through the wash twice, because the first wash didn't remove the bugs from my windshield or the front grill. Sadly, the undercarriage and mud flaps were still dirty even after the second wash. After I dried and vacuumed the car, I told the employee that I was ready for him to clean the wheels and tires. He walked over with a big black mop and swiped it around the tires. That's it. No spray, no cleaner, nothing. When I reminded him about cleaning the wheels, he stated they didn't do that. Umm, that's not what you said earlier when I agreed to buy the higher priced wash. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to argue that point. So, after two runs through the carwash, the car still wasn't completely clean. I should have requested a refund. The guy even had the nerve to try and sell me an unlimited membership! Nope! Any future washes will be at the Surf Thru Car Wash right down the street. read more

So I wash my car here all the time and it does the job, it's not really that dirty. Today I took the truck through after a road trip and it has a ton of bugs on the windshield. I paid the for the best wash and it still has bugs all over it. I went around and asked the guy to please use the bush on the windshield and the grill. He informed me they don't use brushes, I find it funny that they have a scrub brush on each side of the door and last week they used them on my car. But today they don't do that, I might have let it go but he guy was rude about it. So ya I went through twice and the truck is still gross and I will drive over to red carpet from now on. We bought a buy one get one free car wash. They told us to hold the receipt to come back for the free one. We came back and they told us this wasn't the receipt. We only received one receipt. It says right on there, but one get one free and they wouldn't honor it. I paid $20 for the Grand Champion Wash. The wash was supposed to be the premium wash. I probably would have gotten the same results with the economy wash. The grill and hood didn't come out very clean. My vehicle went through the entire wash in literally 90 seconds or less. At that speed l can see how the results weren't very good. Also no outside sinks or trash cans in the vacuum area. read more

I've been putting this review on hold for a while because I truly wanted to give this place a chance but the customer service here is always a miss. I pay a monthly fee to wash my car as often as I would like and when I do go I have to constantly ask the employees to actually scrub my vehicle instead of just spray it with water. When I don't get a scrub, I come out with a dirty windshield and front bumper. I then have to go through the carwash another time. This is not just time consuming but always wastes even more water. The employees are not very friendly nor do they look like they want to be working. To top it off, they don't have a mirror above the entrance to help guide vehicles, so employees are not even looking when guiding your vehicle resulting in damage to your tires and or rims. The last and final straw for me is the lack of good vacuums. It's rare I get into a stall with a sufficient vacuum that take care of crumbs and dog hair. If you're looking to get your car CLEAN after just one wash and vacuum just take it to Red Carpet and pay the extra couple bucks. read more

I fix that when I vacuum, but today there was a lady blasting her music hurting my ears, right in front of a sign that says no loud music. The employees refused to address the situation. Hm. I pay for a monthly subscription and am busy most weekdays. I make time out of my weekends to come get a carwash and on more than a few occasions they are not even open which is very frustrating. I am aware they are close on raining days however it seems they like to close down even on cloudy days when the ground is dry and there has not been any rain that has passed through. Worst place to get a car wash Shaw n Villa. I continually pay for the higher premium wash which includes the s rubbing. Never gets done and they say that we the customer are supposed to make a motion to them to scrub. I asked where it says on the sales board the directions where the customer is supposed to make hand motions? The response was well how are we supposed to know. I asked Art for the managers name he said he couldn't give it to me. I asked for a number to call and he told me to google it or just come back the next morning. Customer service think not. They are expecting the customers to pay and then let them know what their job is. There are other car washes in town Really tired of the piss poor service. Spend your money elsewhere. I've been here many times, it's down the street from the university so come by often. At one point they switched owners and the service and value for your dollar just isn't with it. Every time I've came there's always bugs on my windshield but never like today. The vacuums have no suction. You have to check every vacuum if you're gonna use them. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE! Unless you want a messed up rim and a dirty car. Went through the car wash just now and there was no workers around. When they finally came out we did exactly as they directed us to waving us forward. Heard a loud bang and the two workers looked at each other and knew EXACTLY what had just happened. Go to vacuum my car (which was still dirty on the outside and completely wet) and notice my hub cap is cracked and broke. We go to the office to tell them and they tell us it was our fault and that we jerked the wheel. Showed us the video footage and there was NO jerking of any wheel. Did exactly as they instructed! I drive a pick-up with a headache rack. Many times they do not clean the hood, windshield and top. Brushes that do this do not operate for this. The use of pressure sprayers don't do the work. Also my mirrors sometimes don't get the soap rinsed off. On the upside my sides of my truck come out clean and the vacuum area is clean and the vacuums work well.
