These employees work hard, and you can see the effort they put in to make sure every vehicle gets taken care of. Even in the heat, they keep moving, stay professional, and provide great service. That kind of hard work deserves to be recognized. I also have a background in health and safety, so I pay close attention to working conditions, especially when employees are working outside in extreme heat. One suggestion I would strongly encourage management to consider is providing Gatorade or another electrolyte drink for employees on those really hot days. Hydration and electrolyte replacement can make a big difference when people are doing physical work in the heat. Overall, great job to the crew. Got a car wash with vacuum for a trip. Received car with no dash wipe down. Bug splatter and bird poop still on the vehicle. Visible loose dirt still on the vehicle. So I took my car in for a total car wash. As you drive in it's a quick checkout, then stop at the vacuum area, which seemed to take a little bit longer than normal. Afterwards went into the building to pay my bill inside was very clean offered drinks to purchase also had some items to purchase if you need to get it. Since I was very clean and plenty of seating area while you wait for your car. Outside area has a sitting area too. There's also popcorn for you while you wait till your car gets done all in. I didn't notice to check my flat bed on the truck . The guy keep saying check it out is everything ok. I didn't bother to check the flat bed. It was all damage scratches everywhere. Went in with my brand new car not even a month old and came out of the car wash with a scuffed/scratched panel/paint. I did all the proper steps, showed the manager, contacted HR, only to be told they are not responsible.... Really? Because I'm pretty sure you are responsible when YOUR car wash caused the damage. I was also told that "IF" my car is in fact new, and told "IF" that damage was not there before, like I am lying. You won't ever win when it's you against a big car wash chain. My mistake taking my car there, it won't be happening again. On top of that the actual car was was awful, streaks on the interior, paid for the "matte" interior clean and got glossy streaks all over. Dirt on the area you step on when you get in car, floor mats, streaks on windows, etc. I actually felt bad because of how many spots were missed and I kept asking this kid to fix them, I grabbed the towel myself and cleaned some areas myself. So if you don't care about your car and how it looks; sure take it here, but if you don't want a damaged car, do NOT take it here. And no point in posting pictures of the damage here, as I see the owner comes on and denies denies denies anyways. Update: Like I said, owner will come on here and deny. Bottom line, my car went in for its FIRST car wash as a perfectly new car, and left with damage which I reported immediately. Usually a pretty good wash which is why I go there but recently during my last three visits the guys up front using the brushes barely put in any effort to brush the glass, i don't get the dual foam that I pay extra for, the workers in the tunnel are drying with wet dirty towels that leave streaks on the glass, i might just start looking for a new place to go to read more

The time available to the interior team, which is a function of the speed at which the vehicle conveyor travels, is not adequate for them to do a thorough job (especially on the interior surfaces of the windows and windshields) and so the work required of person who finishes the car after it exits the "tunnel" is increased. The employees finishing the cars are allowed to accept tips, so the more cars they finish the more tips they can receive. Oh man. I haven't taken my car to Red Carpet in more than a year and was ready for a great wash with clean and shiny tires and a spotless interior. Well....some of this happened. 3/5 stars because the interior middle console was not cleaned. Did they forget? I drove off and didn't check, my fault I suppose but from past experiences with Red Carpet, I never needed to. I didn't have time to go back so I just got out my Clorox wipes and did it myself all the while thinking I just paid for someone else to do this. Ho hum The gentleman that welcomed me when I drove in and the person taking my payment inside were both nice. There was plenty of popcorn available for those who wanted it. Chris greets me each week with a smile, will offer an additional service if he thinks the car needs it, but never pushes things on me. He even remembers my specific request for things like no fragrance please. The crew does an outstanding job and they do it with a smile even when it's 110 degrees outside. I love this full service car wash! The car gets clean in and out. And plus, while you wait, free popcorn! There are places to wait both inside and out. The inside has a restroom, an a little shop to purchase car accessories, and this last time I went they had a greeting card section as well. The staff is usually very friendly with us. Last time I went, there was someone in training, and he was great! Plus the trainer was great with him as well. I love seeing folks learning the job, and when their trainers are motivating, well that just means you have good people working there. I guess the downside for me are the prices which are a little high, and then the staff is always trying to get you to upgrade... But honestly, you get what you pay for, and the car get super clean!! I've never had an issue with damage or something being left unclean. If there are spots that are not or you would like them to go over again, they will do that before you leave. Keep a look out for local organizations and schools who sell coupon cards or wash cards for fundraisers! I would always drive off happy with my trucks looking super clean and taken care of. First off I paid for your most expensive ceramic slam. Ceramic slam??? You guys scratched my truck, Left dirt swirl marks everywhere, dirt still on my truck, and bugs on the grill like you didn't even wash it. They hardly wiped down the interior with your dirty non micro fiber rags. The windows were not even close to clean and now I have to re wash and get all the water spots off on top of fix a scratch. Ive never been so frustrated. My truck looks like crap and I paid $40. There is a young lady named Josephine who every time she gets my car I don't even need to walk around it is just absolutely perfect chef's kiss every single time. I used to come weekly but I've changed my membership now to the once a month due to time constraints and if there was a way to request her to always have my car I would definitely do that, she is phenomenal. Christian let us know we can bring the kids inside to keep cool and they can enjoy watching the car wash. He mentioned they provided fresh popcorn or we can purchase snacks to keep them occupied. We drove up farther and met Ellie and Matilda, they were so kind and patient with us unloading our babies. When our car was finished we met Johnathan who did a phenomenal detail. I'm giving red carpet on Sean Willow a great review because of the manager I had a really bad incident where one of the employees yelled at me. I literally did not do anything to him. I don't know if you had a bad day but overall I get a five star review because you're Customer Service and how they didn't put the blame on the customer and how they do not make excuses for the employee. Overall adjust place to go to an overall Manager Geno was awesome. I was actually gonna come back to pay for my service, but he did give it to me for free. No, as far as how they clean and everything that's a different note for a different day for a different review . I really don't kind of feel that they clean properly. I like the older women cleaning my car because they're more thorough. My wife took her car for a good wash and this was the end result. Max the manager asked her if this was already damaged, my wife told him the windshield was just fine before she had the car washed. After reviewing the video footage, they took responsibility for the damage. Now, two weeks later, still waiting for the windshield to get replaced with a factory windshield! Red carpet didn't make this process easy! Other than replacing the windshield, there has been NO follow up from anyone! You can't even email anyone from this business to get any follow up. So much for customer service. See photos for further. As of today (9/1/22), the windshield has been replaced. I do understand that things are hard to come by but it seems that there was a lack of communication at the start of this ordeal. The windshield company had no idea and left a message with the manager when I called to get a windshield ordered. After my own follow up, I called to speak to the manager who said he never had received a call or message. It was after this things finally started to take place. I got the "Better" wash and was so disappointed. By far, the WORST car wash I have ever received. My mats were barely vacuumed. My running boards weren't even acknowledged. And the rest of the smudges could have easily been wiped away with a single wipe. This just showed me they didn't care about the job being done. No effort at all.
