Took 2 phone calls until they returned my call. Finally received at text from them and scheduled an appt. Paid $367 for full detail of interior of our SUV. Had it there for 4 hrs and when we picked it up there was still dirt, dust on panels/cup holders and in 3rd row. Understandable that some carpet stains will be difficult to remove, but on the surface dirt, dust still there. Work definitely not worth $367. I would think before going with this company. I had to bring my car to a car wash due to my recent trip from the Bay Area and all of the hitchhiking bugs I accumulated on my car. Since this was my first car wash in Fresno, I found them using Yelp and hoped for the best. I'm really picky when it comes to my car so, I thought for sure this would not be a 5-Star business on my first try. I was wrong. First, when I called, they were booked with appointments but the receptionist was so very nice and professional and kind and was able to squeeze me in when I explained my dilemma. When I got there, they took me right away and showed me to a very nice air conditioned waiting room with a large screen TV where I could wait. It took about 30 minutes and to my surprise, the car looked great. The bugs were all gone, tires dust free and my interior vacuumed and dusted perfectly. Just had Curbside Detail wash the interior and exterior of our car a day after driving 17 hours. 12 of those hours were in the snow so the car was FILTHY. And with two toddler boys, the inside didn't look any better. It only took about an hour for two guys to finish the entire Suburban including cleaning all of our all-weather mats and doing a light wax. The prices are extremely reasonable. I was very disappointed in the service. Great people, great attitudes, very nice folks. I read reviews, and the reviews were amazing. I had high expectations. They had my truck all day and I was thinking I'd be blown away with the detail. Wrong!! I open the doors, all four, and still dust and crap on the door jambs and hinges. Someone climbed into the back of the truck using the bumper, and there were muddy foot prints left on the bumper. The black plastic on door handles, bumper plastics, etc. were not coated with the shiny stuff, but my tires were. I specifically asked them not to put the shiny stuff on my tires. I had the truck washed and kind of waxed. The wax is only a spray on wax after the wash. I knew that going in, but pretty cheesy if you ask me. Not even some kind of Turtle Wax. Just spray on wipe off lol.. I also had my engine and under hood detailed. I had to point out several places that were missed. I could go on but this getting boring. I feel totally ripped off after paying $500.00 for this so called detail. My recommendation is to try another detailer, you might be surprised and get a much better job done on your vehicle. (4 years style awhile), so I came into this yielding what some would call crippling anxiety about how "bad" my car looked. Extremely simple price quotes (over the phone via text!) and quick scheduling ensued. Picked up my car, got home, and found a broken turn signal (polisher knocked it off), water spots on the stainless grill and front bumper cover, and also wax caked onto the door handles, panel gaps, and rubber trim. Mobile representative came to my house to fix water spots and showed me the piece that came off the turn signal. I told him it was broken and I'd have to buy a new one. He said, "sorry". I now know to look the car over a bit better before I leave the facility. I have ordered a new turn signal, but not sure I will be going back in case this were to happen again. read more

Just brought in a new to me vehicle that was allowed off the dealers lot a little TOO dirty. Instead of fussing over this problem with the dealership I decided to turn my search efforts to private detailing. Besides, if the dealer considered the first interior clean up satisfactory then I don't trust that they will remove the previous occupants remnants to my standard... Shopping local is important during any economic season, but the need is even greater now. Anyway.. I stumbled upon this awesome establishment by requesting quotes for an all out interior detail on my 2019RAV4. This request was sent out to multiple different vendors. Curbside Detail was the most responsive and asked the right questions in order to provide service based on my needs. There were no challenges securing booking. When I dropped my vehicle off I was given the opportunity to express my needs and learn about what types of things would be done to clean up the interior. 4 hours later (these guys mean business) WOWOOOOWOWOW. The interior of my new to me car was epic and brand new! If you are anything like me, you spend a lot of time driving your car and really feel passionate about the spaces you spend time in. I want the interior of my car, my office basically, to reflect of clean and proper care. Full disclosure: I co-hosted a Virtual Yelp Event with the owner, Luan, back in April. My husband and I have been having our cars washed by Curbside Detail for several months now. He's been the one scheduling and coordinating everything and it's always been easy to contact and book with them. They're very reliable. We have recently been using their membership - which is $100 per month, per car. It includes 2 washes per month, interior and exterior. It's certainly a premium service. They come to your home (or your requested location) in their van, which saves us a lot of trips to the car wash. I like that everything is fully hand wash, so there's no concern about bumping my wheels on the car wash tracks or getting the paint scratched on something mechanical. They're always very communicative - they check in before the service to set a time. Most times they've been early or on time, and regardless of timing they'll text with an update when they're on their way. They do great work, our cars always come out looking and smelling great. They also offer some longer-term solutions like ceramic coating which helps keep the cars cleaner in the long-run -- especially to keep the Valley dust at bay. Between using a duster when necessary and getting these regular washes, our black cars are always sparkling thanks to Curbside Detail. read more

I had water spots from a neighbor's over ambitious sprinklers all the way down the drivers side of my fairly new car. I hadn't realized it was oxidized and wouldn't wash off it even rub out any more. Luan from Curbside explained what was happening and what they could do to try to fix it. He estimated a price for hopefully getting it 70-80% restored. They got me right in and got to work. In two days they got 90% restoration, polished out the whole car, and still only charged me the low end of the range Luan quoted. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and very courteous. So! I won an exterior detail from a Yelp event and decided to add an interior detail as well. While they are a mobile company, I had to drive bc I'm well outside of the area. However, from the moment I pulled up I received great service. I also decided to stay and wait (since I live so far) and the gentlemen even checked on me a few times offering me beverages etc. I'll add photos later but my car looked AH-MAZING! The wax they do is phenomenal! My car looked and felt smooth and honestly the paint looked new! Very pleased with the curbside detail.the start of the service from the phone call of being polite and friendly as well as helpful with questions and driving in and being seen to straight away told them what I would like done and they got on with it right away. The waiting area is comfortable with tv and WiFi and the staff are great to talk to as they discussed their different packages that they offer.
