I'm generally very understanding when it comes to delays, and in the past, my mobile appointments have always been completed on time. However, this time the appointment was scheduled for 10:00 a.m., and no courtesy call or message was made to let us know there would be a delay, especially since I had prepaid for the service. A quick call or text would have been greatly appreciated. I had to reach out myself about 40 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. The appointment was then moved from 10:00 to 11:00, but there was another delay after that. What made the situation more frustrating was seeing an Instagram story updated around 15 minutes earlier while I was still waiting for a response regarding the appointment. I've never had this type of experience before, which is why I felt confident recommending your services to my boyfriend. Took 2 phone calls until they returned my call. Finally received at text from them and scheduled an appt. Paid $367 for full detail of interior of our SUV. Had it there for 4 hrs and when we picked it up there was still dirt, dust on panels/cup holders and in 3rd row. Understandable that some carpet stains will be difficult to remove, but on the surface dirt, dust still there. Work definitely not worth $367. I would think before going with this company. I had to bring my car to a car wash due to my recent trip from the Bay Area and all of the hitchhiking bugs I accumulated on my car. Since this was my first car wash in Fresno, I found them using Yelp and hoped for the best. I'm really picky when it comes to my car so, I thought for sure this would not be a 5-Star business on my first try. I was wrong. First, when I called, they were booked with appointments but the receptionist was so very nice and professional and kind and was able to squeeze me in when I explained my dilemma. When I got there, they took me right away and showed me to a very nice air conditioned waiting room with a large screen TV where I could wait. Just had Curbside Detail wash the interior and exterior of our car a day after driving 17 hours. 12 of those hours were in the snow so the car was FILTHY. And with two toddler boys, the inside didn't look any better. (4 years style awhile), so I came into this yielding what some would call crippling anxiety about how "bad" my car looked. Picked up my car, got home, and found a broken turn signal (polisher knocked it off), water spots on the stainless grill and front bumper cover, and also wax caked onto the door handles, panel gaps, and rubber trim. Mobile representative came to my house to fix water spots and showed me the piece that came off the turn signal. I told him it was broken and I'd have to buy a new one. He said, "sorry". I now know to look the car over a bit better before I leave the facility. I have ordered a new turn signal, but not sure I will be going back in case this were to happen again. read more

Just brought in a new to me vehicle that was allowed off the dealers lot a little TOO dirty. Instead of fussing over this problem with the dealership I decided to turn my search efforts to private detailing. Full disclosure: I co-hosted a Virtual Yelp Event with the owner, Luan, back in April. My husband and I have been having our cars washed by Curbside Detail for several months now. He's been the one scheduling and coordinating everything and it's always been easy to contact and book with them. They're very reliable. We have recently been using their membership - which is $100 per month, per car. It includes 2 washes per month, interior and exterior. It's certainly a premium service. They come to your home (or your requested location) in their van, which saves us a lot of trips to the car wash. I like that everything is fully hand wash, so there's no concern about bumping my wheels on the car wash tracks or getting the paint scratched on something mechanical. They're always very communicative - they check in before the service to set a time. Most times they've been early or on time, and regardless of timing they'll text with an update when they're on their way. They do great work, our cars always come out looking and smelling great. They also offer some longer-term solutions like ceramic coating which helps keep the cars cleaner in the long-run -- especially to keep the Valley dust at bay. Between using a duster when necessary and getting these regular washes, our black cars are always sparkling thanks to Curbside Detail. read more
