Yeah had and issue but talked to geno the manager and he took care of it. He's the type of manager that saves busy. I'm keeping my $54.99 membership. It great to have a clean car with unlimited visits which I definitely use. I'm not picky. If there's a spot they missed I'm not going to go crazy over it. Thank you geno for your help and professional approach to finding a solution. read more

Customer service was very professional and left my car looking like new! They always do a great job for a really good price. Steven finished my car and was very polite and ensured my car was left nice and clean accordingly. read more

Steven did an awesome job. This is the best our Silverado has ever looked. I will be coming back and requesting him again

After bringing my car here my car screen got scratched. They claimed that the cctv footage captured their employes vacuming my car seat only but when i requested to go see the video it doesnt even show them vacuming that area in car. Cctv doesnt catch tha area The manager gave me the owners phone numbers she is not answering my call. read more

They are always very friendly. They also are speedy with the car washes, but thorough. This is my favorite red carpet. I always go to this one. read more

Definitely would not recommend. Got talked into an upgraded wash for the extra attention that they said they put on the interior but found the carpets dirty and what looked like a quick wipe down for dust which missed almost the whole dash and console after they were done. The wash left the front of the car covered with bugs and water spots on most of the windows. I spent almost an hour cleaning the car after they were done. read more

I've been a customer for many years and I've found them to be professional, courteous and friendly. My car is always beautiful when they finish. The employees who work outside are the best! They work hard in the heat of summer and cold of winter and ALWAYS are cheerful and remember you. I have the monthly subscription for unlimeted car washes and i think it's a fabulous deal. Shout out to Maria, Chris and all the hardworking people who work at the Clovis location. read more

I was looking to get my car cleaned and a coworker reminded me about red carpet. Clovis red carpet from start to finish gave me 5 star service! From vacuum to customer service at the end everything was great. These guys and gals work hard out there in this heat. I thanked the young man there and his reply to me was "thank you Ma'am I like my job and making customers happy". I drove away smiling. Will for sure be back! read more

From My Wife Arlene: A big thank you to Chris today at Red Carpet car wash on Shaw and Willow. He noticed I had a low left rear tire and advised me to get that checked and I went to Costco and I immediately got serviced there to repair a nail was in my tire and I am so grateful to Chris because I was planning on heading out of town this weekend! read more

I just paid $35 dollars for the wash that was supposed to get bugs off, and let's just say I could have done just as good of a job at home. I figured they had better stuff and could do a better job. I guess I could've said something, but I shouldn't have to. My dash was not wiped down or the console. They have really gone downhill in the quality of work. I will stick to the $10 car wash down the street for the same results. read more

Will NEVER go back here! I had the worst experience EVER! I paid extra to have them shine my tires and the inside and they did none of that. I specifically told them to vacuum under my matts and they completely disregarded what I them. I had to go back home and revacuum everything and wipe down the whole inside of my truck. For the price I paid and the job they did I will never be returning. I could've done a better job washing it myself! Highly do not recommend coming here. read more

I didn't expect much looking at the other reviews but damn at least give me my moneys worth Paid the 36.99 upgraded wash which looking back on could of paid less and probably gotten the same quality work was very rushed I sat down for exactly 20 minutes and before I knew it they were done I go to look at my car looks like a quick wipe down was done I look at the floors and mats are dirty I ask the lady cleaning the car how come they didn't clean the mats she said that's an extra charge which I wasn't told about I have no problem paying but how are you going to throw that into a wash after I already paid like aren't mats expected ?? Idk if you want a mid level cleaning I'd recommend other than that save your money and just do it yourself read more

What a GREAT experience, starting with Michael Cruz went above and beyond vacuuming out my dog hair out of my car so I decided to share this with the supervisor Jesse Crouch because fur shine reason people just want to share or complain about the petty stuff, so I asked for their names because they were AMAZING read more

Went in for an express car wash, thinking that it wouldn't be the exceptional car wash that you pay more for, however, it was not work my time to visit here. I took my car through, the workers were surprised that my car wasn't even washed they sent me through a second time. Of course same problem, my car wasn't washed, allowed to dry with dirt. I did not spend money to have my car look worse than when it came in, don't waste your time or money here. read more

40 bucks and a 45 minute wait for this shitty job. These guys suck. I didn't have time to try to point out all the fails. Stevie wonder and Helen Keller could have done better. Absolutely crap job that took forever read more

i went there yesterday. The attendant asked if I wanted the wax, he said it was $64.95. I said yes. He then said do you want your plastic done also? I asked if that was covered with the $64.95, he said no. He said for $11.00 more dollars they would do the plastic inside and out. I paid $77.38 total expecting a clean, waxed car. When it was ready, the floor mats were not vacuumed. I was told that was extra. I complained to three different managers. They finally washed and vacuumed the floor mats. They never did the plastic inside the car. I should have been told about all the charges before the service. I paid them $77.38 plus $10.00 tip. I hope they enjoy my $87.38 as I will never go in there again. read more

I have been a Premium member for several years and every time I come I get a little more disappointed in the service. From the clerk checking you in then placing you in the wrong line so three cars that were originally behind you or not in front of you. Virtually every time they are understaffed. By the time my truck is ready it has water spots from sitting in the sun for 15 minutes before anyone gets a towel on it. Then if u bring the issue to the attention of the staff they look at you as if u r asking for their first born child. I remember when I first started the employees and especially the management appreciated your business. Now it's like they r doing u a favor. Looking for a new place to get a decent car wash and some customer service. read more

Red Carpet Car Wash used to be great but now they are overpriced and simply suck! I used to get twice the quality at half the price.

Their website said the 36.99 service included ceramic coating yet they tried to charge me extra for it

I arrived at 8:32am. There is literally 1 other car in the lanes to be vacuumed. 21 minutes later my car finally went through the wash process. Keep in mind I washed my car 4 days ago. I should be out of here but at this rate I will be here at least another 20 minutes. I am trying to work and all of the red carpet employees are visiting with each other, on their phones and it takes 4 to make popcorn! They need to care about another's time and what they may have going in their day! I do know when they are busy on a hot summer day I am out of here before I will be out of here today! There is something wrong about that read more

i usually come here on the weekend I pay my monthly membership and Harold was honestly very sweet and my car smells amazing thank u!!

Inside seating area the floors are filthy and need regular cleaning at least sweep it throughout the day. Need a lot more seating inside of the waiting area. The floors and dash of my car have a lot of crumbs and particles left over even after their cleaning. The trunk not vacuumed though found out later that I have to open trunk for them and tell them. As a new customer I assumed they would just open trunk and vacuum it without having me ask. They did fix these things so that is good that they are willing to fix but takes additional time for customer. I had gone to jack's car wash on cedar and they at least did these things. Also the one place that used to be at Willow & Nees did a good job, but now it is self service for vacuuming, now that it is different name. read more

Expect to go over the work done if you do go here. Vacuuming was unacceptable, the windows were smudged and it was pretty much "half done" throughout. Definitely not worth the $65+ that i spent here for all the extra services. read more

Normally when I go an okay job is done, good enough for what I need. I waited way too long this time with an insane amount of dog hair I was just avoiding. I went today a little after noon and was the most impressed I've been. Raymond was cleaning my car on the inside and he was really giving 150%. He spent a good amount of time on my car. Very impressed with him, I rarely review businesses but his excellent service today was called for it read more

I couldn't be happier with the service at the Red Carpet Car Wash on Shaw Avenue in Clovis. From Chris, the guy who checks you in and always asks if there's anything that needs special attention, to the people who vacuum, and to the people who dry and do the final cleaning on the car, they are all very professional, extremely courteous, and genuinely friendly. They are very detailed oriented, and they keep my 10-year-old Honda CRV looking like we just drove it out of the showroom. read more

Not sure how they keep track of what cars go next but after seeing 8 cars go before me that's ridiculous. That took over 20 minutes. Then another 30 min for them to get to my car and my vehicle had spots all over. I had to ask them to redo my windows. The red carpet on Ashlan does a much better job. Ugh should have known better read more

They take forever and it's overpriced. You pay 36.99 for a car wash that take 1.5 hrs and there's still a bunch of bug stains in the window. You pay 11 extra dollars to get the inside shined. Here you think inside shine will clean and shine the mats right? Wrong they still charge you more for the mats. read more

Paid $25 with a coupon.... I don't really know what they did, but the outside is cleaner. The inside well not so much. You guys should give a little break down of what each wash is and what exactly it entails. read more

This was my very first time coming to this location as I have noticed it's always busy here and assumed I was going to have a good experience, unfortunately it will be my last. I typically wash my own vehicle at home, but thought I would splurge and give this place a shot. I decided to go all out and get their full service platinum plus package for $33.99.....it was just alright. There was nothing really special about this package that made me feel like $34 bucks was worth a full service car wash. My windows had streaks and the car was still dripping water even after they hand towel dried it. If you're pressed for time or don't value your vehicle enough to wash it yourself, then I guess this is the place for you. As for me, I'll continue to take pride in my vehicle and wash it at home. read more

During a visit at this location the vacuum took a button from my window controls. I noticed it after leaving yet didn't call to complain. My following visit I only warned to be careful not to suck up any buttons because the rest were loose following my past visit. I did not complain nor ask for compensation yet the assistant manager took it upon himself to have the window controls replaced at no charge to me. It required replacement of the entire mechanism and without delay it was indeed replaced. This my friends is exceptional customer service. I am extremely happy that I don't have to worry about my buttons falling off. Thank you Clovis Red Carpet! A+ read more

Everyone was attentive and quite nice. My car was tended to quickly. It was really dirty. Sabi did a great job cleaning my car! Sabi took the time to ensure it was super clean inside. She is kind (saying my car wasn't that bad), and has a wonderful smile. She wanted to be sure my car was clean to my liking, which it was. Thank you Red Carpet, and thank you Sani! read more

I don't mind their drive thru automatic but for the $49.99 detail car wash and interior cleaning it was very poor results and no visible difference. My partner and I ended up going to another place and re-wash and vacuum our truck. The manager said he'd have a free rewash when I get back but to see 4 people working on your interior and the seats and cup holders were dirty, were they faking it?! I'd rather not return for low quality service. read more
