Just awesome! I used their services for my wedding, to drive us to the church and then from the church to the reception. Booking was a breeze and he was very friendly. It wasn't terribly expensive. They have a deal if your event is within the Rehoboth area you do not have to have the required 3 hour minimum to book which no other company offered and was a MAJOR plus! The day of the driver was prompt and professional. The limo was clean and smelled fresh with plenty of bottled water. I wish the driver was a little more personable but it didnt put a damper on the day by any means. I will most definitely be using them again! read more

I rented the Pink Lady for a bachelorette party this past weekend. First, I provided my credit card information to pay the deposit. The next day, the owner texted me and said "your card declined. Whats up with that" and it turned out to be he was entering the information incorrectly on his own. Once the bus arrived, everything began great. 30 minutes into the ride, all music stopped working. Being on a party bus (and actually verifying before leaving that music would work), the music is a big portion of the whole experience. Upon contacting the owner, the driver lied and said that the music never stopped working. I provided evidence that the music did not work nearly the entire time, and the owner said "must be operator error". We used 2 different cords and 4 different phones - I can assure you that this was not operator error, especially considering the music was working for the beginning 30 minutes before stopping. In addition to this, the whole radio was frozen and would not allow us to switch to the secondary AUX cord or the FM radio - further solidifying that this was at the fault of the system and not user error. The owner has refused a refund and I've now had to dispute all charges through my bank on the grounds of promised services not being delivered. I can't emphasize how terrible this experience has been, solely due to the unprofessionalism of the company. read more

This was the worst telephone consultation/quote that I've ever had in my entire life, guaranteed. The customer service was so terrible that the representative stated, "I don't know what you're trying to do and don't understand you, I'm gonna have to let you go if I can't figure this out." I'm a bride looking for transportation and this experience made me feel very uncomfortable. I would highly recommend not calling simply to save your energy. Our limo had no air conditioning on the hottest day of the year. When the driver was informed he said "I don't know what to tell you". In addition, we asked the driver to take us to 2 different places and our requests were completely ignored. I would never recommend this company. Worst costumer service I have ever experienced. Went off a referral for transportation services for a bachelorette party- second time using them and unfortunately the last. Terrible customer service- very unpleasant on the phone. Need to remind them that YOU are the customer- so they shouldn't make you feel as if you are a problem or issue. Not very accommodating - average van no other accessories. read more
