Had it not been for Judy, I'm not sure we would have made it to New Zealand due to the horrible flights the cruise line arranged. Judy proved to be knowledgeable and committed to working the details of our trip and reviewing them with us so we understood thoroughly. Her extra mile service and communication made our long trip experience magical and possible.

One of the best decisions of my life in Lewes was hiring Lindt Luxury Transportation to pick us up…read moreat our home and take us to the Philadelphia International Airport. The booking process was super easy and I felt the price was worth it when I considered tolls, gas, and the cost of paying to park our car near the airport for two weeks. We received confirmation emails and our driver's personal cell phone number so we could send and receive texts from him. Our highly trained, certified chauffer Larry picked us up on time in a sparkling clean black SUV, dressed in a crisp white shirt and black dress pants. He loaded our very heavy luggage and greeted us warmly. There were a variety of beverages in his Yeti cooler, and a box of snacks as well. We chose our music from the Sirius radio, but really just enjoyed pleasant conversation as we completely relaxed on the drive to the airport. Our vacation truly did begin when we got in that beautiful car. When we arrived at the airport, Larry unloaded our luggage and we were on our way. We received a text before we left Aruba from Larry confirming our reservation and another text when we arrived at the airport. Larry met us inside the airport at the luggage claim and moved our luggage to the car when we were ready. We enjoyed another very calm, relaxing ride back to Lewes after nearly a day of travel leaving Aruba. I HIGHLY recommend this service and will be extremely likely to use Lindt Luxury Transportation in the future if I plan to fly out of Philadelphia International Airport. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I tried a few phone calls that didn't get picked up, left a couple voicemails that also went unacknowledged. After three weeks I don't expect to hear more. If you decide to book, I strongly recommend you put it on a credit card so you can dispute the charge if they disappear on you. Our driver, Ty, arrived 20 minutes before our scheduled leave time, which I greatly appreciated. He was *so* nice and the perfect driver for us. He drove us around OC for about 45 minutes before dropping us off at dinner. Our final destination of the night was Seacrets. When we got there, we saw a HUGE line. Huge. I asked Ty, "So what can you do for us about this line?" He told me not to worry. He talked to a bouncer from Seacrets and was able to get us Golden Ticket access into the club. That scored him 1000 points in my book. The 14 passenger limo bus was clean and beautiful. It even had (surprise!) a stripper pole. We were so excited!! I would absolutely recommend Bayside Limo!

I did pay in full prior to my wedding date. Unfortunately, on my wedding day after the time I was supposed to be picked up from the venue, I got a voice mail from Ellyne stating that the car broke down and to call her back if I still wanted her to send something. I did reach Ellyne when I had called and she had responded that the car had broken down and I asked her to get me something else to pick us up. At that time I was informed that I wouldn't be able to have anyone pick us up for over one hour. Upset, Ellyne did apologize but didn't seem very empathetic or understanding in the least. She was more concerned about me asking her about a back up plan and got non complacent on the phone. They DO NOT have a back up plan if the car breaks down. I unfortunately was stranded at the venue site for several hours and had to call my parents to pick me up. Bayside limo services really ruined my evening and it would have been better if she was more empathetic and offered some type of reasonable solution. I don't want this to happen to another bride and allowed for a week to pass to write my review.
