My family and I had quite a negative experience with Angela from Jetset Travel. During the planning process Angela would not follow up on communication or always follow through on what we discussed she would do (i.e. booking tours, changing rental car pick ups, etc.). After a few weeks of no response, I would have to call and email Angela to follow up on requests. I requested Angela find wheelchair accessible tours for our family and Angela made it seem like they didn't exist. After a quick Google search I was able to find many wheelchair accessible tours, so the conversation with Angela was concerning. After a few months, Angela found tours, but never booked them, which I didn't find out until I was waiting for a van to pick us up outside of our Rome hotel. I ended up having to book private, wheelchair accessible tours for Rome and Florence for my family, while on our vacation. It was quite stressful to say the least. In speaking to Angela upon our return to the US she was not remorseful or apologetic for this massive misunderstanding on her end and the massive inconvenience it caused my family.
