Unfortunately, on my wedding day after the time I was supposed to be picked up from the venue, I got a voice mail from Ellyne stating that the car broke down and to call her back if I still wanted her to send something. I did reach Ellyne when I had called and she had responded that the car had broken down and I asked her to get me something else to pick us up. At that time I was informed that I wouldn't be able to have anyone pick us up for over one hour. Upset, Ellyne did apologize but didn't seem very empathetic or understanding in the least. She was more concerned about me asking her about a back up plan and got non complacent on the phone. They DO NOT have a back up plan if the car breaks down. I unfortunately was stranded at the venue site for several hours and had to call my parents to pick me up. Bayside limo services really ruined my evening and it would have been better if she was more empathetic and offered some type of reasonable solution. I don't want this to happen to another bride and allowed for a week to pass to write my review.
