I rented a beach house in Rehoboth to spend a week with my boyfriend's famiy, who live in the area. I was a bit surprised when I noticed in the contract that sheets and towels were not included since that has not been the case with beach houses I have rented in Galveston. Hauling sheets and towels by airplane didn't seem to be the best option and asking family members to bring them not the best either. When I found the website for Sheets at the Beach I was so happy! Vera was very helpful and we got sheets, towels, beach towels and beach chairs, etc. Everything was all set up when we arrived at the house (we were on vacation so that was great!) and the quality of the sheets and towels was amazing! We were all checking the labels on the sheets when we took the sheets off the bed so we could get the same kind at home. All in all a wonderful experience and I'm so glad I found them. This is the BEST linen service I have ever used. We had a terrible mix up on what was to be the start of our rental agreement. My agreement was from Sat. to Sat., but there was someone in the unit that had an agreement that was from Sun. to Sun. Vera could not have been more helpful. She contacted the owner for us, and she had no problem bringing our linens the next day. She never charged us anything for all her extra time and troubles. She was more worried about us and making sure we resolved our problem. Vera is GREAT and so is her service. She is the only service to consider when renting linens for the beach. I have been using this company for 6 years and they are wonderful. The linens are good quality and the towels are thick. Every piece is in good shape. We rent a large house and this makes it soooo easy not bringing linens with me. I especially like her presentation with ribbons tied around the folded sheets and the nice basket that she put everything in. This year I rented a crib which I turned out not to need and she actually took it back that day and didn't charge me! I also rented a beach wagon which was perfect for hauling all the beach toys. We rented two 5 bedroom houses in Rehobeth Beach and ordered our linens with Sheets on the Beach. The quality was good. The bath sheets are awesome and a good deal. The linen was presented in baskets and the sheets were placed on each bed. I had asked for a division of linen for each house (they were side by side) and it was done, making it easy for everyone to take their linen. We have rented linen before and this by far was so much better and if you actually compare prices, Sheets on The Beach is not only competitive, their quality is much better. I just started renting my beach house two seasons ago and I provide sheets and bath mats. After using a different company last year I decided to give Sheets at the Beach a try. SO glad I did! Vera's presentation, with sheets delivered to each individual bed, tied up in a ribbon, is befitting the quality if her linens. She will even make the beds up for you for a fee. Absolutely excellent quality. Her customer service is top notch. She is personally involved in every order. I used two companies for rentals at Rehoboth this year: one suggested by the realtor's written info. and Sheets on the Beach, found independently through Google. I far preferred Sheets on the Beach. Vera delivered a full size crib and mattress and a beach wagon and both were clean, in good condition and delivered promptly for no additional charge. We were able to leave them outside for pick-up. Vera was very responsive when I added to the order last minute and the prices were extremely reasonable. read more

Once again Sheets at the Beach provided great service this year. Our order was waiting for us at the door to our rental in a basket - carefully arranged with the sheet sets tied with a red ribbon and the towels rolled. The complementary jar of hand/foot sugar scrub was a thoughtful touch! The sheets and towels are very good quality and are in good condition. They were great. The original house we rented had a last minute problem, and the owner had to find a different house with a different bed configuration. They contacted Vera and they delivered the original order to the second house, and was planning to come back later with the needed change. The second house was unacceptable, so we moved to a third location, and she delivered the change there. They were very flexible. read more

We had never before been to Rehoboth Beach, but SHEETS AT THE BEACH had been recommended to us, so we decided to use them for linen and umbrella rentals. So glad we did. Everything was there when we arrived at our rented beach home, and the quality was excellent . . . better than anything we had ever rented on any of our other trips. Incredible company! Rented all linens, comforters, mattress pads, towels and baby items. We had some issues with the property we rented and needed additional items in a hurry. This company is fantastic! We use them every year on our vacation. The towels and sheets thick and soft! They are always on time and have everything exactly like we asked for ( beds made etc) . The sheets were very soft and comfy, and all the items I ordered for our second house were included. The one house we rented had linens included and the second house I arranged to pick up and drop off. When Vera came to the first house to pick up, she saved me a trip and took the linens from the second house as well. I would highly recommend this local company. read more

Top notch experience with Vera. We got all our beds made (with a small fee), towels, chairs and canopy delivered to our beach house timely. When the canopy was broken (due to heavy wind), it was replaced the same day. What a service! Excellent service. Sheets were waiting on individual beds when we arrived. They were a nice quality. Very reasonably priced as I compared supplier to supplier. Sheets at the beach was great to have. We had them put our sheets on before we arrived after a 2 day journey. Well worth it. We used bath towels, beach towels, chairs, etc. It was great not having to pack them and then re-pack them for the next leg of the trip. I highly recommend it. read more
