So I waited till 5:58PM (training was scheduled for 6:00PM) and called Tyler to make sure the training will take place and he said that he was "running late because (he) left the key". He did not even bother to inform me about his tardiness before I called him. The CPR Squad office is located in an isolated back office and when he said that the training will be an individual training, I did not feel comfortable with this. So I said that I would like to cancel today's training and, instead, join a group lesson on another day. Tyler's response to this was "What's the logic in that?." He then continued to talk to me in an aggressive manner. (I'm so thankful I cancelled!!!) When a female customer says that she feels uncomfortable doing an individualized training at night time and prefers it to be a group lesson, the LOGICAL answer would be to be accommodating and provide an alternative training time with a group and not to become aggressive and yell at her. Tyler seriously lacks professionalism and, clearly, customer service is NOT his forte. I would not recommend this place to any one!!!

Easy to register, close to home. I am actually a certified instructor and have been since the late 80s (yes I'm that old). I only teach my own summer day camp staff and do not work for HeartCPR. I thought the instructor, Kayla, was great! Class started on-time, she was professional, to-the-point, yet thorough. I plan to use HeartCPR when I need recertification and will forward their info to any of my staff who can't make my work's in-house course.

I've taken two of their mommy-and-baby class series, and I loved both of them. Each series includes special touches like each week is a different topica mini photoshoot, a swim party, and so much more, which makes it absolutely worth every penny. Carmen, who helped lead the group, is amazing. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always makes me feel heard. She gives thoughtful advice and truly cares about the moms and babies she works with. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does. I've also attended several music classes with Michelle, and those have been some of my favorites. My daughter absolutely loves music time, and Michelle does such a great job keeping the kids engaged and entertained. We truly love The Mommy Center and are so grateful for everything they offer!!

Prior to class, we had a group WhatsApp which made it so easy to communicate and get introduced to each other. I love that the center organized mommy outings for us, planned family picnics, as well as provided professional photography. I was never stressed out when I was at the center, knowing that there's a diaper station with plenty of diapers in many sizes, formula in case mamas forget to bring sustenance for baby, bottle warmers, and everything we need to feel comfortable. It felt above and beyond. I highly recommend trying one of several classes they offer! I'm excited to continue onto their 4-6 month old sessions and try out the baby music class.

Great encourager to everyone i love my group we encourage each other. JAY is so Amazing guy! Got a lot of patience and care for us. Curriculum is great! He truly cares about helping us to learn and build our confidence. We learn a lot. Very professional ! THE BEST EVER!! They make it all easy for us and have so much fun.
