Do not go here if you value your time and value professionalism from service providers. I was cancelled on once because Tyler said that he was going out of town and when I rescheduled and arrived to the training 10minutes prior to the training start time the office was closed. So I waited till 5:58PM (training was scheduled for 6:00PM) and called Tyler to make sure the training will take place and he said that he was "running late because (he) left the key". He did not even bother to inform me about his tardiness before I called him. The CPR Squad office is located in an isolated back office and when he said that the training will be an individual training, I did not feel comfortable with this. So I said that I would like to cancel today's training and, instead, join a group lesson on another day. Tyler's response to this was "What's the logic in that?." He then continued to talk to me in an aggressive manner. (I'm so thankful I cancelled!!!) When a female customer says that she feels uncomfortable doing an individualized training at night time and prefers it to be a group lesson, the LOGICAL answer would be to be accommodating and provide an alternative training time with a group and not to become aggressive and yell at her. Tyler seriously lacks professionalism and, clearly, customer service is NOT his forte. I would not recommend this place to any one!!! read more

My husband and daughter are currently waiting outside a closed dark office for a class we scheduled over 2 weeks ago. I am calling, emailing, facebooking, and now I am "yelping".... I can't get in touch with anyone. They scheduled their day around being on time for this class which was supposed to start 20 minutes ago. Update: My husband had to make a phone call so he stayed until 6:45 for the class that was supposed to start at 6:00. Still no response from the business by phone, text, email, facebook messenger, and here. I wish I had read the Yelp reviews before I scheduled. read more

I'm not gonna lie, I was starting to think there wasnt a living thing on this planet that I could ever save. Goldfish in 3rd grade? Dead. Basil plant in the kitchen? Dead. Hamster for my kid brother? Super dead. So when my best friend asked if I could watch her 5 month old baby boy for a weekend, I thought, "This kid wont survive 20 minutes under my doomed watchful eye!" I needed to recertify my BLS for Healthcare Providers and I had been procrastinating for months. CPR training is not something I usually look forward to. Tyler was our instructor and he made the class enjoyable, informative, and taught in a way that would give any student confidence if they ever needed to use their CPR skills. He answered every question with professionalism, giving great examples and a few stories to help us understand how to apply it all in real life situations. I've taken many CPR courses, and many of them were people standing up in a room giving one horror story after another about emergency situations. Tyler got to the point, was excellent in the way he gave us the information, taught us some new things and it was an enjoyable afternoon. Owner is the one that teaches the class and he is great! Explains everything very well and thoroughly. Small class and lots of class times and days to choose from. Space is clean and well kept. Not very good customer service. Needed some paperwork from them and they kept promising me it several times but never got to me.

I was so lucky to be able to work with Tyler on my BLS training with the CPR Squad! He answered all of my questions and was very helpful when it came to making plans for our meeting to do the CPR training! I had an appointment for the next day and my mother came to update herself too! We were excited to complete the CPR training in a little over 2 hours and we had basically a private training with him too!! I have a dental office and I will ONLY use the cpr squad for my team's training. They come out every year and train my staff. They are very accommodating, friendly, organized, and reasonably priced. What an awesome experience! I'm a fitness instructor and needed CPR before getting recertified and since I'm new to the area I didn't really know where to go for CPR classes. All the reviews pointed to the CPR Squad so I gave them a call and from the very first phone call, they were extremely professional, responsive, informative and really nice so I signed up and even managed to get my boyfriend to sign up with me. Tyler came to our house and brought all the equipment. He went through everything with us and made it a really interactive, informative and fun experience. I have been CPR certified many times in the past but I managed to learn a lot from Tyler that I never got out of previous courses. I think in part it was due to the non-intimidating environment (as traditional classes are full of strangers and now you want to put my mouth on a dummy in front of everyone-type thing) but it was mostly due to Tyler and his style of teaching and his personality. It's an excellent thing for everyone to know and my boyfriend was very glad he took it with me because he had a near death choking experience a few years ago and thank goodness someone in the crowd knew the Heimlich maneuver so now he feels like he will be prepared in the event that someone needs his assistance with CPR or the Heimlich maneuver.
